今次揀左中間價位既Set C,有黑毛和牛加各款精選海鮮豚牛雞。係比較平但又有和牛食既餐,平日晚市可以任食100分鐘。一開始會先上一次性既黑毛和牛+澳洲M9薄炙,和牛油花好靚,入口即溶。另外海鮮類既蝦肉厚實大隻,青口新鮮。而前菜、小食同埋飯麵類選擇都幾多。之後可以繼續任食4款特選牛,有牛肋肉、牛里脊肉、薄炙里脊肉、同埋牛肉角切一口牛。其中我最鐘意薄炙里脊肉,調味適中,快燒10幾秒就可以。其他款式既牛入面我最推介兩色蔥花牛舌,非常入味。餐廳職員見我雞手鴨腳主動過嚟幫手燒左一轉,仲好快換埋個網同搽左D油脂令佢冇咁易痴底,細心度滿分。場內自助區仲有多款飲品 (當日有3款特色茶)、湯、飯、沙律同埋甜品添!整體嚟講食物質素高,上菜快,服務用心,可以一試。…Read More

今日難得早收工,終於可以試下朋友推介左好耐的牛品。今日一試,性價比的確好高。去到的第一感覺係鋪頭好新淨乾淨,坐位都幾充裕鬆動。由於第一次幫襯,所以先試一試中間價位的牛御品餐。叫左鴛鴦湯底,養生湯入面有支支人蔘,非常足料入味。主打的M9和牛油花好靚、入口即溶,忍唔住encore左三轉。其他肉類質素都唔錯,以醉雞印象最深刻,因為好嫩滑夠味。最鐘意佢有啲台灣特色菜式例如甜不辣同水蓮菜。另外,餐廳仲有自助區,有唔少丸類同菜款可以揀。 啱啱一嚟到肚餓,自助區都有幾款熟食可以即刻拎嚟食。呢個價錢,仲要包埋飲品任飲、雪糕甜品任食,食物質素又高,性價比一流。下次應該會再嚟試埋貴啲嘅牛殿品餐,一試佢嘅A4和牛。…Read More

見到鳥山名餐牌既食物好多款式就走左入去試試。店內環境寬敞,當時冇人排隊,我們2人獲安排一張4人枱,店員體貼有禮,用餐舒適。職員推介我地試下時令食物,所以叫左金目鯛壽司、秋刀魚壽司同埋宮崎和牛壽司。當中金目鯛壽司色澤鮮艷、油脂豐富、入口鮮美,果然係時令食材。而宮崎和牛壽司既和牛非常厚身,一啖食晒最滿足。藍鰭吞拿魚刺食壽司定食好令人期待,因為唔係度度都有供應藍鰭吞拿魚。而且可以用優惠價加購幾款cocktail,算係抵食。每塊吞拿魚都嫩滑甘香,尤其係刺身,做到入口即融。定食仲包埋牛肉烏冬,暖一暖胃再繼續食。最後再叫左牛油果軟殼蟹反卷同埋馬糞海膽手卷。上菜時軟殼蟹溫熱而外層牛油果尚涼,溫度控制有心思,令到卷物層次豐富。海膽手卷用料充足,食到最後都仲有海膽,又冇任何腥味,值得一試。…Read More

記得幾年前在泰國食過Nara Thai Cuisie 一試難望,所以一直都想來Lady Nara這個姊妹品牌來重拾一下回憶。臨近中秋假期前決定和朋友來試試。一入餐廳就覺得環境乾淨企理,還有幾個打卡位給食客拍照留念。食物方面,泰式生蝦新鮮,配上醬汁十分開胃。炸蝦餅炸得外脆內裏蝦滑爽口彈牙,是小食的不二之選。大蝦柚子沙律都是我另一泰菜最愛, 柚子再配上甜甜的炸椰絲十分解膩。 主菜方面,當然不可不叫咖哩。這個咖哩炸軟殼蟹配上了印度薄餅是個人喜愛的食法。這個黃咖喱惹味而不太辣,配上酥脆的薄餅,味道十分配合。Lady Nara 果然沒令我失望,水準比得上到泰國本店的水平,應該很快就會再來試試其他菜式。…Read More

與家人朋友一行6人於一月中晚上到Le Café進食自助晚餐後,其中有進食生蠔及刺身的5人,相繼出現嘔吐、發冷、腹瀉及腸胃不適等病徵,其中有人需求診打針止嘔。我直至10天後方完全康復。我與家人及朋友分開4處居住,只有當晚一餐共同進食,發病時間亦相若。但店舖只回覆指沒有收到其他當晚的食客有同樣問題,他們的食物亦有定期化驗,回覆令人非常不滿及憤怒。期望Le Café以後小心注意食物衛生,保障食客安全。熟食味道正常,生蝦有腥味。整體食物款式不多。請愛惜生命,慎選餐廳!…Read More

於8時到達四季良晨,門外有十數人排隊,可幸的是等待時間不長。入座後,職員送上餐牌,食客需要到門口收銀處下單。職員安排我們與其他食客搭枱前先詢問意願,後來更主動安排轉至2人座位,非常貼心。飲品於10分鐘內送上,鐵觀音珍珠鮮奶茶的珍珠軟硬程度適中,半甜味道剛好,鐵觀音茶底比普通珍珠奶茶清新。由於茶包置於飲品中,後來即使開始溶冰,茶味仍能保持。食品方面,地獄三盛牛肉麵(可選小辣)有三款配料,以炆牛腩最為出色,淋而不散。鹽酥雞排滷肉飯是一整份餐點,包括了湯、菜及主食。雞排醃製及油炸時間合適,經油炸後仍保持多汁,而炸粉之薄及脆亦屬難得。因懷念台灣掃街之樂,特意再點了台式烤香腸、椒鹽花枝丸及桂花雞翼。其中花枝丸大大粒,花枝味道突出。而桂花雞翼仍新奇之作,甚具特色。餐廳環境清新寫意,我尤其喜愛那幅真書牆,打卡一流!…Read More
