偶然喺旺角一個寧靜角落,發現呢間日系珈琲店Bone Studio(骨子裡)。難得小店感覺似鬧市中嘅寧靜綠洲,未食嘢已加分。我order咗杯dirty。呢間店有淺焙台灣豆及深焙日本豆兩個選擇,我㨂咗前者,杯咖啡口感輕盈易入喉,唔錯。食多個北海道紅豆吐司,賣相一流,細細件但好好食。紅豆蓉好多,而且呈完整顆粒狀。整體嚟講唔會死甜,加埋牛油同蜜糖,配合軟硬適中嘅吐司,用嚟配咖啡好match(不過選深焙日本豆嘅黑咖啡可能會更夾呢款吐司),令我想起去名古屋旅行時朝早最愛食嘅紅豆多士。兩樣嘢埋單$96,唔平,但算係正常cafe價。而且呢度感覺比較chill,冇旺角鬥市嗰邊咁擠擁,應該都會再幫襯。…Read More

唔錯嘅炸魚漢堡

傍晚沿荷里活道行去上環,見到呢間主打外賣嘅漢堡包店(都可容納三至四個人左右堂食)外表幾型仔,就食個fish burger試吓。問煮餐同收錢一腳踢嘅店員係咩魚,佢話係鯛魚,不過係淡水嘅,所以可能會有啲泥味。淡水鯛魚即係台灣鯛個類。睇番英文menu寫住tilapia我更明白,即係我哋香港叫嘅羅非魚。羅非魚雖然係淡水魚,但少骨肉滑,炒魚片係唔錯嘅做法,但用嚟炸我就未試過。個魚堡即叫即整,食落味道唔錯。塊炸魚有加入啤酒調較個脆漿,所以口感幾酥脆。魚肉好大件,泥味就冇,肉質當然冇海魚(例如鱈魚)咁緊緻,不過係可以接受嘅程度。呢度嘅他他醬調得好好,配料仲有醃青瓜同車打芝士,賣$78整體嚟講個魚堡都算交足貨。另外,我加多$28變set,有埋幼身薯條,另加$8將汽水轉成自家製lemonade,即係總共$114埋單。值得一提個lemonade好refreshing,有用新鮮檸檬,而且酸度剛好,抵讚。…Read More

有水準的意式雞尾酒吧

世界排名第二、亞洲排名第一酒吧呢兩個朵太勁,作為一名愛小酌一吓嘅香港人,總要試過先有資格批評,所以我嚟幫襯Bar Leone。避開星期五、六、日夜晚呢啲隨時要等兩、三粒鐘嘅日子,特登閒日(周二至周四,周一休息)開門前嚟到,唔駛等咁耐。下午五點開門,我四點九開始排隊,我前面大概有十個人左右。到五點條龍已變成有廿幾三十人。單拖一人提前嚟,總算做到第一輪客兼坐到吧台位,呢點好重要,因為吧枱位先可以同bartender盡情交流兼睇到佢嘅調酒功架。Bar Leone係一間意大利cocktail bar,所以第一杯我揀意式經典雞尾酒嘅Negroni,試吓基本功。呢度有兩種口味選擇,我揀咗草本味較重嘅Fig Leaf Negroni。杯酒好有層次感,嗰舊大厚冰有助慢慢釋出雞尾酒嘅草本味,而塊柳橙就帶畫龍點精作用。叫份Smoked Olives 🫒 下酒。啲橄欖煙燻味好重,有啲似食煙肉嘅feel。本質係鹹嘅,所以淨食未必啱,但配帶甜味嘅雞尾酒就係perfect match。第二杯打大佬,叫了鎮店之寶Olive Oil Sour。微甜微酸易入喉,酒中加入靚靚初榨橄欖油,令整體變得更複雜,用番酒鬼術語杯酒好rounded(圓潤),令人飲得非常舒服,有驚喜。最後一杯要咗Caffe Paradiso。同樣有咖啡同whisky(Nikka)做base,似輕盈版Irish Coffee,但加咗海鹽嗰層泡真係神來之筆。聽bartender建議,要同一時間飲晒兩層,果然更好味。價錢方面當然唔平,埋單同去中價酒店食自助餐差唔多。我算飲得多囉,見同坐吧枱位嘅客人都係一杯起,兩杯止。不過以呢間店嘅名氣同出品水平,平均百幾蚊杯雞尾酒都可以接受。而且呢度bartender解釋杯cocktail好清楚,加上酒吧氣氛好chill,至少唔使任何dress code,抵加分。…Read More

之前經過深水埗新開呢間「緊張」,覺得裝修幾型,原來係主打馬拉咖喱麵嘅餐廳,呢次就專登過嚟試吓。呢度嘅咖哩麵有四款湯麵同一款乾撈選擇。湯麵個湯底一樣,麵都係油麵加米粉嘅摻摻,只係因配菜唔同有四個價錢。我㨂咗第二平,即係$88嘅咖喱雞。個湯底飲起嚟幾舒服,濃度適中辣度算有後勁,整體嚟講幾啱我口味。至於配料除咗煮得軟熟嘅咖喱雞肶外,仲有白魚蛋、流心蛋、豆卜、豆角、肥仔芽菜同我好like、相當吸汁嘅怡保炸腐竹。其實個湯底有啲似我喺新加坡食嘅咖喱麵,反而同我喺怡保街頭,食湯上面有一層紅油嘅咖喱麵品種唔同。搵一位貌似老闆嘅店員問吓,佢話佢哋個門派冇落咖喱油,所以唔會紅色一片,仲同我講我食嘅係預設辣度,對上可選擇更辣同超辣兩級。飲品方面,我點咗杯「淨混桔」,即係有醃桔仔同酸梅嘅桔仔水,唔太甜,酸酸哋幾開胃。另外叫多件班蘭葉巴斯克蛋糕。色水唔錯,只計件巴斯克蛋糕喺好食嘅,但班蘭葉味就唔太突出囉。埋單連加一合共$186,其實唔平,但食物質素係唔錯嘅。講番店名,原來老闆老家來自吉隆坡華人聚居地之一嘅增江區,馬拉話叫Jinjang,同普通話「緊張」個音差唔多,而咖喱麵正係當地嘅特色美食。…Read More

曾聽過港島有間N+Burger水準唔錯,原來佢哋喺啓德開咗間分店,路過正好一試。點咗佢哋嘅$68 classics original漢堡包,加多四十蚊轉combo配炸薯角同homemade lemonade(16 oz),即係$108埋單。呢間鋪標榜佢哋嘅牛肉來自澳洲自家牧場,係草飼安格斯牛。落單後等咗五、六分鐘就有嘢食。個burger賣相好工整靚仔,蔬菜牛肉同麵包比例好好,食落啲牛肉真係幾juicy,據報由Bakehouse供貨嘅麵包亦軟硬適中有口感,nice。炸薯角亦有水準,夠香脆,特別欣賞佢哋調配嘅honey mustard,用嚟dip炸薯角食好夾。至於嗰杯lemonade酸度夠,味道有驚喜,仲睇到啲檸檬絲,冇揸流攤。睇番google map呢間漢堡店全港有四間分店,價錢同感覺似Shake Shack同Five Guys,但質素真係贏晒兩間美國連鎖店囉。…Read More

聽聞旺角呢間主打天丼/天婦羅嘅「捌加廿陸居酒屋」性價比唔錯,但上次嚟因太多人排隊而放棄。呢次剛好喺佢哋晚市剛開始時(我大概1735入場)嚟到,順利食到。點咗個$108嘅特盛海鮮天丼,內有兩隻黑虎蝦、一件那歌魚、鱚魚、帆立貝、四季豆同金菇。賣相唔錯,味道亦合格。當然海鮮質素我唔會同港島一啲天婦羅名店去比較,但我稍嫌兩件魚嘅質地同我預期落差較大,珍珠米上嘅醬汁以天丼嚟講亦太少。Happy hour時段有啲items特價,要了一個$29.9嘅雞皮餃子,夠香口幾好食。配杯同樣$29.9嘅麒麟生啤。呢杯啤酒就真係要批評吓,menu標名係570ml,但倒出嚟只有八成滿,真係好懷疑有冇400ml。既然係咁,不如唔好寫個容量出嚟好過囉。晚市要加一,最終三樣嘢埋單$185,算平嘅,但未到抵到爛。最後六點半左右離開時門口又有人排隊,閑日嚟講算好旺場吓。…Read More

唔少食肆埋怨香港人北上消費,而唔反省自己店餔嘅食物質素值唔值得人幫襯。始終食物做得有heart嘅就一定有生意。好似今次喺北河街街市對面嘅「成點心館」,就食到我今年最滿意嘅一餐點心。下午三點去到呢間自製點心嘅小店,居然full house。好彩剛好有人離開,我一支公就坐到最後一個位。呢日點咗水晶筍尖蝦餃、綠蘭脆米腸粉同千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕三款點心,連茶位$96埋單。蝦餃皮薄,皮有韌性,內餡蝦肉有汁夠鮮味,最重要嘅係有筍尖,呢個先係傳統做法嘛。而家太多酒樓嘅蝦餃冇咗筍,味道總係爭啲,所以呢間小店嘅出品就好啱我口味。綠蘭脆米腸係加咗炸脆米嘅蝦腸,顏色幾靚,加埋內餡有脆肉瓜粒,口感加倍豐富,好食。千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕唔係新奇嘢,我喺其他點心專門店亦食過差唔多嘅點心,但呢度嘅蘿蔔糕真係煎得超級脆,抵讚。不過我坐喺風口位,啲木魚碎較易飛起。總體嚟講三款點心都有水準。我四點離開時依然滿座,閒日見到咁都知街坊好支持,好嘢始終有人欣賞。值得一提嘅喺呢度百分百要搭枱,四個位嘅卡座分分鐘要坐四組人,如果好介意呢樣嘢,或者著重環境同想慢慢hea嘅就真係唔好嚟囉。…Read More

疫情前曾經喺新加坡食過兩、三次海南雞飯名店「文東記」,幾年後就喺開咗兩、三個月嘅香港分店回味吓佢哋嘅出品。星期日下午茶時段嚟到,見到有tea set menu,決定食白切雞配油飯跟兩件脆皮豆腐嘅下午茶餐。細細碟嘅白切雞,外表似新加坡分店嘅出品,都係白皮雞肉。店家幾乎比晒雞胸肉,但肉嘅口感係OK嘅,唔算柴,仲有一件近脾位嘅有少許啫喱狀物體(優質白切雞嘅標準)。當然,呢種白皮雞都預咗冇乜雞味,其實大家喺新加坡食到嘅海南雞大多數都係咁樣,同樣冇乜雞味。至於油飯好細碗,外表感覺同白飯差無幾,但食落都夠味,而且感覺唔太油膩。三碟醬汁黑豉油、辣椒醬同薑蓉就正常發揮啦。另外,嗰兩件脆皮豆腐相當水嫩,真係做到外脆內軟嘅效果,好食😋。呢餐連埋一支味道幾清新嘅薏米水都係雙位數價錢埋單,算喺咁囉。…Read More

噚日去完深水埗買嘢後,行上西九龍中心,試下出名排隊超耐嘅Italian Bite。呢日晚市做兩粒鐘共五輪70位客。我17:10分左右嚟到,十分鐘後攞到18:45嘅籌。18:35返嚟,18:50落完單叫咗一個前菜同一個意粉。大約15分鐘後,前菜Burrata芝士配車厘茄嚟咗,配兩小塊麵包,賣相同味道OK,但Burrata cheese唔係完整一舊,有少少失望。等到19:25,我order嘅Lasagna(意式千層麵)嚟啦,份量係少嘅,但味道啱我口味,肉醬同千層麵融和得唔錯,焗得亦夠香口。呢餐連攞籌連等待,都花咗超過兩粒半鐘。總結嚟講,花$136一意粉一前菜,有真正意大利餐廳水平,價錢係OK嘅,但份量少兼太花時間,加上店家安排上比較亂,所以應該食一次就算。講時講,記得當年去意大利旅行時,喺餐廳食個餐隨時花三、四粒鐘,慢就係佢哋嘅飲食風格。睇返佢哋人手編排,兩個主廚用電爐煮意粉,兩個人負責前菜同甜品,一個人收銀同take order,一個人洗碗,都係完整餐廳結構嘅縮影,同埋佢哋每次都係煮同一款口味意粉,然後先煮第二款,睇嚟個意大利人主廚兼老闆係有要求嘅,想跟番正常餐廳運作,不過咁樣亦會拉長客人等候時間,尤其係food court咁玩法,好多人未必理解。…Read More

在下午茶時段於牛頭角行往港鐵站方向,偶然發現這間賣手抓羊肉飯的餐廳。新疆手抓飯本身在香港已屬少見,印象中只有港島一、兩個地方有售,東九龍這邊真的第一次找到。原本只想叫一客$58的羊腿手抓飯嘗嘗,但受不住店員的遊說,最終點了一客$88、碟頭大很多的豪華版羊腿手抓飯。果然有料到,羊腿很大一隻,外表看落有點乾,但食落羊腿肉既不柴且無羶味。配合的飯亦不錯,有我去新疆旅行時嘗過的那種風味,若油潤感再多少少就更好。另外,建議店家可加一點提子乾於飯上。整體來說這餐算唔錯,一解自己對羊肉手抓飯的癮,不用上深圳都食到。見店家連「好地」的新疆啤酒吐魯克都有入貨,下次來可以一試,也可嘗嘗其羊排同大盤雞做得如何。…Read More

一個星期內我兩度嚟深水埗這間「池家人煲仔飯專門店」,可見佢哋嘅出品有啲吸引力。首次幫襯喺閒日下午九唔搭八時段,內有唔少空位,單人匹馬唔駛排隊直入,食咗個水準極高嘅臘味煲仔飯,料有切開成片狀嘅臘腸、膶腸、臘肉同一小舊臘鴨,份量唔多唔少但收$58算合理,而且飯粒粒分明夠油香,飯焦呈塊狀恰到好處。第二次周五晚去到就人山人海,同朋友二人就排咗近一粒鐘先入到座,然後order後亦等咗25至30分鐘先食到煲仔飯。呢晚食咗$88嘅黃鱔煲仔飯,黃鱔用香港常見粗大嗰種,同台山黃鱔飯用的幼身兼去咗骨嘅黃鱔唔同。鱔肉質地緊緻且味道唔錯,但就要識吐骨頭,至於豆豉等調味OK,唔會太鹹。不過,呢度嘅黃鱔飯冇落葱,顏色同香味差咗啲,飯焦亦冇乜。這或許同魚類煲仔飯不宜焗太耐有關,睇嚟想食多飯焦嘅煲仔飯,都係要選臘味排骨類多油分又襟煲嘅配料好啲。總體而言呢間店嘅煲仔飯係好食嘅,但就要避免喺晚飯黃金時段嚟。看店名英文寫hotpot rice,想笑,因為我唔係想食打邊爐,正確煲仔飯嘅英文應該喺claypot rice囉😌。…Read More

12月去咗3次!$99一個大pizza加兩罐自釀craft beer,仲要免加一,真係唔夠你玩!2024年內地勁多餐廳同茶飲店品牌進軍香港,但我都零興趣幫襯。原因好簡單,貴過大陸嘅話,我點解唔上深圳時先幫襯。不過凡事都有例外,呢間賣自家品牌craft beer嘅「Richkat貓員外」喺深圳有好幾間分店,但向來未試過,直至上月路過其中環石板街分店,便試吓。第一次幫襯飲咗杯on tap嘅hazy IPA,感覺唔錯,晚上八點前happy hour價$68免加一,以craft beer計中環呢個價真係超級便宜。而我喺店內亦看到上述pizza set嘅宣傳單張,相當吸引。不過,中環分店冇廚房,想食pizza要去上環荷里活道的分店,之後我就去咗後者兩次,一次食肉一次食素嘅12吋pizza,分別是散叫價$118嘅手工辣肉腸薄餅同$108嘅黑松露雜菌薄餅。兩者都有中上水準,厚度大約是是pizza hut厚批同薄批中間。總之,一個pizza加埋兩罐任選330ml嘅craft beer,即使兩個人share都夠,點計都抵到爛。唯一限制係呢個pizza set只會喺happy hour時段,即係晚上八點前供應。啤酒方面,叫得craft beer佢哋嘅選擇都唔少,on tap嘅話有八個tap頭,罐裝選擇亦差唔多,整體水準都拍得住本地薑好似少爺啤左右嘅水平。我最like喺一款名為Starboy嘅Hazy IPA,另一款Imperial Stout亦啱我口胃。雖然係大陸品牌,但去幫襯嘅都係外國人為主,去過三次只有一次遇到識講廣東話嘅客人,interesting。…Read More

終於食到挽肉と米。未食過日本那間,冇得比較,但香港這間的出品我是覺得好食的。不過吃過便算,要提前預約太煩了,我未必會做回頭客。佢哋嘅漢堡扒細細舊,但油份、口感確係唔錯。既然店名挽肉と米,日式漢堡配白飯,後者的重要性亦不可忽視。店家用秋田小町米,我亦滿意其飯所煮出來的煙靭程度,白飯任添下我便吃了三碗。店裏主要只賣一客三個漢堡扒的套餐,包括味噌湯同一隻生雞蛋同任添的白飯,未計加一下$138,以IFC這地段來說不貴,我加了一個有唔少牛肉碎的小吃薯仔沙律,兩樣嘢連加一共收咗一百九十大洋。畢竟中環黃金地段,兼且攞碳烤牌不容易,價錢當用來支付這兩樣東西便覺可接受。佢哋建議漢堡扒的三個食法:原味,加蘿蔔茸與自家柚子醋,以及配生雞蛋。三個食法中我最like加蘿蔔茸及柚子醋,夠清新。值得一提的是他們的漢堡扒本身已夠味,但其提供的八種配料真的唔錯及夠多元化,令我忍不住添加。最近在內地發圍嘅肉肉大米亦進軍香港,我曾在內地食過,若兩者比較,挽肉と米仍勝一籌,畢竟碳烤便是王道。…Read More

魚蛋粉界的legend回歸了……講的是老字號「夏銘記」也!我絕對是老顧客了,由他們的店在勝利道時代營運時開始幫襯,跟著他們去油麻地、西營盤,這次便在佐敦重開,計落都有三十年了。這天唔順路也繞路而來,當然要食該店兩大名物魚蛋粉同原條炸魚片。最愛他們的魚蛋夠魚味,唔會過份爽彈(通常加入其他無謂添加物才會爽彈),水準依舊出色。另外,我感到他們應有微調魚蛋粉用的湯底,與西營盤時代相比魚湯鮮味更突出。至於炸魚片更是正斗,微帶魚鮮鹹香,一吃難忘,是「夏銘記」的絕對王牌。年輕時嫌貴唔會order原條魚片,但到咗呢過唔知仲可食多幾多次的歲月,都係食咗先算。至於點辨別是否真夏銘記回歸?一試其辣椒油便知也,充滿後勁同爆發力,一吃便回不了頭。當然,這次回歸此店整體價格又上調了,同其他魚蛋粉店相比確要貴一、兩成,這也是無奈之舉。…Read More

果然是第一流的清湯牛腩!這間位於旺角的「傳承清湯牛腩專家」,很早之前已列入我的想食清湯腩店家清單之內。這天在閒日的九唔搭八下午茶時段終來幫襯,但仍要等超過15分鐘才有位。一如老饕消息所言,下午約兩點後已沒有崩沙腩、牛坑腩和爽腩等特別部位,我也只好點了普通的清湯牛腩牛筋麵。結果真的沒有令我失望,湯鮮甜,普通牛腩的肉質口感俱佳,不會過瘦,牛筋屬老人家也能輕鬆吃下的軟度,總體來說是我近年在九龍吃過最好的清湯牛腩,不過份量略少,吃得未夠過癮。下次我應會在店家剛開門時來,這樣才有機會吃到我想吃的爽腩😋由於此店店面細,坐得唔會太舒服,且只有一名樓面員工,招呼清理一腳踢,所以難免執唔切枱,影響人流運轉,這亦是要改善的地方吧。…Read More
