今日落雨咁岩滯留左係海防道,經過川上龍,見到樓下貼多左好多雜誌推介之前黎食過一次,記得都有唔辣既菜,ok唔錯因為今次有朋友唔食辣野上到去,發覺檯上面多左張新菜推介,點左醬茶鴨,篷蓮肉卷。encore醉乳鴿,炒土豆絲,辣子雞丁醬茶鴨層皮微脆,d肉好嫩,ok喎篷蓮肉卷,一睇就知係心機菜薄薄既五花腩包住蓮子,底層有梅菜,係梅菜蒸豬肉精細版 :) 幾特別經理推介岩岩入手既大閘蟹,見秋風起都係時候食大閘蟹啦 $88蚊隻,我地點左3隻,即叫即蒸。侍應好細心,話幫我地hold起其他菜,食完大閘蟹先再上,咁就唔會凍晒。雖然未係爆膏,但係師傅好勁,蒸到岩岩好,d膏好滑,肉真係好嫩,juicy !! 我估過多1,2個星期再食一定爆膏 :)點解我係屋企蒸唔到咁既火侯?><所以我地忍唔住encore叫多2隻 ^^仲有薑茶去寒 :)上次食過糯米炒蟹,念念不忘。今次又encore,秋天食糯米真係岩晒 ! 今餐食左好多蟹,正呀 !!…Read More

元旦日跟家人一起回港,在車內眾人已討論著去邊開飯?最後決定食八重菊。家人跟朋友早前已食過一次,我那天剛巧有約,聽他們說味道不錯,座在鐵板爐前看廚師烹調,又有視覺享受。也聞說那天回到家也快11點半了,可想而知真的是"慢食"。。。這次可以嚐嚐,嘻 廚師抬來了一盤海鮮,內有超大鮮鮑魚,在面前郁呀郁,生猛極!蟹也有郁手郁腳,活躍得很!6個人,點了3個套餐。另外點了一隻蟹,和牛一份。忘記了羊架是套餐內,還是單點的了?!蝦,帶子,前菜,炒雜菜那些都不寫了,直指來到重點。味覺,罪惡感同樣爆燈!好飽,肚皮也沒位放甜品cheesecake雪糕。。。給了3小時免費停車,但鐵板燒就要慢食的。另加1小時泊車費,$60元。其實後來也encore了2次,點了日本大鮮鮑,下次詳談。:)…Read More

每年的一月份,一位重要人物生日,弟弟!前一天訂位,發覺現今香港愛吃愛喝的人真不少,很多高級餐廳已Fully booked!最後左搵右搵,又要有view找來新開的Wooloomooloo Prime! 一試之訂位的小姐話好full,只能夠比高身的大檯比我地。其實張檯都唔錯,高身又夠闊落,旁邊就係open kitchen,睇住廚師忙碌地為食客準備食物,grill爐又開又關的,忙得不亦樂乎。愛極那tuna tata !酸酸的醬汁,配上帶子,牛油果,三文魚子on top。開胃到不得了!!點了4個頭盤,每人主菜各一。三文魚wooloomooloo steakdry aged rib eyes羊架Beef tenderloin "fillet cut"眾主菜水準不錯,唯獨那自家店名為名的"Wooloomooloo steak",over cooked,肉身很鞋。肉色焦黑,為身體著想不敢放進肚子裡。 三文魚排是驚喜之作,那數片青蘋果片,中和了三文魚的油膩感!:)我的dry aged rib eyes 也肉味濃厚midium well 準確無誤。4款醬汁之中,特別喜歡那磨菇汁,用的是牛肝還是羊肚菌。香氣四溢~ 出色!:(*唯一不滿的地方,可是那位接線的小姐,前來途中,車子遇上輕微交通意外,等待差人前來交待事發經過,簡單寫下當時情形,以致遲了45分鐘。致電餐廳,告知原因。並說我們就在還有5條街的距離。問那張檯可有還留了給我們?那接線小姐一直問:"你地幾耐可以黎到?""你地幾耐可以黎到?""你地幾耐可以黎到?""你地幾耐可以黎到?""你地幾耐可以黎到?"5條街的距離,相信並花不了太多時間,想那接線小姐大慨忙瘋了以致失去距離感。只好跟她說,15分鐘吧。接線小姐才安心的告知:"張檯仲留緊比你地" @@來到餐廳,那接線小姐終帶我們來到坐檯,發覺像我們這種8人大檯,另外2大張還是空空的沒人坐。至11pm結帳時也吉著。只能說,心機有夠重的。。。…Read More
