一向都鍾意食wrap ，有一晚做完少少work out，唔想食太飽，就試吓三文魚卷。價錢係偏貴，不過勝在方便。Staff會問你想唔想返熱，即場食就當然要啦，等咗一陣就有。打開包裝紙，夾扁咗之後都唔係好大份，摸上去只係微溫。咬第一啖覺得唔係好夠熱，不過衛生緣故，就唔方便叫Staff再幫我加熱。建議大家想食熱辣辣嘅wrap，order時可以要求要整熱啲。雖然係咁，餡料都幾豐富，食得出有三文魚、青瓜、Yogurt、菠菜。青瓜仲係爽脆，而且幾飽肚。可能因為有Yogurt，個餡係比較濕。我就好OK，因為最怕食乾噌噌嘅wrap或者三文治，但如果大家平時食包要走醬，呢款就未必啱你。夜晚冇乜人，連兩張窗口枱都冇人坐，當晚舒舒服服完成晚餐。…Read More

做完運動太肚餓，即刻響Nood點咗個沙律。 通常Small size 已經夠飽，今次caser salad 嘅調味好好，唔會太多醬，但糙米就略嫌比較硬，同埋可惜當日冇紅菜頭。呢度嘅沙律唔會好似有啲餐廳咁凍冰冰，所以有時冬天我都會照食。揀完沙律嘅之後見Social Media有介紹Pistachio Oat Milk Latte，開心果控即刻點咗一杯，順便補充蛋白質。佢冇加糖，係開心果原味，冇乜特別但夠香滑，$45 都幾大杯。灣仔星街分店空間較大，有長枱、有梳化，都算多人，不過好少要等位。呢度仲有杯提供可以自己去斟水，食物款式亦多，有主食，有些較小的分店是沒有水杯和沙律Combo。…Read More

It is my first time visiting Nood at Quarrybay (PCCW). I used to going PP and Wan Chai branch for their salad or wrap (which were fantastic). This time I got a voucher and can redeem a smoothie. There’s a variety of choices. The respective protein and calories were found on the big board above counter. Good thing is there is a smaller note at side table showing their ingredients in detail. I decided to go for protein type after a short workout and picked “Breakfast Puff”. The counter was a bit busy during lunch hour and I waited for about 10 minutes. It came with a special design take-way cup. The pinky smoothie tasted a bit “energy drink” (if you know what I mean) probably because of the whey protein but still okay, I can tell the berry and banana inside. The price $80 may sound a bit expensive, but if you are looking for something to boost up protein and energy, I think it is still a good choice. It is too troublesome to buy and store all different ingredients at home and Nood make it fresh instead of pre-mix and bottled. There were a few tables and I managed to get a seat. 坐低想食炸番薯條，所以叫咗單眼佬啤酒同玫瑰梳打。炸番薯條熱辣辣，不過有啲油，好彩有啤酒同梳打。原來單眼佬真係好有蜜糖味，幾特別，玫瑰梳打正常。白酒忌廉青口配蒜蓉包真係非常出色，「摷」起啲青口睇，份量真係好多。青口大隻，雖然唔係最新鮮嗰款，但個白酒忌廉汁可以彌補一切！個汁酒味唔濃，但好甜美，如果唔係驚食唔晒，真係想叫多客蒜蓉包沾埋剩低D汁食。另一主菜係烤豬鞍架配黑松露汁。豬鞍已經幫我哋切件上，好juicy，不過如果可以冇咁熟就再好啲。除了烤薯仔、椒同翠玉瓜、仲有沙律菜伴碟。食完已經好飽，食唔落甜品。Staff下午打來confirm Booking的時候，提醒如果現金埋單可以有九折咁我梗係用現金啦！假期晚上竟然只有我們一台客，是地點比較偏的原因?…Read More

Lunch time 同朋友嚟到，我要咗白酒大蜆意粉，加$38有牛角包、湯同飲品。牛角包非常麻麻，好細隻同埋唔鬆脆。周打蜆湯正常。蜆夠大隻，可惜意粉太鹹同比較乾。飲品叫咗flatwhite，有拉花但冇乜咖啡味，唔會encore。可能因為硬地板嘅關係，好應聲，環境比較嘈，同朋友傾偈都要好大聲。唔知坐洞穴嘅位置會唔會好啲。反而朋友叫嘅午餐（一個頭盤加兩個主菜）個樣好似唔錯，仲好扺食。我用OpenRice book午市餐牌（但不包括頭盤+主菜那個餐牌），有八五折。…Read More

行過Lifetastic，發現假期買一件蛋糕會送三重朱古力蛋糕，好抵！因為平時每件都唔平，唔會成日買，所以嗰日即刻買咗。第一次試咗桑葚蝶豆花蛋糕（無麩質）超好食！真係好新鮮。第二日食埋件贈送嘅三重朱古力蛋糕，都好香濃，真係有唔同質地同口味嘅朱古力層，面頭嘅cream亦都好滑，唔會膩，不過就冇蝶豆花咁特別。過兩日忍唔住又再去買，今次都係桑葚蛋糕，不過係竹炭，同埋含麩質。呢款蛋糕都係好軟熟，不過始終好似蝶豆花好食啲。仲有好多口味未試，就算嚟緊冇優惠，都可能間中會嚟買件開心一下。…Read More

上一次朝早去Jomo想食少少嘢，不過冇乜輕食，所以食咗份全日早餐，好飽。而星期六日嘅lunch time都比較多人，所以今次揀咗一個比較肚餓嘅朝早嚟。兩個人分別叫咗手撕豬肉漢堡、牛油果雞肉墨西哥卷Burrito、Mocha 同pink smoothies 。手撕豬肉漢堡好大份，連沙律都係。手撕豬肉好入味，配蕃茄同酸瓜幾好食，可惜個包唔係好熱。油醋沙律食唔晒，因為太過單一，食多幾啖就有啲悶。如果佢有多少少純沙律菜以外嘅配搭，例如果仁、乾果之類，就有機會食得曬。上一次嚟飲flat white, 覺得冇乜咖啡味，今次轉飲mocha (nutty flavour)，都係冇乜咖啡味，似係一杯淡味朱古力奶。Pink smoothies 價錢稍貴，但真材實料，不會太甜，也不會有冰碎。有次外賣咗件兩件蛋糕，反而十分精彩，可能呢度嘅甜品比較出色。呢度色調舒服，我見都多family會嚟，不過枱就比較差，枱腳是交叉 support，我見每位食客都唔知將雙腳放喺邊好，一係就要踩上枱腳，或者跨過枱腳（但都會去咗隔籬位），如果唔係就要雙腳貼實，呢幾個姿勢都唔係太舒服。唔知係咪因為咁，見到有人楝起隻腳坐🤣。…Read More

This is our second visit. We visited on weekdays lunch hour and very few people there, probably because they serve mainly salads, cakes, small portions sandwich and coffee etc. But they are good enough for us. We ordered chicken sandwich (pity that croissant is gone, so I choose panini), tuna sandwich, ice latte, flat white, and a banana cheesecake as dessert. The chicken was so tender and delicious. 見呢間餐廳一向都好多人排隊，所以星期日特登嚟試吓午餐。排咗20分鐘，staff 指示一張空枱同放低餐牌，原來係要出去落單同俾錢。見OpenRice推介蛋包飯，就叫咗一個燉牛肋條蛋包飯同埋一個牛肝菌蛋包飯，其中一個升級套餐，即刻加埋沙律同埋特調飲品（香蕉士多啤梨乳酪）。嘢食ready個燈牌會着，自己出去攞。一個大盤裝住五個膠兜，賣相極不討好，自己再攞外賣餐具返埋位。蛋包飯係將煎蛋放響飯上面，唔係日式嘅煎蛋包住飯。雞蛋係正常嘅，可惜啲飯比較乾同硬。牛肋條好韌，分開唔到一塊塊，唯有叉住一大件慢慢咬。有一個膠兜裝住一啲菇同埋沙律，完全冇味，唯有同牛肋條加埋啲汁一齊食。至於另一個膠兜裝住三粒好細同埋比較生嘅薯仔加好大pat沙律醬，就係升級套餐裏面嘅沙律。唯一賣相比較可觀嘅香蕉草莓乳酪，杯上面有三塊香蕉片裝飾，但就冇blend落去飲品當中。一飲之下，D冰有砂石咁大粒，好難飲。離開嘅時候，非常對不起，留低咗三份一份量嘅食物同埋好多膠。每人$150⋯去大快活應該食得開心好多。…Read More

下雨天去吃全日早餐叫咗一個經典一個豪華，配flat White同埋薄荷茶Fred white原來都幾大杯，估唔到都夠咖啡味又夠nutty，原來店主係試過好多唔同咖啡豆嘅 combination 👍薄荷茶都好香冇留意原來經典早餐係配窩夫，口感係我鍾意嘅，少少脆但係又唔會乾，似少少pancake質地豪華早餐個牛角包好好味，偷睇到佢哋係用麵團焗牛角包，唔係翻熱㗎！腸仔 juicy，炒蛋就有待改善，唔夠嫩滑。唔知早餐可唔可以自由加減配搭，例如改窩夫/牛角包改croffle 或者煙肉改為parma ham …Read More

去Panash 買紅豆冬甩、冬甩同蝴蝶酥，響收銀處不斷講只需要一個膠袋，結果都俾左2個透明袋，再加一個小膠袋裝住嗰兩個透明袋。想還返個小膠袋俾收銀，佢話唔會俾其他人用，只係會丟咗佢！最後只好攞埋走⋯之前買袋裝麵包，收銀都係想俾多個膠袋袋住，每次都要話唔使。Panash 麵包幾好食，我都想繼續幫襯，希望負責人好好檢討一下發膠袋政策。…Read More

I passed by this little café on a weekday morning, around 8:30am, and surprised it is open, as OP said the opening time is 10am. Attracted by the breakfast menu, I ordered the full set sandwich (mixed: mayo egg & ham, mentaiko in egg) and latte. It takes about 5-10 minutes to be ready for pick up. The sandwich bread is like a pocket stuffed with fillings, can try if you are tired of the ham / cheese sandwich we usually get in bakery. Latte is normal, like those we can get in M-Dxxx chain. Overall acceptable given this budget. I visited this café a few times , one of the attractive point is the options for coffee – choco or fruity. This time I chose choco flat white again, they come with some dried blueberries (you’ll get almonds for fruity coffee; unfortunately the almonds was soggy instead of crispy when I tried previously). I also ordered Blueberry granola bagel, which is included in menu recently. The coffee is good as usual. The blueberry bagel was soft but still chewy, tasted fresh. I am a regular visitor of The Coffee Academics at Taikoo since it opened, would probably not going again. Weeks ago I ordered buttermilk pancakes, which used to be fluffy and fresh, but it was stiff and dry, M-cafe’s tastes much better. The Piccolo Latte, which should be a bit stronger than latte, also tasted and looked like milk. I talked to the staff about the Piccolo Latte, she changed another one for me which tasted right. About the pancake, the staff said the pancake was pre-made in workshop and re-heated in the café. So that explained why, and why would anyone spend almost a hundred dollars to get a ready-made pancake and reheated for serving.  We try visiting again last weekend, ordered Egg White Scrambled with Grilled Chicken & Avocado, Academics breakfast and flat white and Piccolo Latte.  Unfortunately, egg white cannot be replaced by normal scrambled egg. Service was slow though not full house, didn’t refill water, and when they serve food, they put the plates on the table behind from your back suddenly. The grilled chicken didn’t look like grilled, but soft-boil. The worst is the Piccolo Latte, which finally come when I almost finish the breakfast, was tasteless again.  I told the staff who appeared to be the manager my opinion, he said the shop is exploring different coffee beans and this brand is more ‘moderate’, and the coffee cannot be replaced.
