呢間Check in Taipei喺尖沙咀Harbour City入面,環境走台式簡約風,燈光柔和,坐得幾舒服,啱晒朋友聚會或者同家人食飯。今次我試咗幾道菜,每道都有啲特色。芋泥麻糬香濃醬淋糖卷呢道菜一上枱就吸引晒目光,糖卷上面淋滿咗沙律醬同甜醬,賣相幾有層次。食落去,外皮脆脆地,內裡嘅芋泥香滑得嚟唔會太甜,仲有麻糬嗰陣煙韌口感,整體幾得意。不過,甜醬有少少搶味,份量偏多會有啲膩,如果減少啲會更加平衡。木瓜牛乳飲品方面,木瓜牛乳幾有台灣feel,份量啱啱好,奶味重,木瓜味清甜,但唔會太濃郁,飲完幾舒服。唯一係佢有少少偏甜,唔太適合鐘意清淡嘅人。芝麻山藥芝麻山藥呢道菜好特別,山藥切得幾厚,口感爽滑,外層鋪滿咗芝麻粉,增添咗啲香氣。入口唔會太膩,但芝麻粉比較乾,食嘅時候需要配啲飲品,整體算係健康又特別嘅小食。起司塔甜品方面,起司塔係一個亮點,外皮係酥脆嘅塔皮,內餡香濃但唔會太重芝士味,幾啱香港人口味。塔面微微焦香,增添咗啲層次感,呢個必試!整體評價整體嚟講,Check in Taipei嘅菜式有創意又有台灣風味,賣相有心思,味道上都幾高水準。不過,部分菜式嘅調味偏甜,唔係每個人都會中意。服務方面唔錯,店員態度友善,幾願意介紹菜式。…Read More

一行幾個人叫咗好多道菜,整體體驗唔錯,講講個人感受。擔擔麵:呢碗擔擔麵睇落就好吸引,紅通通嘅湯底夠晒濃郁,芝麻香味十足,辣度適中,唔會太刺激,但啱啱好刺激味蕾。麵條軟硬適中,唔會過腍,配埋面上啲肉碎,真係一流!不過分量偏少,食完仲有啲唔夠喉。酒釀丸子:甜甜地嘅酒釀湯,帶有淡淡嘅米香味,丸子煙韌又彈牙,口感好滿足。呢道菜清清地,食完啲重口味菜之後嚟一碗,啱啱好平衡返。蒜泥白肉:豬肉切得薄薄哋,配埋蒜泥醬汁,味道濃郁又唔會太膩。青瓜絲帶嚟一啲清新感,增添層次,算係幾開胃嘅一道菜。清蒸雞:雞肉爽口滑嫩,雞皮帶有少少膠質,啱啱好唔會太油膩,湯汁有少少紅棗味,幾滋潤,但味道略嫌普通,唔算突出。紅燒魚:魚肉炸得香脆,外層吸滿咗紅燒汁,酸甜味道幾突出,加埋啲松子,增添咗口感。不過魚骨較多,食嘅時候要小心啲。炒鰻魚豆芽:鰻魚肉質鮮嫩,炒得幾入味,豆芽保持爽口,整體都幾有鑊氣,呢道菜係我比較滿意嘅一樣。招牌粉絲煲:粉絲吸晒啲湯汁,幾夠味,蝦同鮑魚都好新鮮,入口彈牙。湯底帶少少辣,食落暖笠笠,非常惹味。甜品拼盤(芝麻餅、炸奶黃):芝麻餅外層香脆,內裏仲帶少少韌,幾有咬口。炸奶黃唔會太甜,口感鬆軟,奶味濃郁,幾適合食完一餐嚟個完美句號。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳菜式種類多,味道唔錯,價錢亦都合理,適合一家大細或者朋友聚餐!服務仲要好好!!…Read More

最近去咗觀塘一間叫Nata嘅餐廳,真係一試難忘!首先講下個環境先啦,餐廳裝修得好有格調,灰色嘅牆身配埋啲木製傢俬,感覺好舒服自在。最正嘅係有個大大嘅落地玻璃窗,望出去就見到街景,夜晚嘅時候仲可以睇到街燈,真係幾浪漫㗎!今次我哋揀咗幾款招牌菜,首先係個新出嘅和風蜜糖柚子醋大蝦配西柚海帶芽沙律,呢個配搭好特別,酸甜可口又夠新鮮!成碟都係色彩繽紛嘅蔬菜,有車厘茄、西柚、蝦仁,仲有唔同嘅生菜葉。上面仲灑咗啲芝麻,睇落去已經覺得好開胃。食落去個味道更加出色!個沙律醬調得啱啱好,唔會太濃又唔會太淡,完美平衡咗啲蔬菜嘅清新同埋蝦仁嘅鮮甜。跟住就到主菜喇,我哋叫咗美國1855安格斯肉眼同埋慢煮牛肩胛肉。安格斯肉眼係五成熟,外面煎得香脆,裡面仲有少少粉紅色,肉質嫩滑多汁,真係食到停唔到口。慢煮牛肩胛肉就更加軟腍,入口即化,仲帶有濃濃嘅牛肉香氣。甜品方面,我哋試咗個香印提子、藍莓拿破崙就係甜品,酥皮香脆,裡面嘅餡料香甜惹味,真係食完都唔覺得太甜。飲品方面,我哋揀咗Haha Pinot Grigio 2023,呢隻係新西蘭嘅白酒,清新爽口,帶有微微嘅果香,配搭啲肉類同海鮮都幾夾。最正係而家有買一送一優惠,所以兩個人都可以飲到成杯,真係抵食!總括嚟講,Nata嘅餐牌選擇豐富,出品水準高,環境又舒適,價錢都幾合理。全部嘢食加埋都唔洗500蚊一個人,以呢個質素嚟講真係抵食。如果想搵個地方同朋友聚餐,或者想嘆返個高質素嘅西餐,Nata絕對係個好選擇!…Read More

名副其實的「吃扒」

今日去咗位於旺角豉油街嘅「吃扒」試食,整體體驗都幾唔錯。呢間餐廳主打扒類菜式,今次點咗幾款唔同嘅餐,試咗佢哋嘅精選肉眼扒、心太軟配雪糕。首先講講燒茄焗豬扒飯,賣相十分吸引,芝士焗得金黃香脆,豬扒嫩滑,配埋茄汁味道清新但唔會太酸,食落去好有層次感。飯份量都好足夠,飽肚感十足。至於肉眼扒,扒質唔錯,煎得啱啱好,外層有少少焦香,而入面依然保持到嫩滑多汁,配菜嘅薯條同西蘭花亦都搭配得宜。但有少少美中不足係,個黑椒汁味道偏淡,未能完全提升扒嘅味道。最後甜品「心太軟配雪糕」係我今次最滿意嘅一款。心太軟外層鬆軟,內裡流心朱古力香滑,配埋雪糕,熱同凍嘅對比,真係一個完美嘅結尾。整體嚟講,「吃扒」價錢唔算貴,性價比算高,環境都幾舒適,值得一試。下次有機會再嚟,我會想試埋其他扒類菜式…Read More

最近我喺FireBird日式餐廳食咗個豐富嘅午餐,真係食到回味無窮。呢間餐廳嘅特色就係將傳統日本菜同創新元素完美結合,等客人可以嘆到一場味覺盛宴。首先,清酒煮蜆呢個前菜一定要試。新鮮嘅蜆肉浸咗清酒,香噴噴嘅酒香同蜆嘅鮮甜味完美融合。呢道菜唔單止開胃,仲為之後嘅美食之旅打咗個好基礎。二嚐日本酒Set令成個食飯過程都多咗啲微醺嘅愉悅感。精心挑選嘅日本酒款式多多,單飲都得,配餐都啱,令成個味覺體驗更加豐富。正!豪華2人套餐嘅內容多不勝數。溫泉蛋慢煮日本雞肉凱撒沙律口感好細膩,雞肉又嫩又多汁。精選刺身拼盤新鮮到爆,每一片生魚片都好似海洋嘅味道。大海老天婦羅酥脆好食,蝦肉彈牙又鮮甜。FireBird雞肉串燒拼盤就睇到廚師嘅烤功,雞肉外脆內嫩,醬汁又香又濃。最令人印象深刻嘅係火山熔岩三文魚卷,呢個創意菜式唔單止賣相吸引,口感層次仲豐富,三文魚嘅鮮美同特製醬汁嘅醇厚完美結合,絕對係今次食飯嘅重頭戲。甜品方面,雨滴餅質地軟綿綿,黃豆粉同黑蜜嘅配搭又傳統又創新,為成餐飯畫上完美句號。飯後嘅Fuji Mountain同Lychee Frozen就係兩款令人耳目一新嘅特色飲品。Fuji Mountain嘅視覺效果好震撼,藍色漸變好似富士山嘅剪影咁,飲落口感清爽。Lychee Frozen就帶有熱帶水果嘅清甜,為成個食飯體驗畫上清新嘅句號。總括嚟講,FireBird日式餐廳唔單止提供高質素嘅日本美食,仲通過創新嘅烹調方法同獨特嘅擺盤,等客人可以享受到視覺同味覺嘅雙重盛宴。無論你鍾意傳統口味定係想試新嘢,喺呢度都一定搵到啱你心水嘅嘢食。…Read More
