有朋自遠方來, 阿 Sir 請食飯, 小妹有幸可列席。一行十一人, 九大兩小。先來前菜 :-烤麩 – 很入味馬蘭頭 – 我沒有食, 不過看買相應該不錯鎮江骨 – 一般茄子 (忘了正確明稱) – 一般皮蛋豆腐 – 一般花雕醉乳鴿 – 一般主菜 : - 蜜汁火方 – 好味! 加了桂花, 令火方有淡淡的蜜味。火方本身不太鹹, 把它夾在中式白包中, 咬下去火方獨有的鹹香味留在口中久久不散 .. 好味好味!砂鍋雲吞雞湯 – 一般, 沒有驚喜之作!毛蟹炒年糕 – 好味! 一向是上海年糕的粉絲, 可給我驚喜的是毛蟹。蟹有很多顏色透明的蟹膏 – 香, 糯! 蟹肉甜! 上海籍友人說年糕是正宗的上海年糕, 好味! 但小妹卻覺得年糕不較黏,糯!元蹄 – 心肌梗塞之作! 不過如不吃肥膏, 又何必要點這個菜呢? 肥膏入口即溶, 肉部份很鬆化!蟹粉豆腐 – 一般, 沒有驚喜之作!香煎小黃魚 – 友人大讚! 我卻因飽而沒有吃!炒菜 – 忘了菜的明稱! 主食 : -小籠包 – 好味!蒸銀絲卷 – 小妹對於中式沒餡料的飽點一向情有獨鍾, 所以只要不是太差, 我都會覺得好吃!埋單二千多, 就十一個人來說, 價錢合理!為了那個毛蟹炒年糕, 我相信我會再去幫襯!…Read More

很久很久之前曾在此吃過晚飯, 記憶中食物質素與環境都不錯。重臨這地是友人中環地膽推介。但這次是吃午飯。點了”午市商務套餐”前菜有兩款, 分別是, :-茘枝蕃茄 –感覺好清新。我本身很喜歡吃茘枝, 所以不自覺對此菜加分。西班牙火腿烤菇 - 火腿香。炸雞捧配熱情果乳酪汁–炸物一向都是我的摯愛, 據侍應講解, 此炸漿是師傅特意調製。 果然入口很鬆, 脆, 沾少少熱情果乳酪汁口感更佳。XO醬玉子豆腐配鮮豆漿蛋白- 滑。老黃瓜日月魚北寄貝燉湯 –據說是原盅燉六個小時, 味道很足。特上牛柳秘制上湯讚岐烏冬 – 我跟友人異口同聲的讚不絕口。 那上湯好喝得難以形容, 濃而不膩。友人與我起初以為是加了師傅(味精), 但食完整碗後並沒有超口渴, 証明真材實料。除上湯外, 要讚的還有白蘿蔔。因為白蘿蔔盡吸上湯精華, 很入味。手作甜品及花茶– 奶凍。此甜品給我反高潮的感覺, 因為每一道菜都很中式, 突然來個西式甜品, 感覺很有趣。老實說, 二百五十元一個午餐說不上便宜。但如你身處中環, 想找一處比較舒適的地方嘆午餐, 或約了客戶要一個安靜環境, 又或者吃厭了西餐, 點心, 這裡是一個不錯的選擇。…Read More

很久沒有朝聖, 昨晚路經佐敦, 是時候自動獻身.可能是晚飯時候, 客人較少(但亦有八九成入座率), 我們一行三人很快便分配卡位入座.伙計哥哥是貫徹的快, 爽, 準.落單後不到兩分鐘就可開餐.我點了茶餐, 要煎蛋及意粉. 友人們則點了快餐 - 要炒蛋.老實說, 湯意粉是有一點煮過龍, 比較軟身. 煎蛋很好, 沒有其他茶餐廳油淋淋的情況出現, 蛋亦有蛋香.我最欣賞的是厚身多士, 烤得剛剛好, 而牛油亦平均的沾上. (有太多不好的經歷是額外付了多士費用, 但找遍整片麵包卻找不到半點牛油)而友人們的炒蛋一如以往的香與滑.可惜友人們趕時間, 沒時間品嚐另一款此餐廳出色的燉奶.我覺得澳洲牛奶很有香港特色.因為香港人事事耍快, 有效率, 準確. 就正如澳洲牛奶的服務一樣, 食客未至於賓至如歸, 但如你需耍一個可提供"快',"靚","正"食物的餐廳,真是一個不二之選. …Read More

津津位於我家附近, 前晚放工回家途經, 決定一試.此店只售兩款食品 : 雲吞與涼麵另有豆漿第一次幫襯, 決定先試重慶雲吞. 老闆娘先問大辣還是小辣, 因為第一次試,小辣比較穩陣.見她先將生雲吞放進大水煲, 然後作湯底調味.湯底有芝麻, 香茜, 芹菜, 蔥, 辣油 ..... 最後加上上湯回家打開盒蓋, 一陣陣麻辣香氣撲鼻.雲吞餡料適中, 不太多也不太少.湯底辣度剛好,加上芝麻,香茜, 芹菜等配料. 完美組合.售價亦很便宜, 十二元有十粒雲吞.下次會試涼麵!…Read More
