第一次食, 係門口望入去好似冇乜人咁, 原來好多客坐晒係入面. 叫左個2人餐$148, 有一個湯羹, 一個冷盤, 兩個熱炒, 一款甜品/兩件鍋貼. 好似比散叫抵好多咁, 但係食落就懷疑碟碟都細碟左.:(雲吞鷄: 湯底勁濃味, 直頭係鹹得滯, 唔知係味精定乜野, 但係都幾好飲. 雲吞幾大粒幾好食, 皮都幾滑唔係好厚. 仲有隻全雞肶, 煲到老左少少, 但係好入味. :)醉轉灣: 有一隻全翼, 幾舊雞胸, 雞好入味好滑, 連雞胸都OK. 醉汁非常得, 濃酒味又唔過火, 唔知係花雕定係咩酒, 唔識飲酒. 咸肉津白: 津白幾靚幾入味, 配埋D類似金華火腿更加唔錯. 賽螃蟹: 份量勁少, D蛋白竟然唔夠撈一隻蛋黃. 蛋白有少少蟹柳, 都幾滑但係唔夠味. 白飯: 特別一提佢既白飯係用珍珠米, 但我反而覺得唔係好夾D餸. 酒釀小丸子: 其實今次係第一次食呢款甜品. 湯底幾清甜, 有陣陣桂花香味同酒味. 丸子幾煙韌, 有好多粒, 全部食晒都幾飽. 係一個唔錯既甜品, 係略嫌甜左D. 好似唔係好夠人手, 成日都叫唔到個侍應幫手. 食物係幾好, 但係呢服務同環竟就配合唔到個價錢. …Read More

新裝修之後第一次來, 鋪面好似感覺上細左. 舊時來通常都係食套餐, 麻麻地, 今次散叫反而覺得唔錯. :)醉豬手: 酒味較淡但係幾入味. 豬手爽口, 同個汁配合得唔錯.:)上海酸辣湯(少辣): 真係少左辣, 連平時完全唔食得辣既我都食到. 湯底味到唔太濃唔會太刺激, 又幾足料.小籠包: 餡料唔錯多肉汁. 但係包皮略為太厚. 麻醬雞絲粉皮: 粉皮好渦好薄. 麻醬濃淡適中. 整體配合幾好. 蒸銀絲卷: 非常軟屬, 甜甜地, 餸D有汁既餸就仲正. 上海春卷: 皮唔係好夠脆, 但係味道都OK.紅燒元蹄: 豬手好大隻好多肉, 又煮得好腍, 唔使點用力都切得開. 肉質夠腍又好入味. :)賽螃蟹: 蛋白好似撈左D帶子肉落去, 炒得幾滑, 味道唔錯. 硬係食掛左D賽螃蟹係有隻蛋黃俾你自己撈既, 呢碟冇又好似差咁D野. 豆沙鍋餅: 豆沙餡就好足料, 仲必晒出來, 但係個皮真係太硬, 口感麻麻. :(發現好多人話新裝修之後食物差左, 我反而覺得剛好相反係好食左喎, 可能我今晚好彩個大廚出左真功夫啦. …Read More

Chem is try. 雖然已經係第二次來, 但係我回夾雜埋第一次的感覺來寫........主菜+$15有一個湯一杯飲料, 唔知點解一定係酥皮, 好在我都喜歡飲酥皮湯.:)酥皮蘑菇湯: 賣相唔錯, 酥皮脹卜卜, 皮稍薄唔會濟, 亦算鬆脆. 湯底有香濃蘑菇味, OK.小龍蝦墨魚汁石窩飯配特級龍蝦汁(改配粟米汁): 竟然冇龍蝦汁, 侷住改粟米汁, 原來粟米汁Match墨魚汁飯都OK, 不過就Match唔到飯入面D菠菜. 墨魚汁飯幾香幾好食, 仲係一粒粒飯粒又唔會勁多飯焦. 龍蝦仔一般, 口感有一點點梅又冇乜龍蝦味.帶子焗意粉配芝麻汁: 入口幾清新, 都唔錯. 芝麻汁略淡, 正好俾我加芝士粉. 雪藏帶子有咬口, 但係一點帶子味都冇. 食到甘上下發現碗底勁多油, 怕且係芝麻汁既油, 影響胃口. 凍檸茶: 西式味道較淡, 飯慣茶記檸茶就更加覺. 雖然好既菜式係唔應該加餐枱上面既General調味料, 但係佢提供既美極同芝士粉係我既至愛. 加少少試下啦.…Read More
