今日起身又唔想自己整早餐，就落樓睇吓有乜食喇... 諗來諗去，都係去返大快活。由於本身好鍾意食煎炸野，所以諗來諗去都係叫左個炸魚柳做早餐... 老實講，炸魚柳一定唔會喺屋企自己整，所以呢啲點都係出街食又方便又好味... 哈哈哈～講返個早餐先，係炸魚柳配炒蛋、厚多士；餐飲係凍檬茶。魚柳其實快餐店來講，佢算做得唔錯！夠曬脆，同埋啲肉都幾滑，魚柳上面重要有片檸檬點綴下添。重有就係佢個沙津醬其實都幾好食架。至於炒蛋，佢應該係用牛油炒嘅，有牛油味。但我就覺得如果成隻食曬都會幾溜下... 所以無食曬佢。多士都係好正路，好難做到唔好食... 哈哈～至於凍檸茶，我就覺得甜左少少... 下次真係要叫佢少甜先得！…Read More

老細升職，今晚請食飯，大家當然唔同佢客氣啦！同事A小姐就揀左呢間位於觀塘工廈嘅私房菜。一上到去... 原來都幾多人幫襯架喎！先黎左呢個都幾大碟嘅麻辣鹵水大併盆，有金錢肚，手撕雞同豬大腸。食落有少少辣，但都幾好味... opps... 原來唔覺唔覺，我都食左幾多下😝跟住到呢個蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子，味道都ok，同平時酒樓大排擋食開嘅都係咁上下，好正路咁。魚頭豆腐湯，都夠魚味同芫茜味，幾好。但同事B 就唔鐘意魚湯，所以益我飲多2碗，等我墜下火都唔錯... 哈哈哈再黎呢碟花雕蛋白蒸大肉蟹，個樣好靚呀！同事們都讚話新鮮同好味，但可惜我係唔食蟹嘅，同佢無緣呀⋯⋯之後就輪到菊子魚喇！係用斑起肉再炸成菊花造型嘅一道菜。炸斑配上一個柚子汁，柚子嘅微酸帶起左條魚嘅鮮味，再連埋佢塊菜一齊食，感覺幾清新，我覺得唔錯！但同事C就覺得條魚唔夠新鮮咁話，但其實我自己就唔多覺呀....再輪到上湯浸時菜同招牌御膳炒飯，呢2個都係正常味，無乜特色，所以就唔多講喇。最後到呢個菠蘿鳥，賣相都幾得意，係啄木鳥黎架，啲生果都算新鮮嘅，生果盆來講算係合格啦！…Read More

今朝趕時間返工無時間慢慢坐低食早餐，行過大埔火車站見到好耐冇食嘅堂嘅唐記包點，心血來潮好想食蒸包.... 一雙腳就忍唔住行左去唐記買早餐喇。其實唐記啲包同點心真係好抵食，幾蚊個包；十靚廿蚊個鐘頭飯同點心，仲要新鮮出爐熱辣辣，真係去邊度搵丫！另外，值得讚嘅係，唐記嘅員工真係好快手，趕時間真係一流！講返今日嘅早餐先，實在太肚餓喇... 所以我買左一個招牌嘅菜肉包同埋麥皮饅頭做早餐。以女仔來講，我都算大食喇！哈哈哈.... 不嬲對佢嘅蒸包都有信心，咁耐食，今次再買黎食，的確無令我失望，包皮依舊軟滑；菜肉包涵味道適中。唯一美中不足嘅係一定要襯熱食！隔耐左嘅話，包皮會無即食咁軟熟。…Read More
