今日係銅鑼灣行到攰攰地,早左啲5:30pm左右就去左餐廳飯食早飯順便休息下對腳。時間咁早店內都只有一兩枱客,雖然枱同枱之間空位唔多,但人少少係坐得舒服啲。食物配搭好多,基本上你想食既食材都可以左配右搭,梗有一款你鍾意。三文魚配三文魚子 $88 (包埋前菜中華沙律同麵豉湯)三文魚厚薄適中,入口鮮甜,加上5大片三文魚,絕對唔會話食到到喉唔到肺三文魚子鹹淡適中,唔好睇相好似好少,其實份量又係岩岩好,可以配搭到成個丼飯食哂。和牛配蟹肉$108(包前菜螺肉同麵豉湯)餐一到個下有少少失望,因為蟹肉得好少🥲同埋啲蟹肉同餐牌上既唔同(餐牌係蟹肉)但黎到係爛左蟹腳,呢個位置有少少唔開心。事關我好鍾意食蟹,失望都正常既,因為呢個丼飯重點係和牛。原本諗住都係普通牛肉,但我想講好好食😍!牛肉係5成熟左右,冇血水,鮮嫩多汁 油脂豐富🤩,可能加左汁煮過食落甜甜地,仲要我分左3件俾朋友食都仲有好多件。可能因為牛肉煮過,啲肉汁滲入啲飯到,令到啲飯又甜又好味😋😋不過有啲美中不足既係個麵豉湯唔熱,係個餐一到我就飲個下都唔熱,朋友個碗湯亦都一樣。煎餃$38個人覺得餃子一般,餃子餡同大小都好正常, 但係我同朋友都覺得餃子係一早煎定然後有人落單再叮熱個種。你見到餃子睇落係煎過,應該係少少🤏趣,但其實餃子係淋哂。除左餃子之外所有野都好,有機會會再食。…Read More
