唔鬼記得睇咗邊個飲食節目,所以今日去試吓,叫咗跋絲咕嚕肉,帶子賽螃蟹,黃金軟殼蟹,同埋鮑魚雞煲。咕嚕肉要$230+ 一啲都冇特別,層粉漿仲硬硬哋,一啲都唔跋絲,咁嘅質素咁嘅場最多只值$120碟帶子賽螃蟹先至奇怪,根本唔知係乜,介乎炒鮮奶同炒麵粉團溝蛋白之間,不倫不類,唔滑唔鮮唔輕身,蛋白味都欠奉,所謂嘅帶子少到搵唔到,不過俾你搵到又點佢都冇味。碟軟殼蟹粉漿又口又油,啲蟹處理又差竟然冇去腮,粗製濫造到極點。全晚稍為正常嘅就係鮑魚雞煲,我話正常但唔代表佢口味。總結成餐飯係浪費時間金錢。…Read More

久唔久去土瓜灣食嘢,但係去親都係北帝街嗰頭,今次走上天光道呢間小店竟然十分有驚喜,係返單之選。今晚第一次幫襯喺set dinner Menu入邊點咗三個餐老婆同阿女都係點「龍蝦汁蟹肉意大利飯配龍蝦尾」,我叫咗個「燒美國肉眼扒」。 個餐前菜我哋都揀左炸吉列蠔,湯係洋蔥湯。個吉列蠔炸得啱啱好又唔會油淋淋,洋蔥湯佢反傳統唔係清湯嗰隻,但我唔介意因為味道夠濃就收貨。個意大利飯一拎上枱就龍蝦汁香味撲鼻,啖飯有咬口,龍蝦味同蟹肉味互相比拼,件龍蝦尾亦都啖啖肉,龍蝦肉預其中嘅彈牙,雖然我略嫌佢鹹咗少少,但係總結嚟講成碟飯係好高分嘅,呢個餐兩隻吉列蠔一個湯一個飯再加一杯咖啡收$218我覺得係超值。另外嗰餐主菜係肉眼扒,件扒雖然唔係厚切,但係有碳香味呢個係小弟最鍾意嘅,我叫五成熟佢亦都控制得好好,份量唔细又有肉味又夠腍又juicy. 另外要讚佢嘅就係嘅配菜亦都唔係求求其其放兩件翠玉瓜俾你,又有蕃茄又有南瓜又有蘆筍,擺盤亦都唔錯,成個餐$298。 本來小弟一直覺得喺外邊食件扒如果低過$300都唔慌好食,但係今次真係有驚喜。臨尾一杯即磨咖啡都唔錯,都幾苦但我都可以接受。唯一係佢嘅餐牌有啲格格不入,因為佢個餐牌做得好似茶餐廳咁甚至比茶餐廳更差,感覺都幾搞笑。…Read More

呢間舖開咗冇幾耐就已經有幾十個食評個個都讚,雖然都預咗大部份係Foodie嘅手筆,但係都係忍唔住今晚去咗幫襯,諗住至多都係伏一次啫有幾大件事。兩個人叫咗三樣餸,蠔仔粥,椒鹽九肚魚同埋小炒王。椒鹽九肚魚嘩其實都唔使講嘢大家望吓幅相,係我食剩嘅,佢炸得唔夠鬆化,粉漿又冇味,魚又薄又冇肉,至慘就成碟都炸得好油!之後第二碟小炒王,望埋去有啲奇怪,因為佢用咗好多炸芋頭條而唔係用韭菜花,其實如果佢好食嘅都冇所謂,但係啲芋頭又唔鬆脆,又實又硬,夾咗兩粒腰果不得了點解會咁腍㗎? 忍唔住同個侍應講個侍應態度好好咁話同我炒過一碟,10分鐘之後佢嚟咗一碟新嘅,其實我覺得係等於頭先嗰碟再喺面上邊加啲新嘅腰果,嘩嘩嘩不得了嗰啲新嘅腰果有突破因為佢仲諗過之前嗰啲,而舊嗰啲腰果仍然喺入邊,沒有最腍只有更腍。對住一碟勁腍腰果搭硬芋頭嘅小炒王我都唔知點樣食落去,其實煮得唔好食已經係一個問題,但你仲要耍我又話炒個碟咁先令人氣憤! 個廚房如果有心做嘅,自己試吓碟腰果就知道唔可以拎出嚟俾客人食啦,咁嘅態度做食肆就冇得救啦!全晚唯一可以入口嘅就係個蠔仔粥,豪仔飽滿又夠多,但係其實佢嘅味道又唔係正宗潮州式嘅蠔仔粥嚟,算啦都唔好怪責碗粥啦,如果冇佢,我今晚就空住個肚走人。…Read More

終於來一試愛文生,估唔到,真係估唔到可以咁難食。兩個人叫咗椒鹽九肚魚,咕嚕肉,同埋小炒王,小弟認為呢三樣係大排檔嘅指標性食物,雖然幾乎所有大排檔都有呢三樣小菜,但係咁就可以最容易比較。椒鹽九肚魚拎上嚟竟然唔熱,啲魚又少肉亦都炸到乾晒,入面完全食唔到九肚魚應有嘅嫩滑,因為根本就乾晒,成碟就好似食緊一碟炸粉漿,入面冇底味,外面亦都冇味。咕嚕肉,外觀OK,但係粉漿超厚而且又硬又韌,舊肉超乾又冇底味,好似雪咗好耐而且再返炸,今次真係大開眼界竟然有大排檔做到咁差嘅咕嚕肉,老實講兩餸飯嘅咕嚕肉好食過佢多多聲。小炒王,成晚三碟之中稍為正常嘅一碟,偏鹹但,冇鑊氣,碟嘢仲偏濕添。深水埗區嘅小菜館,例如萬發,容記,增輝,小菜王,佢哋各有特色、好壞。但今次呢間真係差到一個點,連呢三樣嘢都整得唔好,你都唔使旨意我會再嚟食,唔好同我講話我唔識點餸。點解仲有咁多人去幫襯?真係令人唏噓!…Read More

唔想成日都去九龍城食泰國嘢所以今日去呢間試吓,環境同招呼都算係ok 嘅,但一間食肆始終要整好啲食物先至緊要。首先嚟個金柚鮮蝦沙律,味道一般,幾舊柚子肉同三隻細過一蚊嘅蝦,又冇其他蔬菜水果香葉或配料,收八十幾我覺得唔扺。點咗燒雞,同燒豬肋骨,兩樣都偏甜,我覺得隻雞其實係焗嘅,所以唔會有燒烤味,但係佢啲外皮又唔香,還好雞肉仍juicy 有味。個豬肋骨佢話佢係炭烤但小弟一啲都唔覺!叫咗一個蝦醬肉碎炒飯,同一個原個菠蘿雞肉炒飯, 兩個炒飯都炒得好濕,其實唔可以講得上係一個炒字,蝦醬肉碎真係搵唔到肉碎,我懷疑可能係納米肉碎。菠蘿炒飯,啲菠蘿係新鮮又香嘅,但係個飯本身好差,啲飯又濕又淋,啲雞肉又冇味又乾,其他配料如肉鬆、臘腸、提子又少!呢個菠蘿炒飯係我廿年來遇上嘅最差嘅一個菠蘿炒飯。呢間嘢整體上所有餸菜都有一種偷工減料嘅感覺。整體上唔會反感,但係一定唔會再去。…Read More

喺附近住咗十幾年到今晚先第一次幫襯佢,本來想食羊腩煲,但擔心中伏一瀨嘢就跌幾舊水都係試吓佢哋啲小菜先。兩大一細點咗三個小菜,麵醬雞煲,茄子斑腩,生炒骨,每款$68-70,跟白飯同中湯。(個湯係青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,唔覺有味精味,掂,例湯嚟講已經係交足功課。)頭嗰兩樣餸都係中上水準,肯定肯定比果啲連鎖店例如道腥,綿仙好食,大加落大塊殼就更加唔使講。今晚亮點係碟生炒骨,大大碟成坐山咁高端上枱,大家自己睇相,大大舊而且係肉厚,咬落去軟熟有肉汁,而家坊間好多都係骨肉比例係3:1 而我呢碟係1:2。 粉薄而脆而又仲係黐住舊肉,有啲食肆做到成粒脹卜卜,層脆漿炸到有啲離肉我個人覺得有啲離題唔正宗。味道方面甜酸適中,個汁唔會太稠,菠蘿同三色椒又夠多。諗起有啲舖搞花神將啲生炒骨放落啲冰度,又話收你兩舊水……另外,呢間鋪啲招呼好親切,伙記同事頭婆又有禮貌,初頭行入去有啲麻甩嘅感覺,估佢唔到又幾斯文,問佢要三杯水仲問我要熱定暖添。短期內一定會再去,試佢嘅羊腩煲!I love 小店。…Read More

呢餐真係食到一肚氣。訂咗四位6点。限時兩粒鐘即8点要埋單。8時埋單$308/位,其他時段$348.5点55分去到但佢未开哂門,都算,照推门入座。任食花蟹,黃奄仔或綠奄仔。所謂綠奄其实係次等貨,味道與黄膏差好遠,什么食水草大而變綠膏,係真係假不必深究,反正小弟食襯稍為高質嘅奄仔必定係黄膏,只曾经试过在街市買过D平價蟹先出现綠膏。(註:綠係指深色鴨屎綠,苦多过甘甜)。講番个餐,海鮮係九款選五,不是任食。新鮮,正常。唯青口有一隻壞咗,算喇。蟹任点但每次不可超过人頭数。点了4只奄仔,有3只係綠膏。4只蟹都有膏但好少好削。感失望!再点4只花蟹,端上来的竟然係藍蟹。位侍应A小姐竟然同我講"来货係呢D,冇辦法",第二位侍应B卻同我講呢D就係花蟹!老實講如果我吾係一位蟹痴周時行吓街市,隨時俾佢大返轉頭。到我再揾第三位侍应C(成間鋪都吾知边个高级D),佢先承認果D係藍蟹!大家可知藍蟹隨時比花蟹平一倍,跟本係兩回事,無可能可以做代替品,仲则则膊吾多覺!第一位的侍应小姐自被我揭穿之後就开始态度恶劣,由小姐顿变孖四。劣!果位侍应C怕搞大件事就答应俾八折。我亦ok 接受。继续点奄仔,之後兩輪都係得四分一机会係黃膏,果D始终都係奄仔我無話可説!只嘆一句''中伏"。整个过程其实好急,但预咗知道食到8点,约在7点25分佢哋已叫我last order。我亦照做,之後冇再加單。但......之後就出事喇。过了8点後佢冇叫我埋單,我坐到8点半叫埋單時佢竟收我每位$348而不是$308! 佢话我已过了8点所以係348. 我成世人未見过自助餐如此屈机。佢既然識用8点呢个時限叫我截單,点解都最後又唔叫我埋單?一間正路的放题餐厅事必會提你last order 兼夾夠鐘叫你埋單的,佢咁做擺明設氹俾人踩!我慶爆但始终真係8点後先埋單,佢收我每位348但亦兑现打八折的承诺。我终于"骨''一声吞咗度火埋單走人。P.S. 另外试咗如牛,豬都有D韌。粉果同牛丸吾駛食。青菜ok.最後兜粥係唯一亮点。 …Read More

11年為佢寫了一篇食評,當時三餸一面好似係22蚊,今時今日34蚊了。評心而論佢係退步咗但唔算多,只係個湯同腩汁淡咗,貴价D嘅豬扒亦已無聲無息地消失咗,柚皮亦吾多覺眼。但牛筋腩和其它餸如大肠,豬红,冬菇保持到水準。此店可惜先天有兩大缺点,一是坐位太少太窄,每次要趕住食完走人。二是负责淥麵个大嬏永远都咁臭串,趕客首選。慶幸佢隔离果間柚寄越来越吾爭氣,否则个条大嬸肯定幫佢趕走一半人龍。…Read More

终於來到呢度食返餐,入正題。一行十二人點左出哂名嘅白肺湯,鹽焗雞,咕鲁肉,蝦多士,仲有炒生魚卷,梅菜扣肉,陳皮肉餅等好期待個白肺湯沒令人失望,杏味幾濃有D唔似傳統中湯,不過無所謂好味就得,感覺此行冇“白費”到。鹽焗雞不愧係要預訂招牌菜,香滑有雞味,有咸香有色水。但有D奇怪好似食到有煙薰味,有少少得龍太爺雞的影子。問題來啦,事關要讚嘅已经食完。蝦多士是味度是ok的但塊面包稍油,冇特別,(雖然好似用了海中蝦)個陳皮牛肉餅好差,係好差。好似將幾粒嗰D水皮茶樓D山竹牛肉壓扁佢就咁上碟,淋patpat又無果皮味,咁樣點敢收人成舊水呢?!咕鲁肉甜酸比例幾啱,個人認為整体味度內外都啖口左,個汁厚D仲好。.......突然懷念北角嗰間士多啤梨骨......生魚卷唔得,魚唔鮮亦太乾太老,唔駛食!比起太子鳳城差兩皮。東施效顰梅菜扣肉不過不失,切得太薄咬口唔夠,可能要就住D怕肥人仕,小弟对此碟扣肉要求特別苛刻,因為係…....150蚊碟。讚吓個荷葉飯,足料,料亦鮮.生炒糯米飯好味足料,但又係有D怪,放左好多炒蛋碎有如楊州炒飯,D糯米冇哂黏性顯然係過水太多,令到成件事失去糯米飯的神髓,何必要搞成咁呢?仲叫左齋煲同菜,個齋保味度可以但D粉絲一pat嘢,如果粉絲靚功夫好就唔會係咁臨尾甜品,蛋白杏仁茶好味。但個核桃糊差到冇朋友。整體來講呢間食物參差,喺傳統口味中尋出路但好似有D力不從心,是否分唔同師傅負責不得而知.  咁嘅價位咁嘅裝修能有一班客路,我估與”同學會”情意結不無關係一試無妨,再試慎防有時要款多又要質數高,正如又要好味又話要健康,談何容易呢!…Read More

:)今日第四次食这里的乾炒牛河了。实在太好了。 為了一碟牛河就跑回家寫这个食評还是值得的,食咗4次4次都一樣咁有水準,唔讚吓佢都唔得。32蚊碟伙记一端上來就鑊氣樸鼻,好似將成隻鑊由廚房拎出來放喺你面前,D河粉在碟上彈彈吓,证明粉本身夠烟靭又唔碎濕濕,當然亦因為炒得好先至唔會一`pat'嘢咁,凈係呢點己经好多餐廳酒楼做唔到,(試過一間颇有名的唔打仗的“xx馆”的牛河,就是一pat碎河粉了。)牛河味道較得啱啱好,唔太甜又唔覺得有重味精。色水唔會太黑,有光澤又唔太多油。(其實就算油多了一点小弟都唔會太介意,好似食和牛,鵝肝咁都預咗啦.)牛肉夠多夠淋但又唔係拿到死淋冇哂肉質嗰隻,冇留下梳打粉D苦味,夠香仲炒到有少少燶㖭,好嘢。証明个厨真係好掂,各方面都兼顧到,對自己同食物都有要求,芽菜的份量又適中,三十零蚊我唔介意冇韮黄。亦唔需要加蛋絲上面整色整水.一碟近乎完美,色香味俱全的干牛河就俾我十分钟食哂,好滿足。在香港地干牛河通街都係,試問能碰到值得回味嘅又有幾間呢?(记憶中銅鑼湾的何x记都幾得,但N年无去了,得閒要再去比較吓.)呢間店平凡中顯不平凡,呢到D其他炒嘢都水準高,相信就是出自同一个師父,钦敬钦敬!老實講就算佢價錢加Double我都會幫襯不過最好唔好加啦…Read More

在Houston食過差不多10次,因在附近找不到比它更好的西餐了,當然,對一间餐廳和其食物的要求應該和它的價錢成正比,不可能俾70蚊想食和牛吧!這裡的午餐任你叫邊款都唔差,68至98蚊倒,餐湯不是求其的芡水,面包又暖又軟,主菜如肉眼扒,蟹肉汉堡,Ribs都好好。牛扒唔係嗰D拿到冧而冇味的貨式,而係steak house嗰種炭燒牛扒,好值!(切記,它只收你68蚊).配菜如飯,意粉,薯蓉都不馬虎。Ribs比好多大舖好的多,什么什么阿Ruby和Tony都行埋一邊。今日試咗他的炭燒牛脷帶給我無限驚喜,有炭香,咸香,唔肥膩,唔'show"。間你服未?另外佢既厨師推介有一款羊膝,好得!希望它能維持落去,好嘢自然會有人欣賞。装修和招呼都舒服,在這舊區簡直你奇葩.雖然有時會有些少失手,如湯唔夠熱,紅豆冰仲有粒冰糖未熔哂.不過OK喇, 因為服務態度好…Read More
