講到一盅兩件,原來東海薈已經發展到一盅一件逐件order,以往一籠燒賣有4粒的光景不復見,換來的一粒一籠的的骰骰樣子。咸魚青菜各有喜好,想食就+1唔怕會食淨!點心方面,翡翠帶子燒賣($18/粒)大大粒燒賣表面擺放帶子,豬肉餡中間包裹爽口蝦仁Q版流沙奶皇包($13/隻)印上卡通圖案來到主菜有米魚,有米魚會選用沙巴龍躉或石班隨機供應,今次有幸遇上沙巴龍躉鋪上金黃色的炸脆米飯粒,食用時淋上鮮味的上湯,魚肉鮮甜爽滑。不過松露石榴球松露真是一d都不失禮!入面雜菌亦是相當吸引!而片皮鴨掌握火候得直,片皮鴨表面呈棗紅外皮,鮮豔油亮、皮脆肉嫩,上台前店員會純熟的手勢手起刀落將鴨肉切好一片片。不消一會,鴨肉已經整齊地排列好,如果直接將鴨肉放入口,即時享受到酥脆香滑!不過如果想食多種口感,可以以包餅皮放入京蔥、青瓜、海鮮醬、菠蘿一同食用,同時食到片皮鴨肉酥香、配菜上的爽脆及菠蘿的鮮甜於舌頭上味蕾上交織一起!如果喜愛食咕嚕肉,一定要試試新Menu - 士多啤梨蝦球鍋巴,啖啖鮮蝦球裹上秘製脆漿脆炸,加上重點所在既士多啤梨濃厚醬汁及鍋巴托底,真係又香口又好味!…Read More

呢間西餐小店最近就整咗個Balloon Set Dinner!除咗基本嘅前菜主菜之外,最特別嘅就係氫氣球甜品🎈氣球外層其實係以粟粉、魚膠等製成嘅糖漿,泵入氦氣後,只需輕輕一吸,你就可以即刻變聲,啱晒拍片打卡📷▲刺身三文魚凱撒沙律 ($72) 三文魚好肥美,魚味濃,好食!沙律菜好新鮮爽口,仲灑上咗蟹子,全部撈勻一齊食,正! ▲我地叫咗個晚餐,餐前小食 Hygge炸洋蔥圈 洋蔥切得好幼細,炸漿亦夠薄,夠脆身,重點係唔油膩!附送嘅黑醋牛油果醬同埋松露蛋黃醬好好味,個人特別喜歡牛油果醬,令到洋蔥圈感覺更清新,而松露沙律醬係即點即製,散發住淡淡嘅松露香,建議如果點唔晒啲醬可以留嚟搽麵包食!▲餐湯係磨菇湯,可以食到粒粒蘑菇粒,一舨蘑菇湯都非常杰身,呢度就算適中,唔會太稠。 ▲美國安格斯T骨牛排 ($388) 牛排配菜好特別,係中西合壁,有秋葵、粟米仔、西蘭花同木耳。安格斯T骨扒好大塊而且厚身,邊邊煎得香脆,肉味算濃,加埋啲牛脂一齊食,可以感覺到牛油係你口入面打轉,好味道!不過建議唔好點太多汁,因為有少少咸同埋會搶左牛排嘅油香。▲飲品方面就點咗 柚子蘋果沙冰同蜜桃檸檬梳打 (各$56) 沙冰打得好幼滑,味道偏甜,柚子味比蘋果味更突出,愛甜嘅朋友應該會好喜歡,對比之下梳打味道較淡,蜜桃果漿係底、攪拌後會有淡淡蜜桃香,感覺好Fresh。▲最後我地叫咗個藍莓芝士餅 ($68) 做甜品,蛋糕上枱之前店員仲會俾一個氫氣球你,原來係食得㗎!用力一吸你就會即刻變咗minions聲 (因為入面泵咗氦氣),記住準備手機錄片,因為實在太好笑啦,哈哈!爛咗嘅波波其實就係糖漿,可以成個食咗佢,真係食得又玩得呀!而真正甜品芝士餅細細件,口感紮實,入口順滑。…Read More
