剛剛出糧,同太太諗住舒舒服服吃一餐晚飯,去到元朗睇下有冇新店。見到包哥門口的侍應非常有禮,因此,就入左去打邊爐。叫了一個168元的特盛豬骨煲,60元的普通肥牛,差不多價錢的鵝腸同黑百葉做第一Round其實,元朗食店林立,競爭激烈,因此,有信心係度開食店的,必然對自己亦有信心。我地作為食客,亦希望新店能夠有好的水準,長吃長有。本來諗住普普通通吃餐飯,無諗過影相,亦無諗過寫食評。但包哥係我係元朗吃咁多間火鍋、雞煲、豬骨煲當中,實在稱得上極品。168元的豬骨煲當中,就係圖中所見的豬骨,無錯,係完全無肉的豬骨。呢張相,係我撈出來即刻影相,唔係食完先影。成個煲,一個煲,9舊骨,都係咁既樣,可以係一d肉都無既,「正宗豬骨煲」。咁我環顧四周,只係幾名女侍應,沒有店長,無人駕使,相信收銀就係領班,所以,我同收銀女士講,請問,豬骨煲既骨不是有肉可以吃的嗎?她的答案是,豬骨煲的豬骨都係咁樣,是用來煮湯出味,不是用來吃的.......真係估佢唔到,168元一個特盛豬骨煲,所有豬骨都係用來煮一窩打邊爐的湯放得落口的,原來係兩舊粟米,同埋幾舊蘿白同枝竹。係咁既情況下,都無叫第二round,結帳就走了。其實,出去吃火鍋,火鍋料有平有貴,好難一既而論,但係,係元朗吃左N咁多間火鍋店,呢間真係極品。可能自己真的是太年輕,就如張局長所言,「真係經一事、長一智」…Read More
