I had been waiting for chance to try out this small cafe in Yuen Long. As a sandwich lover, this cafe can fulfill my desire for a lovely light meal.I finally got the chance to try it out today and ordered an egg salad smoked salmon sandwich. The sandwich is simple, yet with fresh ingredients, everything became extraordinary. The vegetables are so much fresher than those in the caeser salad of another cafe at the corner of the same street. The egg salad is just right with an appropriate amount of mayonnaise sauce. Yet, the proportion of smoked salmon is small.
