意想不到有鑊氣的台灣小菜食店

今日同朋友去遊港島，見到一間新開嘅台灣菜鋪頭，就同朋友一齊入咗去試試。精裝三寶麵呢個三寶入面包咗牛肚、牛根、紅燒牛肉等等，牛味重之餘，仲要肉質彈牙；麵底就揀咗粗麵，麵質好爽彈之餘，個量仲好多tim。值得一提嘅係佢地嘅湯底，上麵個陣係分開上，上菜個陣先會過嚟倒啲湯，而個湯十分之重牛嘅香味，但濃得嚟又唔膩。黑麻油蠡草花濃雞湯麵朋友就揀咗雞湯麵，雞肉都幾滑，食落去唔會起渣；湯底好濃麻油嘅香味，而且都幾有藥膳嘅味道；麵底就揀咗幼麵，麵質就相對較為淋身啲，同樣地個量都好多。台式豆醬 A菜我同朋友第一次試臺灣萵菜，個口感同油麥菜有少少似，食落去又冇咩苦味，而個豆醬食落去都有少少甜味，再加上炒嘅香味，成碟菜都好香。三杯雞三杯雞好香，又少少辣，又好有鑊氣，食落去好惹味，但雞嘅肉質又冇因為咁而好乾爭爭，反而都仲好順滑，好啱伴飲品食。百香果香茶百香果又酸又甜，好開胃，個荼味又好香，夾埋曬都十分之好清口味。…Read More

抵食拉麵好去處

嚟到荃灣玩，當然唔少得去尋找美食，而小弟本身係一個「日本仔」，所以就帶同行朋友去左食「家鄉菜」！呢間拉麵鋪好有居酒屋嘅味到，所以入面好有日本嘅氣氛。午餐Set拉麵 （叉燒拉麵&雜錦拉麵）日本啲叉燒同我地燒味舖食到嘅唔同，呢款叉燒除左係大舊好多外，仲會有啲日式嘅醬油味係入面滲出來，但係好多時啲醬油味會好濃，掩蓋左本身嘅肉味。而佢呢間鋪頭嘅醬油味就唔會太濃，食落會有五花腩嘅肉味，拉麵嘅湯底唔會太過濃味，拉麵嘅麵底都好彈牙；雜錦拉麵除左有叉燒，仲有豬軟骨，個豬軟骨蚊到好林，真係有入口即熔嘅感覺。咖哩飯日式嘅咖哩飯普遍都係以甜為主導，而呢款就加反少少辣味係入面，令到咖哩飯唔會因為淨係得甜味而變到好怪。另外，咖哩入面亦都有肉同埋薯仔，唔會淨係得咖哩嘅汁。小食薯仔沙律本身我係薯仔愛好者嘅關係，對於薯仔嘅食品都好講究，呢款沙律唔同於一般沙律就咁以薯蓉就整，入面都會有一舊舊薯仔係入面，會好有口感，而且亦都有粟米同係入面，唔會搞到淨係得薯仔味。串燒我地兩個就叫左紫薯、牛舌以及雞軟骨串燒。呢三款串燒都燒得唔錯，唔會燒過左龍，食到有啲碳燒出嚟嘅味道。用料方面，牛舌都係一啲比較厚身嘅肉，食落係爽口之餘，仲要充滿肉汁，雞軟骨亦都唔會有太油膩嘅感覺。味增湯隨套餐送飲品（汽水）或者 味增湯呢個午餐set其實都好抵食，下次我再帶朋友一齊嚟食先…Read More
