早幾日突然想食日式咖哩,同honey上網搵到呢間好多好評咁咪試試囉,我哋七點幾去到大把位。。。選餐,飯跟汁㡳一個價錢,而餸同配料另外逐樣收費。我哋揀咗日本汽水,包裝graphic好精美。我個咖哩飯加辣配炒蛋同漢堡,咖哩汁辣勁都勵害不過好稀,水水咁,面頭嘅蛋冇乜'神奇'冇想像咁滑𡃓,而個漢堡扒就又嚡又實!連honey對食物冇乜要求都覚得嘛嘛哋。至於個老虎吼沙律,名稱就好架勢,但係果幾件番炸嘅雞就好柴好乾,老虎都𡁻到牙軟總點吼?而啲菜都爽脆溫泉蛋都ok嘅。依家上網搵餐廳,唔好咁信啲評論,我今次真係好失望下。。。…Read More

閒日放假同兩位長輩柴灣掃墓後食晏,佢哋揀咗青年廣場的太極樓,我哋係第一枱客嚟到啲工作人員仲食緊飯。三個人點咗四人套餐$258另茶芥加一每人約莫一佰蚊鬆啲,十分平份量亦足不過就一般水平低少少喇。冷盤我哋要咗牛𦟌同豬腳,量多雪味亦多,可能啱啱雪櫃攞出嚟,所以肉質口感好硬好嚡下。主菜㰓菜四季豆,豆莢爽脆咸淡適中。獅子頭就麻麻哋,水份多肉質過軟,老人家啱食,所以兩個長輩話晤錯,我就過多廿零卅年先識欣賞。糖醋魚塊,魚塊冇雪味,口感唔錯,不過菠蘿居然完全沒有味道很奇怪。小吃原來比較好食,生煎包餡料有肉汁,個底都脆,算係咁。小籠包d皮有點乾,餡料尚可有肉汁,唔係太差。餐後仲有幾嚿橙送同埋四杯飲品,我哋已經開咗茶其實飲唔落其他嘢,所以外帶,工作人員都好友善幫手包走。長輩話下次試客飯,卅幾蚊加茶芥加一,仲平過脆華,可以諗下。…Read More

早幾日閏蜜約食飯,佢揀咗清水灣道一間新餐廳St.Barts,我哋想早d食所以6點半左右去到,餐廳幾乾淨企理,當然啦新開𡃓,客人好似得一枱,可能時間太早,入到去個女侍應安排門口兩張枱俾我哋揀,好怪啫入面大把位,我話怕蚊就坐第二張枱。佢好親切咁問我哋想唔想食牛,我問d牛邊度嚟?然後佢又好專業咁話食牛唔係睇邊度嚟,係睇每日邊個部位最靚!大家知唔知佢講緊乜?d牛係九龍定新界都唔敢講俾人聽。我哋㸃咗Quinoa Salad,個沙律好大份食完都飽九成,d quinoa係雜色果種,同d石榴開心果拼埋一齊好有咬口,加埋d新鮮雜菜,燒過嘅希臘芝士,味道口感十分配合,好正!然後個Penne Arrabiata,d pasta真係好al dente下,我就覚得太硬一路食一路頂住個胃,不過朋友就話咁先啱,咁各人口味唔同,唯一共識就係唔夠醬乾𠲜𠲜咁同埋唔夠辣,我哋後尾食唔哂攞走返屋企再煑過。主菜係BBQ Wagyu Short Ribs,唔好問嚿牛邊樹㗎?因為冇人講解過,間餐廳係澳洲老細,和牛都係澳洲貨呱?件牛肋骨好大件下,底下煎嘅薯餅已經淋哂唔脆,當然啦整好咗等好耐先出餐當然淋哂,牛肉味道來自醃料醬汁,炆得夠淋,醬料味道唔錯,後尾食淨都拎走。其實食物我無乜特別要補充,因為來去只係試咗三樣嘢。睇價錢都唔算平喇每人三佰幾,但收得咁嘅價錢服務就好有問題喇!全塲有三個服務員,一個係bar枱,一個企門口,另一個就係剛才落單果位好專業嘅女仕。我哋坐低無幾耐第一枱客就走,得番我哋兩個客人,開始食沙律,然後另外兩個客人嚟度就坐門口即我哋隔離張枱,由我哋食緊到食完到飲到d水一滴都無,個女侍應一直企係我隔離面向另一枱客人一直吹水!雞啄唔斷企咗至少廿分鐘!期間廚師走到廚房門口望咗第次,相信係睇下其餘嘅嘢上得未,我哋等極個女侍都唔轉身最後向bar枱位男侍招手,先極速上埋其他嘢同埋斟水。我真係少見多怪,未見過咁嘅格局餐廳會係咁嘅服務,你話私房菜茶餐廳街坊小店同客人打成一片就話啫,雖然bar枱戴眼鏡哥仔好親切好有禮貌,但係我自己就無乜興趣再嚟喇,乜都好。。。…Read More

今日去開官塘,行得攰攰哋,上咗APM間辻利茶舗嘆雪糕,成間舖咁橋一個客到冇,叫咗個抹茶芭菲,五個工作人員係吧枱𥚃邊打牙胶,我坐咗十幾分鐘先見有杯芭菲攞出嚟,佢地居然俾咗之後嚟嘅客!我攞住個叫號器問我杯嘢呢?跟住年紀大d嘅亞姐知俾錯人話兩分鈡內做番俾我,結果當然係等多幾分鈡先有。辻利個品牌係日本雖然有番咁上下歷史,成功因素當然存在,不過嚟到香港真係要好好培訓下d人,個個冇笑容之餘仲掛住傾計,我發覺幾間京都抹茶老舗嚟到香港就好快融入本地文化,真係可惜。説回杯抹茶芭菲,$78唔平,雪糕幼滑抹茶味香濃,仲有好多脆米同啫喱係底,standard造型組合,間間日本舗差不多,質素唔差不過服務唔掂,我就一定唔會再嚟。…Read More

好耐無同honey嚟呢度食嘢,今次約埋另外兩個朋友share傳說中好勵害嘅燒有骨牛,因為訂枱時候阿大廚話最好三個人,如果唔係就食唔哂同埋除番開每個人好貴,咁又係,依家好似都要七百幾一個人。首先大蝦柚子沙律配合得好好,辣辣地好香好醒胃。跟住有件哥仔做嘅薄餅乾面頭有三文魚同酸忌廉,塊餅好脆喎,連埋啲餸一齊食好正,不過就食得鬼咁論盡。湯好似係露荀,味道唔錯,中間有粒又係自己打嘅帶子丸,未食過,幾得意幾彈牙。麵包又又係自己做,好香牛油味,最後食唔哂我攞走咗。有兩支骨嘅燒牛好大件,阿廚親自開刀,唔係誇張,啲香味係噴射式飛出嚟,兩個玩健身嘅friend都嗌到嘩嘩聲,有相睇,切開啲肉係淺粉紅色,食落口化開架。連外邊以為好嚡嘅部分,都好焦香。跟住個煙肉蕃茄意粉,意粉又又又係自己整!我特別要求細份啲因為已經飽到上心口,意粉好彈牙,不過啲配料無乜味,乾啲,因為無汁呱。疏乎里清咗啲,可能之前食啲嘢太濃,不過賣相都靚嘅,升到好高下。呢餐大家都好滿意,個個話會再嚟。…Read More
