今晚連親同友一共六人. 選擇了XUAN SUSHI. 其實這店剛開了不久, 但師傅門都很經驗, 點解咁講? 因為他都算是我的師傅哦! 自問本人不是這行的材料, 跟他相處一段日子, 真的學了不少! 而現在, 雖然不是這行, 但對食就在行得多! 講回這店, 環境真的不錯! 感覺好似去了日本一樣! 服務當然不在話下啦! 每上一道食品, 都會說明一下. 例如一些不用醬油來配會更好味啦! 換碟子. 甚至有些細微的事情, 如熱茶咁. 就算杯茶放涼了, 都會過來換過杯熱的. 不是間間都可做到! 而食品方面, 是以不是我們作主. 全交由師傅負責. 由魚生選料, 配菜小食, 壽司等, 都交晒比佢. 一來, 這樣我們不必為食甚麼, 二來, 可嘗試到平時不會食到的海鮮, 三來, 更可看出師傅的細心安排, 同手藝. 現在就來介紹一下今晚的一些食品啦! 首先有雞泡魚魚皮. 它跟平時食到的魚皮不樣, 是軟身的. 再配上調了味的醬料, 口感好爽, 好有咬口, 味道不過濃. 跟著就係冰鮮魚腩, 無論係生食, 鹽燒, 壽司都入口即溶. 鹽燒過的, 就好似食和牛的感覺一樣. 另外還有一樣就係蒜蓉魚腩壽司, 原來這些蒜蓉不是平時可食到的蒜蓉, 要經一段時間醃製先做到出來. 估唔到, 用上一少少的蒜蓉, 加在魚腩壽司上, 不加任何的醬油, 食起來會有咁特別的味道! 真係直得一試! 接著再來營光尤魚天婦羅. 炸得剛剛好! 炸槳亦剛剛好.再配上綠色既鹽, 味道好特別, 食落去要原隻食, 唔係的話, 尤魚的汁就會飛出來. 另外再介紹一樣, 就係用鮮尤魚卷著魚肝, 加少少蔥的尤魚卷. 鮮尤魚味道比較淡, 而魚肝的味就比較濃, 配上少少蔥段, 不用醬油. 食落去魚肝的味道難以說出! 而且過了一會兒, 魚肝的味道還在口中. 介紹埋最後一樣, 就係生豪壽司. 聽落好似沒甚麼特別. 但當然不是這樣啦!首先用上日本豪, 不可過大, 又不可過細. 豪本身的味道不算濃, 亦不會感覺到任何的腥味, 可一口食晒. 就連不食生豪的人都食到! 今晚真係好開心! 除跟親友, 師傅唱飲學野之外, 還跟青梅竹馬邊唱談, 邊食美食. 感覺多幸福! 另外要一提, 由於每個師傅係對一枱, 所以要訂位! …Read More

地道家庭味的肉餅山

大坑的美食大名早已有所聞,今次去民聲冰室才駭然發現:正式來說我應該沒去過大坑吃飯,之前的飯局,只是去北角、天后,完全繞過了這個小美食天堂。 到達民聲冰室時幾乎八時,門外已經出現了等位的人龍。店內位置很少,店外放了桌子,頗有港式露天茶座風味。等了大半小時終於有位,餐牌選擇不多,應該是貴精不貴多吧。傳說中的肉餅山真的是一座山!其他一些菜式也是「向上發展」,堆得高高的,這的確是很好的菜式「形象」-就算份量一樣,將食物堆得高高,總會給人一種很多的感覺;而就算吃不完,看到很多很多的食物,任何人總會食慾大發吧! 雖然朋友都說肉餅很肥膩,但我卻覺得還可以,而且又不會太乾身,醬油亦不會過鹹。蟹鉗蒸水蛋釀了大大的蟹鉗,用料豐富、蛋也蒸得頗滑。我雖然比較喜歡吃西餐,但卻喜歡這種最能體現地道香港風味的料理。看到餐牌上的新鮮蒸魚竟然不用$100,然後看到侍應上菜時是一整條魚!看來十分抵食。這裡還是適合一班人來吃,那樣才可以一次過 如果香港的夏天沒有那麼熱,或者待涼爽但曇花一現的秋天來臨,帶外國朋友來坐在室外的座位一嚐香港家庭小菜,應該是不錯的香港旅遊體驗。 我決定了以後要多到大坑這個庶民美食地覓食!…Read More

知道小甜谷在堅城有分店,立刻拉大隊去幫襯,樓底好高,感覺好舒服~ 終於點齊野食,睇吓環境,發現呢度除了一般的方檯外,仲有bar檯,方便大班人幫襯~ 朋友的"特濃牛乳燉蛋白",好"骨子"呀,細細隻杯、細細隻羹...味道方面,一入口就食到濃濃的牛乳味,證明真材實料。入口好滑溜,"骨"一聲滑入喉嚨,熱熱地,好舒服! 之後到我點的"北海道紅豆豆腐花",D紅豆圓碌碌,硬硬地,同本地紅豆完全唔似樣,應該真係北海道十勝紅豆。味道方面,紅豆起沙,比較甜,完整一粒的仲硬硬地,好有咬口;個豆腐花就好淡口,雖然大家都說好有豆味,但我食唔出!之但係將2者攪勻,一啖當中有齊甜甜的紅豆同埋淡淡的豆腐花,又幾好味喎~ 朋友2號的荔枝奶涷,一入口又係濃郁的奶味,之後就係好清香的荔枝味,但感覺有點"假",好似糖水多D喎~朋友2號最不滿,係面頭粒荔枝只有2/3粒,餘下的1/3在杯底,$27只得一粒荔枝,有無搞錯~ 齋食甜品好似有D寡,試了個"御品脆皮牛腩",估唔到個樣咁得意。佢係將忟好的牛腩切粒,再加上薄薄的炸漿,面頭再淋上酸微微的醬汁,減去油膩感,加返幾分醒胃~成碟唔過10粒,除開都幾貴! 加埋個牛腩,埋單都要百幾蚊呀~…Read More

我同朋友行荃灣,去到路德圍一帶,才搵到間朋友想吃的店舖~朋友的"雞絲冰鎮冷麵"($26),幾大堆頭。調味料除了麻醬,仲有蘿蔔蓉同埋海鮮醬,全部都涷冰冰,夏天食啱哂!個冷麵除了雞絲,仲有青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲,好爽脆好清甜。個湯都唔係少野,好濃郁的雞味,仲有好香的蔥粒,唔,好有屋企feel~而個山東麵,真係名符其實的彈牙,全碟撈勻,好味到暈~初頭仲以為叫得"冰鎮",真係有冰底,點知無,算啦,都夠涷既!我點了"秘製羊肉麵"($30),算是店中的貴價菜了!主菜同麵分開上,一睇到呢D"枝竹羊腩",即刻覺得飽咗。好在個淨麵索哂D清雞湯,唔駛醬料都有好夠味!加埋少少酸菜做陪襯,真係無得彈!同個冷麵一樣,我呢個湯麵的麵質都好彈牙QQ,份量都唔少,食哂成碗已經飽哂!朋友想試煎餃,結果點了韮菜餃($18),雖然只有6隻,但隻隻都好飽滿,咬開仲有肉汁流出,正呀!初頭仲驚佢太濃韮菜味會唔好味,好在肉同菜的份量啱啱好。個餃皮厚薄適中,唔會漏汁亦唔會成啖粉,個底仲煎到脆卜卜,唔鍾意食餃子的我,也吃了2隻哩!PS: 呢度D辣椒醫都幾辣,好似係超市買到的"冠益",大家小心!…Read More

趁住仲有寒冷天氣警告,一行三人去到煲皇,放心,今次16:30佢未開市就打去訂位,梗有位啦!鍋底都有好多款可以揀,為了清潤,我放棄了最愛的胡椒豬肚湯底($68),而選了海底椰($58),估唔到,呢個竟然係錯的決定~呢度好似好多款式,最抵死係加少少錢可以雙拼,最啱我地呢d小家庭~天知道呢個窩竟然係甜既~仲要感覺假假地,唉,要知道湯底係火窩的靈魂,宜家個靈魂被污染了,唯有期望d野食好味d啦~先來一個特色蔬菜籃($42),樣樣菜有少少,啱哂我地人少少,又咩都想食的心態,好在,樣樣都唔錯~之後的釀油條($42),個油條浸完湯都仲係脆既~順道一提,唔食鯪魚肉,可以揀”百花釀油條”($48),用蝦膠取代~跟住就到芝心三寶丸($78),蝦丸、墨魚丸、牛丸裡面都有聲稱法國芝士,試了一粒蝦丸,唔,好似蝦餃咁既餡,中間真係拉到出絲架,幾特別喎~至於粒墨魚丸,就簡直係絕配,佢又彈牙,又有墨魚味,入口夠香夠味,正到想encore呀!牛丸嘛,一般啦,都係手打牛丸的質素啦,加埋芝士,味道都好夾架~難怪可以賣咁貴!差唔多食哂d丸丸,萬眾期待的牛牛才出場,你睇個樣就知新鮮啦,我選了牛頸同牛腋,係咪好特別哩?個牛勁肉多脂肪少,入口勁有牛味,質感亦較好0趙;牛腋位可能少運動,脂肪較多,入口超嫩滑,夠特別,正~如果唔係d肉太貴,真係可以encore多2大碟牛,不過算啦,咩都唔飲埋單都已經$450,仲要無加一,感覺好似好平,實際又好似幾貴,算啦,大家一致通過“試過就夠”! …Read More

因朋友有dbs card,點了一個2人套餐首先是帶子沙津和豬扒鍋,帶子其實鮮味是夠的,可惜外圍的炸粉太多令整體有點格格不入,反而附近的生菜和蟹子口感不俗,喧賓奪主;豬扒鍋的第一口應該還感覺不錯,味道濃郁,可是吃第二片時開始略嫌過份地salty,太鹹了,其實豬扒很入味的,大概是汁的調味出了錯。跟住是雞肉串燒,可見它快燒焦的樣子,雖然味道適中,但明顯控制火侯還不夠,吃了它們很不健康;右上圖是芝士年糕,這個真的不願置評,你看得出是年糕嗎?內裡吃不到年糕味,有少許芝士味,這個最好不要點來吃,太差。再黎是三文魚刺身,這是值得讚賞的,新鮮而比較近腩的肉質,不肥不膩,我習慣不點鼓油,會突出它的鮮美。另外是8件壽司,不過不失,但本人不喜愛吃tuna,所以會主觀地扣了分,而牛肉烏冬,烏冬算是爽口,而牛肉沒有品嚐,但友人說好味道。…Read More
