第一次去食醬油蝦湯拉麵，真係驚為天人，覺得好好食！首先去到係門口排隊，有排櫈係到，可以坐住等，期間職員仲會派水，呢樣好貼心！舖內空間不大，但輪候時間唔耐。餐牌只有醬油蝦湯選擇，可以選刀削麵/日本拉麵，試過2款個人鐘意拉麵多d🤤仲有蠔、鮑魚同時令海鮮選擇。麵到時，職員會係你面試倒蝦油，即刻覺得成碗拉麵好香🤤🤤🤤🤤第一次，試左蠔同鮑魚，蠔勁大粒勁飽滿！！鮑魚都好食。食到最尾蝦湯會漸漸無味，呢個有d失色。總括而言，係會encore的店！第2次再光顧，蝦湯有d退步，但蠔依然大粒飽滿。未必會再來了…Read More
