沙田新城市廣場開左新泰式火鍋店,好特別同埋少見,燈飾好靚可以畀人打卡。門口有職員話有一人鍋,我就黎試下慢燉牛板腱清湯鍋。餐廳提供左三種特色醬料:青檸醬、酸辣醬及椒麻鼓油,並講解食法。未上菜前有蝦片零食,脆口不重味。美國雪花牛小排同埋生蝦都好新鮮,肉質美味可口,仲要混和以上三款醬料,十分滋味。泰國船面河粉已經夠飽,而且仲有好多蔬菜,份量充足。泰式芒芒碌碌配有西柚、椰汁和西米,適合我降火。最後不得不提係炭烤豬頸肉,燒得剛好,帶出到燒烤風味,肉質嫩滑,非常好味,大力推薦朋友要試試。…Read More

位於荃灣地鐵巴士站附近,有一間特色燒雞店—流浮山窯燒雞,堂食大約有十幾個座位。門口有好多人等外賣,店內擺放了三個大型窯燒瓦缸,仲有一個大櫃風乾住很多原隻雞,讓雞隻有充足的乾爽度。我地提早預約落左一隻窯燒雞,只需等待10分鐘,而整個窯燒過程需時大約40分鐘,所以建議我地外賣的話,記得提前40分鐘電話預約,外賣盒內附送一把鉸剪,很貼心的服務。店員幫我地用剪刀先食雞脾同埋雞翼。雞皮極脆易咬,口感一試難忘,我地在燒味店都未曾試過有如此口感,而且肉質飽滿。雞內放左百里香、迷迭香、鹽等等醃製,將雞肉及香味層次昇華。一隻雞適合二至三人份量,店員建議我們用手撕開雞肉去享用比較好味,而且陳皮羅漢果茶樽同時清熱降火,化痰止咳,真係一個好好的組合。小食推介:鮮雞油窯烤竹筒飯,桂花車厘茄,爽脆鮮魚片,鹽焗鮮雞腎,新鮮沙薑雞腳。鮮雞油窯烤竹筒飯好有咬口,真係香噴噴,店員建議我地將雞隻底的雞汁搽上飯外,味道變得更加好。桂花車厘茄配上窯燒雞真係好襯,所有茄皮都剝左,甜酸味開胃,而且可以清熱。爽脆鮮魚片難忘可貴,涼拌魚皮,切得好幼細的魚皮,配上尖椒辣味,非常好味而爽口,愈食會愈想食,不會咸。鹽焗鮮雞腎: 份量非常多, 新鮮的雞腎很彈牙爽口。新鮮沙薑雞腳:雞腳唔會太腍,保留膠質有咬口。…Read More
