Tirpse is located in a busy shopping mall in the city center, but once you step inside, you'll feel completely different as you can quietly enjoy the 180-degree view of Victoria Harbour (outdoor seating available!).We visited Tirpse on a busy Sunday to relax and, most importantly, to try their summer Provence Tea Set. (In case you're not familiar, Provence is a region in southeastern France known for its beautiful natural landscapes and abundant sunshine.🥰)We started with the Wagyu katsu Sando in Miso with Mayonnaise. The Wagyu is thick and tender, with a rich and buttery flavor. Light frying gives it a crispy surface and allows the fat to melt gently in your mouth.Next, we tried the avocado-based tuna sashimi topped with caviar. The avocado is mixed with mango, giving the tuna a uniquely refreshing taste that enhances its freshness, somewhat like a sauce. The caviar adds a slight saltiness overall and further enhances the umami and fishiness of the tuna.Then came the sweets! The soft, delicate, and milky-based Panna Cotta is topped with strawberry jam and a slice of fresh strawberry. The jam contains actual fruit pieces and is quite sweet!🥰Petits Fours are miniature fruit-based iced cakes and chocolate macarons. The mostly salty but slightly sweet Flower Crab is accompanied with ginger marinated sweet shrimp and crab consommé jelly. The consommé looks clear but it is indeed very strong and rich, a nice match with the fresh flower crab.Charcoal grilled sea bass is buttery and the texture is quite firm and meaty, while the skin is crispy. It’s served with Chinese Shaoxing wine sabayon which the sweetness of shaoxing wine can bring out some subtle flavours of the fish.The Hokkaido scallop is lightly pan-seared, quite buttery and briny, and is very tender. It is accompanied by aged Kumquat creamy Grenobloise sauce which its citrus nature creates quite a flavour impact.Hand made chilli tagliolini in Lobster Broth is al dente and very rich as the broth is thick, and it coats every tagliolini. The crunchy Sakura shrimp on top further enriched the dish by enhancing its overall texture. Blue lobster works magic with the lobster oyster sauce which can bring out the freshness and all the sweetness of steamed lobster. 抹茶其實係一門學問,香港人咁講究,唔係掂既都唔敢開係銅鑼灣時代廣場隔離,仲要分店越來越多,講緊既係就係Matcha Tokyo!店舖其實係無位坐低的,有枱既企位有幾個,主要其實都係外賣比較多。餐牌上有好多選擇,佢既抹茶可以配好多野,例如奶,咖啡,雪糕,croffle等,如果唔叫抹茶類飲品,佢都有茶同咖啡既選擇。值得一提,抹茶類飲品係有個 seasonal special,記得把握機會試下!For first timers,佢係推介 Matcha Latte,飲落奶味好滑同埋超濃郁,但係抹茶嗰種甘香味絕對無被掩蓋,就算加左冰凍飲都唔會失色。Matcha Espresso Latte就再添加咖啡的香味,咖啡融入抹茶飲料中,不會有很強的獨立風味,整體飲品依然一致地香滑。…Read More

坐低咗之後,佢會有麵包提供,同介紹下pasta of the day係啲乜嘢,再介紹你嗰個tasting menu,其實都幾抵,二人份量會有兩個頭盤三個pasta再加兩個甜品。講到明係pasta bar當然最拿手嘅就係自家製意粉,但係其實前菜都唔差㗎。我哋叫咗兩個沙律,一個我哋揀咗以蔬菜為主嘅Mediterranean Salad,用既沙律菜好fresh,用醋來做調味,上面仲有啲新鮮合桃,有feta cheese,少少蘋果,overall都幾refreshing。另一個就想揀啲有咬口既,就揀左Octopus Salad,八爪魚切粒易入口,有青瓜,pickled radish,少少薯仔同火箭菜,有橄欖,個sauce先係重點,就係用左lemon oregano dressing,少少自然酸,再有d herbs既加持😍Pici咁多分店,但係銅鑼灣店呢度有兩個限定pastas,就係Double Ravioli Pumpkin and Ricotta同Farfalle Prawns and Pesto。意大利雲吞入面有芝士同南瓜蓉,雖然芝士味好重,但都會食到有南瓜蓉嘅甜味,芝士係偏向厚身但唔會好搶味既ricotta cheese,個sauce係牛油做base,上面加左少少salami做吊味。Farfalle Prawns and Pesto個蝦肉好爽,帶啲鹹味,蝴蝶粉都好有咬口,個青醬係homemade既,仲配左少少小蕃茄一齊。到訪pasta bar,當然要試pasta of the day,今日係Pork Ragu Pappardelle,用既係蕃茄醬汁做底,上面係好香嘅豬肉碎,佢唔會碎得好緊要,亦都保留一定口感,on top再有巴馬臣芝士,一嚟到已經勁香,加埋佢個好有口感同好掛汁既手工寬帶麵,非常出色。佢最出名嘅甜品,就梗係tiramisu,嗰層cream好厚好rich,酒嘅味唔會太重,可可味好出。講下野飲,其實non alcoholic drinks黎講佢份量都幾大杯,我哋嗌既都係有汽(夏天超解渴的),但生果味依然好出,同埋來得好自然。…Read More

三層高的餐廳,地下酒吧及設有露天座位,晚餐經常滿座!餐廳燈光偏暗,營造舒適寫意氣氛。餐廳的麵包口感鬆軟😀 我們order了non-alcoholic的班蘭檸檬汁,它是有汽的,加了sparkling water,很解渴,班蘭味很香,檸檬汁甜度適中😉鵝肝醬配以烤脆了的薄多士,加上新鮮無花果、士多啤梨和雜梅醬等酸酸甜甜食材之襯托,整個菜不會膩,但又能感受到鵝肝的油香。油甘魚刺身配以少量魚子醬,魚子醬的咸香帶出油甘魚的鮮味,加上少許柚子及檸檬汁,令整個小吃更平衡。照燒汁燒章魚走日本風,上面的羽衣甘藍有醋作適量調味,配上蘋果慕斯,添加一些歐陸色彩。三文魚煎得非常香脆,內裏肉質嫩滑,在三文魚底層的是芒果,酸甜的味道令整個菜感覺很輕盈及開胃。香煎北海道帶子煎得恰到好處,能吃到帶子的鮮味。牛扒我們叫了medium rare,牛扒的油光及烤網紋代表外面烤得香口,而切開後内部juicy有肉味,個人認為沾少許鹽比醬汁更合適,更能帶出牛肉味。忌廉菠菜的忌廉夠濃郁及厚,與菠菜的比例剛剛好。當你叫了火焰雪糕,侍應會在你的面前點火,有oreo、toffee味,甜度剛好,與雪糕很合襯…Read More
