見佢歷史悠久,喺般含道時期未幫襯過,而家開返,都應該要試吓。先講服務:唔係話差,是晚係由位女侍應招呼,明顯係遊魂嘅。佢落 order 時冇問客人啲扒要幾成熟,最後由廚師喺廚房走出嚟問,有趣。上菜時又要逐碟問邊個食邊樣,佢都好明顯唔係做開西餐。去得呢類餐廳,我 expect 侍應要有基本餐桌禮儀, 客人刀叉拍住放埋一邊即係食完,侍應唔需要問客人係咪食完先收碟,尤其係你同人傾緊偈嘅時候問,其實會騷擾客人。不過唔怪得侍應,本身餐廳定位都奇奇怪怪,係咪唔應該用西餐標準去 rate 佢?食餐包係冇牛油刀,係不嬲冇定侍應冇上?不過個侍應睇住我哋用切肉刀搽牛油佢都冇行動,咁我 assume 佢哋係冇牛油刀嘅。我直頭 “meet” 開個麵包,逐少逐少隊落盒牛油度食就算,用切肉刀搽牛油我真係做唔出。去椰林閣食個平價午餐都有牛油刀俾你用,咁嘅要求唔過份啩?!定係俄國菜唔提供先係正宗哈哈?!衛生:食前菜同主菜都係用同一隻叉同刀,食完前菜啲刀叉又要放喺枱等食主菜,呢樣我真係幾唔鐘意。其實食前菜你俾一隻叉我,我就唔會覺得咁唔衛生。我又不敢問自己,俄國菜係用一套餐具,好似我哋用筷子咁?另外上餐飲隻匙羹“立”痴痴,明明我飲咖啡,都唔知點解佢會“痴”到糖水……環境:是晚坐卡位,不過唔好坐。啲位有啲迫,不過最致命係個椅背。後面嗰枱個男人係咁郁,我就全晚冇貼過椅背坐。有得揀,大家揀入門口嗰邊坐會好啲。最緊要嘅食物質素:是晚食咗個炭燒肉眼扒、牛脷同埋羊扒。先講前菜。有兩塊肉同一舊薯蓉。侍應聽到我哋主菜配薯菜,都唔提醒我哋前菜都有薯蓉。如果一早知,我就食返意粉啦!另外有一塊肉同我平時喺超市買開嘅金妹火腿係一樣味,嗰刻已經覺得太搞笑。希望係我食錯,哈哈!之後上嘅係被推上神枱嘅羅宋湯。其實我好少飲羅宋湯,不過嚟到唔飲就錯晒。佢當然比其他餐廳濃郁啦!不過又唔係好味到會想 encore 嘅程度~ 果然我唔係羅宋湯嘅粉絲。最後上主菜啦!肉眼扒同羊扒都係要七成熟,可惜出到嚟絕對唔對版,燒扒工夫未到家。扒嘅質素亦唔好,完全冇肉味,唔講都唔知自己食緊牛扒。牛脷我冇食,不過聽講三個餐當中係最好食。評語係脷唔夠入味,不過好過扒嘅質素。其實所有嘢都冇咩味,但係食完呢餐已經 7 小時,我個口仲渴到死,真係食唔出啲味精放咗喺邊。其實食嗰 $200 幾蚊一位,唔使咁高要求嘅!可惜我哋抱住太大期望去食,結果再一次印證,俾傳媒吹捧得太高都唔係一件好事。記得以前去諾士佛臺食嘅俄國餐,到今日間嘢都冇咗,我依然懷念佢哋啲包。食個前菜已經令人念念不忘到咁嘅地步,咁就係成功。價錢諾士佛臺嗰間都唔係貴好多,但有得揀,我真係唔會想食莎厘娜呢種中國化嘅俄國菜。劣評睇得多,我有時會覺得其實係咪我食唔中人哋啲拿手嘢,所以先中伏呢?如果有好食推介,麻煩通知一聲。最後,如果食情懷嘅朋友可能會繼續幫襯。不過冇感情包袱如我呢類客,的確冇咩吸引我再行入去食。亦正如上一篇食評所講,我寧願俾多 $100,落海記食海鮮還比較滿足。…Read More

They used to have butter knives. Even it is not expensive, but customer should have reasonable expectations. Otherwise, people in HK will just become slaves to pricey restaurants.
