平平無奇的素菜....只是服務差

依輪成日都見有素食既餐廳,一路都心郁郁想去試試~終於,今次同大隻仔去左始創依間試試~其實素食之前都有食,但一直都無咩話好食到想再去既感覺。會揀依間既原因係~~>因為成日都見好多人等位,應該無死啩!....等左大概25-30分鐘,入到去~係出面我已經係度諗緊食咩好~其實食素對我黎講,有兩樣有趣既地方:1. 估佢係咩,即係一睇餐牌上既野就係咁估下佢係咩做既~     等到食果陣睇下自己估唔估等中2.睇佢有幾似~ 明明唔係果樣野,但又可以變成另一樣既口感~    當然啦,大部份既素都唔係好似....坐低叫左4個餸,有玄米茶同前菜奉上~前菜係涼拌芹菜,以花椒,魚露等調味,類似四川風味,但沒有辛辣,清新可口!5-10分鐘左右,避風塘蠔仔拚脆鱔上枱所謂既脆鱔,係用冬菇沿邊剪成長條型,沾粉炸!香濃菇味!幾特別!而蠔仔係面根加味精....似蠔仔味,但相對黎講,冬菇比較有趣!總括而言,香口,賣相OK,只是有點油....為免每道菜都係炸炸炸,所以專登叫左碟焗既~燒汁雜菌焗牛仔肉牛仔肉係面根加重味精....係好似牛既感覺...但係令我有點討厭!就好似舊「牛仔肉」同你係咁講:「信我啦,我係牛,牛牛牛牛牛牛牛!」明明知你無可能係牛,又偏偏勁重味精係牛....算....係我錯....錯在叫左依個餸!係....係尾聲先上個沙律....柚子沙律....好甜!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!果汁係勁濃,濃到想用水沖淡!其實如果小小汁既,都可以既~只係佢既汁又濃又一PAT PAT....似糖醬.....味道太濃,太甜,怪怪的一D都唔會有清新既感覺!食沙律食到有D 膩!怪....因為大隻仔肚餓,所以叫左個飯~籠仔荷香茄粒梅菜焗飯....大隻仔都講:梅菜無肉跟飯....好怪...無錯..好齋!飯係蛋炒飯,但唔香....就係飯同梅菜...但係兩樣野唔夾咁....乾真真...怪怪的...一般蒸飯都應該濕濕地KA...唉...怪怪...到最後...係不得不提佢地既服務!D姐姐真係.......「黑面神上身」!叫加水,聽唔到!叫攞野,睇你唔到!但最勁係一叫埋單,仆到咁應!係WOW!仲要埋單時先問要唔要糖水(紅豆沙)好啦,我地埋完單啦...等....等左成15-20分鐘先上果碗紅豆沙!紅豆沙面都有層依.....凍哂....唉....早知唔等好過!....「服務真好!!」總結:價錢一般,菜色一般,服務超差..... 沒有什麼吸引到我短時間再黎.....…Read More

今日好難得咁約到H小姐同W小紅出黎食飯,諗住揾個舒服D 既地方食晚飯。而係沙田新城市,假期前夕七點後,係超難「揾食」!食咩都好,開左個APPS 攞位先!所以今次我地都一次過攞左兩間,最後pizza express 成功以20張枱快過頂泰豐贏出!但其實已經等左30分鐘.......好喇,入到去...第一件事...張枱好污漕.....仕應抹完一次....仍有漬....算啦...都叫抹左.......之後,打開MENU,我地好快就叫到想食咩~但仕應亦好快咁同我地講:「用餐時間只有個半鐘」突然想講:香港人,食餐飯都要快....唉~算,落單啦!叫左3樣野....點知佢出菜速度超驚人!可能佢用左叮噹既「時間停止器」啦~如果唔係,點可以由落單到上菜5分鐘都無就上左個意粉?我一擺隻手係碟邊..只係暖暖地....好明顯係「由於時間關係,一早預備好!」...海鮮意係好蝦囉...同埋好橄欖油...橄欖油多既程度係...似油浸~當然,梗係會有人同我講:你識咩丫!西餐係咁咖!橄欖油健康呀!但唔好意思,我叫既唔係油浸意粉....同埋一個只有微暖既意粉,完完全全引起唔到我食欲LO!...之後,蒜蓉芝士蟹肉焗薄餅同風乾牛肉薄餅都係短短5分鐘內上到!所有都係微暖,完完全全唔熱!仲有,都係一大埋橄欖油倒上去....仲有舊檸檬LOL...個蒜蓉芝士蟹肉焗餅味道係OKAY 既!材料都夾,加上檸檬更鮮!但,暖既LOL仲有,唔係脆既,個皮仲有D凍...係一D都唔暖...唉....算,由於時間關係嘛!但估唔到Pizza Express 連Pizza都可以咁難食!一上碟個皮已淋,仲只有超微微暖....救命!唔通PIZZA係涼菜?又一早預備好?!材料上係OK,足料,配合得好!只係「由於時間關係,一早預備好!」.....我地食完之後...心有點淡...仲諗住以後沙田有度好食....點知....剛食完,仕應馬上收碟...仲比埋張單我地囉...計一計...我地只係食左40分鐘....個半鐘都未夠就趕....香港人,食飯啫,唔洗咁趕呀化!!!.....總結一句:「由於時間關係,一切都預備好!食快D,食快D,食快D!!!」…Read More

大圍食店眾多,中西日越泰...各式其色,任君選擇...而今次我決定了食意粉,所以到了這平民「意粉屋」去~...這當然不是我第一次到這家店食意粉~基本上,有朋友到大圍,又想平平地,我都會推介這一家~因為又平又OK,最緊要係唔會衰嘛~...今次去依度食午餐,價錢相當既抵食~HK$42包一杯飲品~不過講到飲品,就真係要講一講!依度無咩唔好,只係飲品質素比較差...除左咖啡(即磨)香氣氛芳,值得推介外....其他既....都係低於一般水平..檸茶最差....實在唔多建議囉~好似今次既青檸金桔蜜,都係用即沖既沖....所以係唔會有青檸味,你OK既,都可以叫既~但不是我推介推介既都係杯咖啡,又香又濃~只係太晏飲會訓唔著,所以如果夜晚先食,我都叫其他~至於意粉呢~依度既午餐意粉係好似食車仔麵一樣,要咩叫咩~價錢非常合理,只係佢12點先開,要注意~仲有,平日都幾多學生KA~12點半後就要等......我黎依度最最鐘意食佢既「芝士焗」意粉~因為真係超多芝士!!!今次叫左「芝士焗肉醬意」係我成日叫既一款~味道好OK KA!完全好味過意粉屋~當然,同D高級意大利餐廳無得比~不過,可以係度食個平民VERSION,都唔錯啦~又夠飽~抵!!!其他既小食比較推介既係焗薯皮同蠔~都幾正KA~晚餐加一個小食剛剛好!環境係小餐館,會有D 逼;服務因人手短缺,會等一陣~…Read More

 女仕們看到甜品,糖水,總會突然變出另一個胃出黎!而小女子亦一樣,雖然平時唔多鐘意食甜,但就好鐘意食糖水。每次出街食飯,總會覺得來一碗糖水才是真正的感嘆號!!!!!所以,今日同大隻先生食完個飽飽晚餐,就扭計去食碗糖水。 係旺角,以前一路都會食心太軟,窩夫食D西式D既甜品。而今日又突然好想食碗中式糖水,行行下就入左黎依間海記。入到去,睇睇餐牌,原來唔止傳統糖水咁簡單,當中都有D新野。好似綿花冰,楊枝甘露等....而打開最後一頁,仲有D唔係間間有既糖水---燉鮮奶,酒釀丸子,杏汁燉雪耳等。就我平時最常食既燉木瓜雪耳黎講,佢只係HK$20.00一碗,平過大圍任何一間糖水鋪!價錢OKAY! 同大隻先生叫左3樣野食,酒釀小丸子,椰汁燉海底椰同沙沙合桃糊先講酒釀小丸子;依樣糖水次次食都係一樣感覺...9死1生...食過咁多次,都係得一兩次係好味....其餘既都係怪...怪...同怪....今次....係...中伏...佢有落桂花同埋D酒釀煮...老實講,佢算整得中規中矩,只係酒釀同糖既比例有所差異....所以會有微酸...但因用即用酒釀關係,所以唔會有酒香...依個就係成個酒釀丸子既精髓所在!HK$23.00, 75分之後係大隻先生既椰汁燉海底椰HK$34.00 物超所值!點解?!因為叫你自己整丫?!勁多功夫!而且佢勁足料,唯一可講既地方係佢椰汁中有加糖。但加左都唔會真係好甜,可以接受!最緊要係佢做到椰汁果陣香!一聞到後會馬上想叫依個試試!而裏面既馬箒,爽口,清新,使你唔會覺得太膩!依個可算係推介推介!最後,要講講沙沙合桃糊....老老實實,海記自己打到自己係合桃糊專家,自自然然對佢會有所期望...而往往期望...都係會變成失望....今次都唔例外~合桃糊香味不足...同佐敦果間傳統糖水比較....差很多!專家....只可以講比坊間既好既~點都好,糖都唔算多,唔太甜...只係淡口左D,合桃香少D...但米糊算OK LOL....而所謂既沙沙就係有D粗粒合桃係面....口感好D,有得咬下~推介既,都係推椰汁燉海底椰LOL~OVERALL, 試完3樣傳統糖水,水準算好!最最最最最緊要係咁既水準,合理價錢!而且環境舒適,太子旺角又一好選择!!!!…Read More

大隻先生知我鐘意食牛~好有心咁帶我去依間傳統扒房試試...其實我印象中都試過係灣仔食過類似的....都是麻麻....不過既然大隻先生咁有心,當然要俾面試試啦~未去之前,我偷偷黎openrice 睇過,115個好,應該無死啦...點知.............先係去到,發覺原來要等位.....我們去到時間是6:45PM左右,閒日不是假期....也是需要等位....我想:E~好似好好多人,應該無死啦~...無幾耐就入到去......入到去....吓?! 圓枱?仲要搭枱?感覺十分怪...不過我自我安撫,心諗:夠「傳統」!坐低,大隻先生介紹依度既西冷牛扒...我睇住個餐牌,其實都無咩可揀...西冷就西冷啦...店員一邊望住門口,一邊落單...唔通佢有對神眼?咁既角度都睇到我?如果唔係既,依D服務真係勁差囉~不過,我再一次同自己講:「夠傳統!」...落完單30秒都唔夠,即刻上湯....我叫左紅湯....羅宋湯...味道OK啦,唔係新鮮蕃茄,係用茄榚加什菜...傳統港式扒房做法,夠濃,OK!80分....飲完湯之後,上扒...依度既扒都係上鐡板....其實我食扒好怕好怕上鐡板!1.D牛扒會好易過熟2.好大陣味!但去到依D傳統扒房...無計...夠「傳統」嘛~.....我點既係西冷牛加蒜(大隻先生推介),放好塊扒先揀汁淋,有黑椒同燒汁揀,我揀黑椒。我好怕牛扒過熟,所以我揀左5成。伙計淋汁,我心諗大劑,我成個人都勁大蒜味呀!好啦,開餐!第一啖....心諗「咩黎咖?!」我食到既係,一啖充滿蒜味既海綿!飲啖水,再試試,試下無蒜蓉果邊....依然係一舊鹹既海綿!....1. 牛扒被內鬆粉嗱到一DD既肉味都無!成舊海綿咁!2.黑椒汁無黑椒味,只有鹹....3.蒜蓉反而變左成碟野既主菜咁....蓋哂........我完完全全地食唔落....因為果種一味死鹹既味令我超口渴....望住牆上果位成日介紹「美食」既名人,暗嘆...又中伏了.......跟餐有杯野飲,但超細杯...檸茶茶底係OK既,不過個杯太細,加太多糖囉........成個餐HK$72加一,即80左右....有塊「肉」,算抵既....但..............................我一定唔會因為依度既野食再黎囉!!!.....P.S. 食野既過程中,不停有人係我背後傳一塊塊既鐡版,超危險!環境勁狹窄,通風勁差!食完一餐由頭到腳都係蒜味,我個袋吹足兩日先散!有定心理準備大清洗!環境狹窄得令你想快D食完快D食完走...所以前後半個鍾就食完...好多人都為左懷舊而黎....但,懷舊只有氣氛,食物....唉.....只可講,不是拍拖既好地方~ …Read More

自從上次大病後,「大隻先生」就好鐘意食粥,所以今日我地又去左試食粥店。我去出面食粥,好怕兩樣野:1.味精2.燶底基本上一食到有味精後,我就唔會再去返間粥店度~而燶底,可以換就換,唔換就只好去第二度食。今次好好彩,依間粥店無味精亦無燶底,放心食到尾!一入到去,環境是傳統粥店格局,開放式廚房,寬敝但衛生麻麻。因為一見就見到整油炸鬼塊板放係地上...不過地踎檔又點會好似4,5星酒店丫~睇開D~點菜時,又要再提醒一下自己....地踎粥店,平民價錢,地踎服務。人手短缺,就更加無得怨....終於都落完單,叫左我好耐無見到既柴魚花生粥!係度要講少少故....今時今日,好多時係街食粥都係「生滾粥」,即係一個固定既粥底,配合客人想要既菜,一滾至熟就上碗...當然有D生滾粥係好正既,好似生滾牛肉粥,生滾魚片粥...但始終有D粥係要老火煲先香,先綿,先會融洽,而唔係似「分居」咁~市面上好多時皮蛋廋肉粥都係生滾....粥都未有果種皮蛋融化既香....當然失色不少!而依間,可贊既係依家買少見少既老火粥。今次點左「柴魚花生粥」,雖然花生未夠香,但已勝過坊間唔少粥店!-足料,粥底夠綿-花生預先炒過,但都係唔夠香; 好彩,夠林,算係咁-柴魚唔夠香-但廋肉同粥底算係咁,食落有種傳統既味道;  即係粥夠綿,料既味又融合係粥度-HK$16.00一碗,划算!-75分啦~ 當然,100分既粥都係屋企自己煲既最好啦!!!炸兩-睇其他食家話裹面仲脆....可能我地唔好彩LOR~ 林...加過氣....-但據我觀察,粥店所有油器都係預先炸好,放入油櫃....  睇過D煎堆,凹哂入去....好明顯過左好一段時間啦!-炸兩皮略厚...都可接受...但入面既油炸鬼就差D...  油底唔好,所以有D味;加上林...係因為佢地所有炸兩都係包定哂....  就算入面本身會脆都被出面既皮焗林哂啦....  又點會好食呢?-HK$10.00-45分...或以下....-咸肉糭-可選配砂糖或豉油-咸肉糭內有綠豆蓉,肥豬肉既肥油加一個鹹蛋王-料就足,亦夠傳統,只係可能女仔食會HEAVY D~-鹹蛋王唔夠靚,失色少少-HK$14.00-70分啦~ 少有傳統仲用肥豬油~香!但就差個鹹蛋就可99分~總括而言,依間粥店大家預左服務地踎;野食勝在平同傳統,都值得一試,清清腸胃啦~…Read More

我很喜歡下午茶點,特別是曲奇。以前我總是會買另一家的蝴牒酥....但物價狂升後,少買了....這天跟友人逛街,被他們的蝴蝶酥吸引了。他們的蝴蝶酥有很多口味,而且價比我以前食那間便,水準也很高!店員友善,讓我們一一試食,一一介紹。蝴蝶酥-水準一流,香脆,甜度適中-多款口味可選綠茶曲奇-不太配...綠茶跟曲奇如同「分居」的....-綠茶是綠茶,曲奇是曲奇,沒有融合一體咖啡曲奇-很平庸,不值這價錢的感覺-香脆,但不會有驚喜杏仁棒棒酥 HK$95.00而唯一特式就是這款,極力推介!-香,脆,鬆化而不油膩-不會很甜,杏仁香脆-一食再食,送茶一流(茶可選西紅茶,或中式紅茶,配其牛油香,更是完美)-一般這種杏仁酥都會牛油過重,但這款卻只有牛油香,沒有牛油膩-唯一就是只有盒包裝....一個人食完一盒有點罪疚感...-店員說如果「林」了,可放進焗爐加熱至脆~ (但我都是會在「林」之前食完!)總括而言,蝴牒酥,杏仁酥出色;曲奇則平平無奇~…Read More

到尖沙咀食飯,10次有8次我是會選食韓國料理。食了很多間,只不過一直都無打食評的習慣。這天跟友人2人一同來到這小店,原因只有1個---->套餐。有時侯上班後,腦汁盡用,真的不想再用腦去點菜。當見到餐牌上有「套餐」這兩個字,仿如神助般,想也不想就點。其實,好多時侯,套餐也不會便宜很多!這我當然知道,但這天就是懶去想!!!!! 一入餐廳,店內不算太多人,伙計安排了我們兩人坐4人枱。我們也點了2人套餐:1.牛肋骨2.海鮮煎餅3.炒年榚加海帶湯,白飯以及餐前小菜HK$341.00 包加一很多香港的韓國餐廳都會提供蜀米茶,味道偏淡,有一絲絲的蜀米香。這是因為韓國菜偏燥熱,重味,而蜀米茶有下火,清新的功效。所以下次食韓國菜時,記得喝喝這杯茶下下火啊~食韓國菜不得不提它的前菜。一般在香港的前菜款式都會是不辣,而不設添加,或添加收費。但在韓國(除旅遊區)的前菜都是辣,而且是任添的!而韓國人對前菜甚為看重,就是看它的前菜就大概可知餐廳的水準,文化等。而這餐廳看也看出是「被港化」了....泡菜,青瓜,蘿白都不辣,只有酸....薯仔也不夠甜...豆腐沒味....還有炒菜....總括而言,沒有一絲韓國風味的前菜....炆牛肋骨- 牛肋骨夠「林」,入味,內有蘿白,紅蘿白伴菜- 味道偏甜,但韓式這道菜都是偏甜的,送飯OK- 80 分海鮮煎餅-完完全全港化的一個煎蛋餅-冰鮮蝦點會有味? 煎蛋既味蓋過哂所有味....-港式煎蛋,配蝦仁-50分 炒年榚-一點都不辣....唉....-年榚夠「林」,但未入味-60分總括而言,這是一間港化韓店,如果怕辣而又想試韓國菜,可試。而價錢上...在香港的韓國料理中,算一般,合理。但如果要跟其他所有料理比較,當然會比較貴。…Read More
