晚上獨個兒在太古城,FOOD COURT 新食代在裝修後都沒有光顧,一個人吃簡單點,也沒有太多期望。想吃清一點,所以吃烏冬。這烏冬從以前已經是現場即制烏冬,我見現在還是,想必水準還可以吧。可是換來的卻是十分失望。元氣烏冬,即是生蛋加甜腐皮。首先入口是湯,本身不夠熱,再加上如圖所見的配料都是不用煮的,令本身不夠熱的湯底更加冷,在我的口中只是微溫,一碗熱烏冬,湯底可是靈魂。甜腐皮也太甜,原因是用來保鮮,沒有了腐皮的鮮味,只有甜味。烏冬的水準更是大幅下降,昔日充滿彈性的麵團,今日只是糊了,又碎了很多,保持不了完整充滿彈性的原條,萬分的失望。可幸的八爪魚丸還有一定水準,表面脆裡面滑,醬汁亦有一般水平,還是可以接受的。全單$66...不滿足的一餐......希望可以改善一下.....…Read More

周日晚上和朋友家人晚飯,中餐是個最安全的選擇。在太古城的幾間酒樓,翰騰閣比較小一點,部長侍應都會對客人WARM 一點....跟老人家來就不會太失禮。宮廷醬烤骨-汁不太酸,又不太稠,用來送飯非常開胃,或是用來配饅頭亦非常合適。肥瘦分明,燒烤後肉表面封了,肉汁及溶化的油滲透整塊肉。香芒澳洲帶子泰國虎蝦球-比較細碟,蝦及帶子只有幾塊,跟價錢有點不配,還好的是味道不錯。四季豆炒得恰到好處,又不會生卻保持生的清新爽脆。魚湯鮮蝦球浸菜-魚湯浸菜後,魚湯的鮮跟菜的甜配合得非常到位,再加上鮮蝦球,清新!紅燒花菇豆腐-不過不失。甜品-紅豆沙、豆沙水晶飽-都是送的,也不能要求什麼了。全單600有找。用HSBC卡有九折,跟長輩吃飯,是個不錯的選擇。…Read More

食神A 翰騰閣既所謂9折好搵笨, 只係點既餸菜有10%, 其他一概唔算數, 計計埋埋實得94折, 本人唔鐘意呢種搵笨既折頭, 一係大方D, 一係就唔好俾, 咪俾到鬼鬼祟祟咁, 點樣唔計, 果樣又唔計落果9折度.

在只有14度的晚上八時四十五分路經海光街,本來想到日本人開的麵店 吃一碗熱拉麵,豈料店內人頭湧湧,又不想在店外吃西北風,見有一間店名叫 嘉仁宮 (皆大歡喜??!) 便決定一嚐。才剛坐下,年青的男店主便禮貌的送上MENU,卻說"先生唔好意思快D點菜,我地LAST ORDER"。真的令人驚愕,九點還沒有到就LAST ORDER,算了,反正獨個兒都不會點太多。都沒有看MENU,叫男店主的招牌菜,介紹了醉雞湯麵並黑糖薑茶,我也不異議。店內白色為主,感覺都清潔舒適。上菜速度不是太快,麵都要10分鐘才到,還是可接受的。黑糖薑茶薑味不重不辣,相信大部份人都能接受的,不過我其望的是重一點,在天氣冷的晚上賁是一杯暖胃的佳品。醉雞的份量不錯,酒香四溢,雞肉除了花雕的酒香外,亦帶著藥材的味道。味道方面有一點點偏咸,可能是跟黑糖薑茶對比之下的感覺。雞肉亦不差,雞味豐富,入口都嫩滑,不失為招牌茶。 麵方面則是扁身的雞蛋麵,用料都是上等的,入口不會太糊太硬,口感剛好。湯底則有一點可惜,天氣冷的關係有一點不夠熱,金華火腿的上湯,味道不濃,只有淡淡的火腿味。總括來說,都是一間不差的食店,如果再改善一點定必可以更上一層樓!…Read More

晚上經常跟朋友在北角遊樂,每晚食飯地點都是大夥非常頭痛的問題。北角港鐵站附近食店雖多,但是都是一般沒有甚麼風味特色的餐廳,日久就有「唔知今晚食咩好」之感。至到2-3個月前才發現這家青藏牛肉麵,位置雖然近港鐵出口,但是實在非常隱蔽,所以開業以來一直都沒有法先,但是青藏牛肉麵現在已經成為我和朋友經常光顧的店。店鋪細小,門外亦放了一兩張檯,天氣好的時間,在不繁忙的路上吃亦有一番風味。小弟最愛牛肉扁麵,湯底味道香濃,用上牛骨及很多香料味,又不含味精。香料沒有新疆那麼重手,我想是因為配合香港人的口味,反而更令大夥喜歡。芜荽十分多,我十分喜歡,亦可以有蒜蓉自己加增。蘿蔔清甜沒渣,為濃厚的湯多了一份清新的感覺。個人推介扁麵,非常有彈性又口感好,十分充實。朋友們都是比例大食的男人,加底後的麵底附有一隻溫泉蛋,溏心的蛋黃流出來十分吸引,可惜加大後很大,非一般食量的人可以完成。炸雞扒火候剛好,金黃又多汁。店員的服務也恰到好處,而價錢又不貴,份量夠抵食,是一家大小開飯的好地方。…Read More

想不到北角的住宅大廈地鋪.. 會有一間出眾的歐陸餐廳經常經過門外,. 卻沒有發現該店。沒有明亮的招牌,大門也不是在大馬路上,傳單的設計也不怎樣。 因工作關係,經常在高級酒店用餐,所以一般情況下,都不會跟朋友吃西餐,特別是一般的小店。如果不是有好吃的朋友介紹,實在想不到是一間如此出眾的餐廳。店內簡約的歐陸風裝修,氣氛不錯,絕對是約會的好地方。吃西餐前,先看餐桌,立見店主(大廚)是正宗學藝,餐具放置都非常合禮儀,分毫不差,餐具亦是高級的,跟平常一般的感覺大不同,跟酒店的餐廳比較亦不遜色。侍應的招呼真誠有禮,卻沒有過份的緊促。本人對鵝肝一向不懂欣賞,我也不多評論,從朋友的反應,相信亦是不錯的美味。另一個頭盤蝦肉薯餅則深得我心,金黃的薯餅混有虎蝦,味道不太濃卻層次分明。推介的黑松露野菌湯材料非常精緻,入口時就發出野菌獨有的清甜,CREAM 又不太糊口,味道又是多重感覺,在舌頭不同位置有不同的味覺享受!安格斯牛肉眼用最簡單的調味,五成熟的牛肉眼的充分展示仔細的鮮味。風干火腿蜜糖烤雞跟沒有太多調味的牛扒有強烈對比,味道十分豐富甜咸配合得宜,再加上微酸的扁意粉,大廚將味道劃成彩虹!甜品則是芝士CAKE, 餅底做得非常鬆卻不散,芝味濃厚。可惜的是,茶的種類只有西冷紅茶,如果可以有伯爵等則更完美。因為訂檯八折的關係,全單不用$600... 過了一個滿足的晚上........…Read More
