到個面到啦...個碗係就係好大...但係份量唔多....個湯淡到懷疑佢溝水.....湯淡但入面ge菇激甜="=....
前一日book左8點鐘,是日要補祝拍拖一年=)一上到來,哎呀,有d壓力tim>_<..因為感覺都幾高級,我都幾驚做錯野會好失禮..
講講間店先,燭光晚餐唔少得,燈光昏暗,都幾有情調:)燭枱ge design令佢反射出有幾個影,好似有4道光咁XD呀,講明先,環境太暗我影得d食物唔清楚。:(不便之處就唔好意思~我地點左餐後侍應送上餐包,食左一件便無食了,我比較鍾意食硊的..等左一陣,兩道頭盤:吞拿魚菠菜沙津同凱撒沙津配巴馬火腿吞拿魚菠菜沙津整體上都ok,夠味,但只係當食到吞拿魚時比較濃味左d,不過我食惘濃味野都ok=]凱撒沙津配巴馬火腿好多醬好夠料,都好好食:)之後就上湯啦,分別叫左龍蝦湯同蘑菇湯龍蝦湯都ok,夠濃,我鍾意:)蘑菇湯都好多料,只係可能我湯味濃d,試下蘑菇湯就有d淡。飲完湯就到主菜~有炭燒美國安格斯肉眼配紅酒燒汁同香煎西班牙黑豚豬扒配蕃茄沙沙汁炭燒美國安格斯肉眼配紅酒燒汁我叫左5成熟,岩岩好=]都ok ge,只係如果梗要比較ge話我都係愛食ruby ge西冷多d,而香煎西班牙黑豚豬扒配蕃茄沙沙汁就不過不失,可能因為豬整極都係咁@_@不過都ok,唔會太熟太硬。食食下已經好飽,之後上埋甜品同飲品,原來只可up8張相!!><只好用小畫家將兩道甜品放埋一齊=_=我地叫左Tiramisu同Ginger cream bruleeTiramisu一陣淡淡酒香,好食!而Ginger cream brulee呢,我之前好怕好重薑味ge野,但呢個做到一層薄ge薑味焦糖係面,甜得來有涼涼薑ge香味,整得好好
而飲品係普通熱檸水同埋熱咖啡,咖啡入口回甘去廁所時都發覺連廁所都有好令ge裝潢!同埋值得一讚d侍應服務好好
,,上面隻汁ge味有少少似茄汁,切個下都好容易,有肉汁
