見個promotion 幾抵,所以黎試吓。結果.. 好睇,但係唔好食。首先,已經冇咗scallop & sea urchin,轉左蝦。然後:- Sushi 飯好硬- Tempura 蝦頭炸唔透,唔脆,有渣- 所謂嘅slow cooked pork belly, 完全唔係嗰回事,似東坡肉多啲,但肥嘅好肥,瘦嘅亦好瘦,偏韌- 個menkaiko (明太子) udon carbonara, seriously, it’s like someone has just vomited the carbonara sauce onto it! And I have never seen so much cheese in a carbonara sauce!
