先黎總結,食得好趕既一餐,樣樣野都好味,但諗住慢慢歎要傾計既唔建議去。有興趣就繼續睇落去。因為係in house guest,所以就唔需要早兩個月上網book。我當日就食15:15-17:15既時段,佢係要準時先比你入去,入到去簡下飲咩就可以了落單,全部人都係同一時段入座,你見d staff係忙到飛起。個個都好忙,所以你都要等一陣先落到單,變左兩個鐘內要扣左15分鐘係等落單。之後每一個環節都係要等around 10mins餐飲我簡左the butterfly room tea blend同白茶,兩款茶都好岩配tea。先黎一件elegant surprise - 黑松露南瓜雞肉puff,我覺得用酥皮盒形容更貼切,新鮮熱辣(包括埋隻碟😂)好食但又唔會留有印象咁樣咸點有四件sandwiches,青瓜蟹肉卷,磨菇牛肉,煙三文魚,黑松露青豆撻。四件都好味,但最好味我會簡青豆撻,青豆好大粒好fresh好爽,配埋個醬好match👍Scones有原味如提子味配clotted cream & 橙皮醬 & Berries醬。Scones好對版,有溫度有口感,外脆內軟唔會太乾帶左麵粉香。encore左一次。Pastry Trolley 有5款可以簡,其中最好味果款係mille feuille,酥皮好鬆化,甜度岩岩好,中間個雲呢拿吉士好滑,其他甜品仲有班蘭撻,蕉糖芝士蛋糕,士多啤梨海綿蛋糕和瑪德蓮。除左士多啤梨cake普通之外(賣相「詳情睇相」及味道)另外四款都好值得食😋之後經過漫長既歲月(more than15 minutes, 報時:1645) Confectionery trolley 終於黎,果時基於等到悶同埋心入面好急,都冇心機聽果幾款甜品係咩野,就叫佢每樣黎一款,淨係記得個香蕉朱古力撻同埋復活節蛋糕有馬拉糕味驚喜,之後白朱古力mousse, brownie and 花生朱古力就冇咩驚喜 (d名全部我作🤣果時淨係想快d食)而十分鐘之後甜品車都再黎問我地使唔使refill, e個時候同行友人refill左mille feuille和班蘭撻,之後5分鐘後就要埋左張單先,最後17:15離座。感覺佢地好似空姐空少,自己飛左一轉台灣,由上機到落機好快完左件事咁。但佢地好attentive,因為我倒灑左水佢地好快比紙巾我,加重佢地workload真係唔好意思😓(黎緊e段比餐廳睇既)擁有美味食物,雅致環境,優質服務,但沒有一個從善如流既system實在太可惜,用餐體驗大打折扣☹️詳情如下:我係坐最角落果張枱,所以甜品車係第一枱serve我,朱古力車就係最後,我覺得hightea應該係休閒咁enjoy食物、環境同影相打卡。本身兩個鐘係冇問題(例如四季都係兩個鐘但食得好輕鬆),我覺得餐廳需要檢討下係咪要兩架trolley serve 全場 。每枱推架trolley介紹太浪費時間,人手不足同限時情況下就唔係一個好做法。我建議應該咸點上一輪,甜點(pastry & confectionery combine in one trolley) 一齊上會比較有效率;亦可以係menu影埋今日pastry and dessert款式名,一來staff唔使再講,二來大家都知自己食緊咩,現在這個做法staff又辛苦,又要睇住時間,所以擺盤都唔夠時間砌靚佢 (Hugo同st.
