以前欽州街有間叫「圓圓」的台飲店,好好生意,唔知點解突然結業,真心可惜。但近日發現「圓圓」小姐回歸深水埗,當然去回味下。現於西九龍中心八樓美食廣場的圓圓小姐,同昔日的「圓圓」分別不大,舖位雖小,五臟俱全。我叫左「圓圓珍珠炭焙烏龍鮮奶茶」試下有無以前咁正,另外叫左杯「鮮奶三重奏」。圓圓珍珠炭焙烏龍鮮奶茶最回味係「圓圓」的黃金珍珠混黑糖珍珠,煙韌的咬口,珍珠的味道唔會太甜,加上鮮奶同烏龍的比例恰好,烏龍茶保持住茶香,讚。鮮奶三重奏(走甜)何為三重奏:鮮奶加上黑糖珍珠,芋薯圓及嫩仙草。呢杯野令我真心驚喜。本來我都唔係太喜歡鮮奶,但配上三重奏,啜落有滑滑的嫩仙草,芋薯圓軟淋,同黑糖珍珠的煙韌,三重口感又真心係我杯茶,重重點推介。…Read More

今日早收,行左去蘇屋邨個邊行街市,見到有間舖頭有d街坊圍住,於是走埋去八卦下,原來係一間新開無耐的燒味舖,個名幾特別叫「燒味滷師」。周圍望到舖頭 d 易拉架,都係新店開張嘅優惠,單雙拼都只係$22,非常吸引。半隻雞都只係$30,全隻就$69;怪不得吸引左咁多街坊嘅好奇心,包括我。見咁抵食,我都忍唔住出手,買左鵝上庄,半斤燒腩仔,半斤叉燒同埋半邊豉油雞。舖頭話大唔大,話細又算不上,係買賣過程中,都已經係電腦化,仲可以用八達通付款。斬完d燒味,店員都會抹一抹盒d油,返到屋企成盒野真係無肥淋淋。坐巴士返屋企途中,可以聞到盒內燒味嘅香味,聞到已想食,正。燒鵝上庄:最讚係燒鵝汁另上,唔會令到上面同盒底d鵝唔同油度同咸度。其他舖頭,食到底個d就好油同咸左,唔夠均勻。而呢度另上鵝汁,係另有一番滋味。燒鵝皮脆,可見燒出黎之後,擺放時間唔係好耐,仲好新鮮。鵝肉夠厚,而且好嫩,一d都唔會老而鞋。燒腩仔:皮脆,肥瘦適中,味道均勻夠入味。大仔最鍾意最讚:呢度d燒腩仔靚喎。當然靚喇,你食哂喇!叉燒:我最鍾意呢個叉燒,夠淋夠滑夠蜜味,我最愛食叉燒頭,連叉燒頭都好淋滑。豉油雞:生熟岩岩好,雞肉嫩加滑,連雞胸位d肉都唔鞋,唔食雞胸嘅我,都肯食。店內仲有滷水鵝,滷水鴨,燻蹄,海蜇等等,下次早收再出手。…Read More

家姐就黎生日,想搵D 比較好,又坐得舒服D 嘅餐廳,當然我唔介意比貴少少喇。係Openrice見到Misu的食評唔錯,所以過黎試下。餐廳環境好舒適,門口就係一個大魚缸,養住d新鮮食材,另外坐位望向山,好舒服。我地叫左個精選套餐$288/位~時令野菜沙律~有沙律菜,青瓜絲,仲有蟹籽仔,撈埋日式胡麻醬,好開胃。新鮮南非磯煮鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬~鮑魚真係好似溏心鮑魚咁,而且好嚼口。如果再加埋鮑魚肝醬,更加突出鮑魚本身的鮮甜味。麵豉湯~麵豉湯裡面有兩隻蜆,蜆肉無沙,好新鮮好甜。刺身三款~三款都好新鮮,刺身係厚切,口感好豐富。壽司盛合六件~鯛魚、炙燒三文魚、甜蝦等,壽司上的魚生新鮮,壽司醋味同黏度剛好,令壽司完整不鬆散。寶雲酥羊架~有三件,唔洗太用力就可以切開,都已知羊架夠淋。切開後入面充滿肉汁,羊架肉質好嫩,外層脆脆,調味得宜,再配以沙律食用岩岩好,最推介呢個羊架。…Read More
