小妹已有好幾年冇寫食評。今次因為同日同飲食集團之逆向服務水平而需要反影一下是日下午去左海洋中心八月居,個侍應亞姐串爆到無朋友! 我同事正在台上夾送,佢要取茶壺去加水,我同事同佢講叫佢等埋佢夾送先Link....佢居然答:吾得WOR, 我要JUMP水...我同事問:遲D吾得咩...佢串爆答:吾得個WOR....請問, 邊個係客呢? 又邊個有份出糧忽你既呢?! 咩世界...是晚與家人到星光行翠園食 做節飯。點解要黎呢度呢?咪因為大時大節 容易book位囉 呢道既服務, 簡直差天共地首先講訂台服務:一個星期內先決定訂呢間。因平日飲茶d 食品質素👌。我星期二早上打電話訂台都有位(雖然接聽既亞姐語氣麻麻)尋日下午又冇收過reconfirm booking來電。為免冇台,自己打電話去reconfirm!食品質素:由於母親大人極不接受咸既食品,所以每次落單,例要求小咸小油。因大時大節,只供應節日餐牌,所以冇太多選擇。前菜:煎墨魚餅(餐牌正確名不明),落單亞姐寸我「佢係煎過wor! 點小油?」我答:盡量啦!出來外觀好白淨,煎得好靚。味道吾錯,好彈牙。不過做吾到小咸(可能係預製左,冇得減咸)蒜片牛柳粒 - 細細粒肉質外form(吾可以叫脆/硬)內軟,冇筋。味道調得啱啱好,既香口又惹味。正燒腩仔: 外觀灰灰的,睇見吾開胃,份量又超少。不寄予厚望! 不過食落又另一回事。皮脆肉滑,肥瘦均稱,咸咸地, 好味:)湯:杏汁白肺海螺燉湯,夠滋陰潤肺,湯料仲有雞腳,豬骨。好甜。母親大人贊口不絕,飲左3碗都冇去夜vivi,又眠得好。主菜:海斑兩食:西蘭花炒斑球,得5-6片,我冇食到,只食菜。吾知咩味。菜有小許調味,好過白chap豉汁蒸魚頭+魚腩,共約8件。魚頭ok. 肉質爽滑;魚腩有d 苦,但冇腥,冇咩味道!可能未清理好d 魚肚內膜!下次都係要炒球算富貴海鮮炒飯:色彩繽紛,炒得適度乾身,好有炒飯應有既香氣。食材新鮮,味道亦吾錯。5個人食,好快清碟:)一品素菜盆:個人覺得麻麻,但因成餐冇菜類物體,就揀呢個。馬蹄可能被金針既酸味滲透左!帶酸的!仲以為變左味由於有家人吾夠飽, 於是後加以下兩碟:冷盆: 青瓜拌鮑片。似嫘片多D. 不過總算有D鮑味。OK啦肉碎時菜炆雙米(粉絲+米粉): 菜牌無呢個ITEM,不過西裝部長知我要咩,照落到單。出黎既成品超正 鑊氣十足,味道岩岩好,又夠干身。over expected當晚整體服務水平: 超好 跟我地那台既侍應哥哥好好禮貌。落單時知我地吾係熟客,我對D菜色有咩疑問佢都有問必答。仲話不如全單少油少咸啦:)  呢種REQUEST我都係第一次聴。自始,同太后去開飯都落同一個要求總結: 雖然呢間分店既裝潢很舊,但員工待客既態度非常親切。不似旗下其他已裝修得金碧輝煌既分店敢,吾憂做又服務差,食品水準每況愈下:(。所以成家人都不約而同地:)like呢度。下次一定會再來,食得實在太開心…Read More

等了又等…..多次都想來此店幫襯下. 惜每次都有一大堆人在店外排隊. 所以總是放棄!!今日, 本想去老蘭/ SOHO食Lunch, 不過近來好似食得多左西餐, 即管睇睇多吾多人排隊LA, 結果係等5個No., OK LA….等一入店, 當然要座Line La….一見條Line上既食物…果然係元氣既升LE 版. 完全Difference feel & style! 無論食物既新鮮度, 司傅既手藝( 手握飯既Sticky度), WASABI 係真野… 每碟食物既價錢 都升晒LE架!OK講返食物質素先。Overall新鮮, Taste Good應該無咩味精。因食完無口渴鰻魚牛油果芝麻卷 - D飯軟軟的,吾似大多數迥轉店既飯 “硬得有米骨”架!碟上附有鰻魚汁一包(其實吾落都已經好好味)on top加左D蟹籽,RW同我食到一粒都無 “Side”呀!長腳蟹捧壽司 - 平日我地一定吾會叫呢碟野,因多數店都會好貴。不過政府比左錢,就豪D食La  又OK Wor!,味道帶少少咸,但吾會太乾。比我想像中既好味三文魚腩壽司 - 又幾油潤and新鮮Wor。好想食多碟^_^ 不過Save D,叫左頭尾5碟普通三文魚壽司頂引…..又OK Wor,都好肥美。(頭兩碟好正,係無魚腩敢多脂肪。但尾3碟就有兩件有筋架?! 下次吾可以叫多過兩碟LA)大大隻甜蝦壽司 - 好甜呀,又煙韌。好蛋白質既味道。回味無窮呢軟腳蟹手卷($26)- 比元氣貴幾雞,雖然個醬汁係一樣,不過佢既用料就好好多。如有牛油果片,D飯暖立立同大D,件蟹都有半隻。仲有係勁鬆脆。好味:)元貝剌身壽司($30)- 又幾新鮮Wor,都夠甜美,不過大粒返D就Perfect La 芥辣沙律蝦壽司 - D芥辣咸既?!個蝦粒(生既)好脆身好新鮮。其實吾駛用咩芥辣。攪到佢無左蝦既鮮味!!可惜!服務方面,佢地分工非常清晰,白衫吾可以落Order,黑衫只可以傳菜!所以好多時都會感到無人理你?!我地叫左幾次埋單都你推我,我推佢!!!!!Bear晒埋單$317, Lunch黎講@IFC算OK La! 我之前對Couple居然要成$800落樓?! 吾駛呀Ma?! 成8舊我去食日本料理La,吾駛去千兩!真係成千兩先走得咩!!Overall如果吾駛等敢耐既話,我地樂意再幫襯。吾知九龍站那間O吾OK既呢?!…Read More

是日和相識超過十年既朋友出黎聚一聚.... 目的係幫人教女!!我地去左I-SQUARE既CARPACCIO, 因個細路要食茄汁意粉..於是就揀呢度, 貪佢夠就腳!!今朝(11/11/11)先打電話訂台, 個WAITER指明要8點半交台?! 我又吾見得佢有幾禁爆場LOR?!7:08PM 入座, 3個人叫左如下ITEMS:-茄汁長通粉( $108)鮮茄蓉+BASIL, 原本有辣醬BASE, 因有細路, 所以走辣. 味道OK LA, 不過PORTION 細左D及D粉硬左D, 吾夠AL DENTE. 賣相都算靚仔, 不過我就吾多滿意D粉硬得黎好似生生地!!HAWAII PIZZA ($128)又係有細路關係,要叫D 啱佢地口味既野. 今日低讚. 個批底薄得黎有咬口, 軟得黎又吾會濕”立立”. 味道都算MATCH. 不過用料就一般. MAZORRELLA CHEESE吾夠多…香味不足. OVERALL 算吾錯. 對比我上次同個FRIEND 於10月頭來食. 已經有進步 各人都食得好開心CACEAR沙律+煙三文魚 ($98)仲以為清清地個細路必食….點知佢話吾食”生”菜, 又”炎”D 芝士好酥…所以咬吾到一啖就LUR 返出黎. 細路既口味真難攪?! 相反, 我同個FRIEND都好滿意呢碟野, 咸咸地帶少少酥. 是日為朋友的大日子(人生的第???個十年). 之前在網上見到呢度既Comment大多數都吾錯於是晨早打電話來訂位。居然給我頂到 接聽電話既人仲千丁萬足我要ONTIME交台?!OKOK 9點3咩都食晒LA。。。我明天要返工架!!6:30PM 我倆早左少少到。。。因之前食過LATE下午茶, 跟本吾肚餓, 所以只叫左1個細PIZZA, 1個三文魚Casear沙律。PIZZA 以番茄,水牛奶CHEESE及香草為主, 好似有少少肉粒。 吾記得咩名。 味道OK既,但不平均,有D咸有D又淡。個PIZZA BASE都算薄。 不過CONTROL爐火就吾得,個批底好"朱古力"下?!我都係鐘意"銅鑼灣凡高" 佢個PIZZA無論味道調較(咸,淡及酸度都好MATCH)及批底(非常薄)都好正。又吾會因PIZZA面既醬汁令批底濕"立立"。至於個三文魚凱撒沙律,三文魚既選料吾錯。吾會太咸。油度口感啱啱好。 不過D醬汁就比出面街既餐廳有D吾同,呢度偏酸!都幾酸下?!是晚比我地睇到D好有趣既野。。。我地隔離台有1男1女都係叫左凱撒沙律(雞肉)。 佢地居然"炎"D DRESSING吾夠,叫WAITRESS比多D醬比佢地?!攪到個待應要問呢對朋友因咩原因要多D DRESSING?!鬼咩,佢地當自己去左PIZZA HUT或老麥,要大堆大堆醬先叫食沙律架MA?!因吾係幾好意思只叫兩樣野,所以叫埋甜品。個名好得意又雪糕又BROWNIE,仲有D生果拌杯!BROWNIE是暖既,雪糕就吾知咩出品。本人就對件小小BROWNIE有興趣D。。D雪糕就不值一提(連DRYRES都不如)論食品質素,我覺得中規中舉LA。不過服務真係吾錯。D待應好好禮貌,雖然我地無叫野飲,但佢地會不停REFILL水。一贊:)如果要SAVE D,又想有MOOD有服務。。又要食西餐,呢度都係一個OK既選擇。不過,我未必會再去。…Read More

由於工作關係, 我耐吾耐都會去酒店既outlet 食飯. 今日就被請去Yamm 食dinner buffet.之前睇呢度既comments, 大部份都平平….所以不抱有太大祈望.講返食物, 大部份都係西式 / 日式 (生冷野), 我致愛….食評如下:-Starter: 冷盤琵琶蝦 (半隻): ok, 不過肉質dry左d. 無咩甜味mini 青口: 好嫩滑, 不過味淡螺: 好滑, 爽口, 鮮甜…我鍾意蝦 (白sharp): 最甜美, boil 得剛熟….好味杯裝salad (吞拿魚醬): 醬汁及蔬菜 配小量吞拿魚醬在頂…估吾到敢好味. 好fresh..吾會有任何”胜味”. 吾錯杯裝 salad (吾sure咩醬)k, 不過吞拿魚好味d (是日小杯salad得兩種)生蠔(即開): 因身體狀態欠佳, 我食得1隻….不過已經好滿足….因隻蠔好creamy, 好新鮮….淡身帶少少咸味….下次有機會要留肚食多幾隻!!! 推介龍蝦(半隻, 凍既): 可能又係凍得耐左….無咩水份, 而且有d “鞋口”….食味ok 既, 不過我lum 新鮮sharp完上碟會正好多!Salad (無影相):有各種吾同既西式蔬菜, cheese, ham (prama/salami…etc)等各有約4-5款, 包你一定揀到自己鍾意既….另仲有mixed既salad, 有Greek, Thai style, + 螺絲粉既….仲有好多好多….成6 個big bowl…眼都花埋!! 講返食味, 我就非常滿意…d 野好fresh…ham 味道較light, arm我口味 (可惜有d 渣) 扣左小小分.日式料理:三文魚sashimi: 司傅即切, 不過味淡, 而且凍左d…無咩鮮味. 尚可salad 醬伴帶子粒: 真係好多粒帶子在裡面….好好味. 帶子好甜, d dressing 好matchsalad 牛油果醬: 吾知伴左d 咩入內, 不過好”溜”…帶子好味d ^0^炸蝦牛油果卷: 可能擺左一段時間, d蝦吾crispy, d 飯起米骨….失色!!燒芝士三文魚壽司: 食完都吾好感覺到自己食左三文魚….可能又係dry左…天婦羅炸蝦: 我叫司傅比1隻我, 點知佢比左2隻…anyway, 因新鮮炸, 吾點醬油會好d…食原味好鮮甜, 面既crispy 漿好薄, 隻蝦又大…好好味! 推介熱/熟食:炸(應該係) 蛋丸: 估吾到敢多醬在內…好juicy, 味arm arm 好…正吾知grill/炸豬頸肉: 好冶味, 甜甜地….豬肉彈牙而不韌…吾錯串燒雞肉: 好嫩滑, juicy, 味道arm arm好…甜甜地, d d 辣, 馬拉口味. 正sharp 西蘭花: ok la….普通野甜品 (飽到頂上心口都要試):法式macaron: 綠色(開心果)及棕色(朱古力), 好煙韌, 不過都係甜左dNewYork Cheese cake: 好creamy, 吾太form, 芝士味好rich….同Mandarin Oriental既出品有得fight. 鍾意食Cheese cake既, 值得推介Tiramisu: ok la…酒味吾夠濃. 小妹自已整既arm口味d (我用好多barley 酒)Double chocolate cake: d 朱古力味道吾錯, 好滑. 不過中間既cake base 好dry….扣分. 我吾會再食!!Chocolate 泡夫: 個puff “林”左…d cream又溶左…吾好食. 味道okChocolate musse: 溶溶地…吾好食.Service: overall 都ok 既, 初期可能d 大手吾夠, 收碟慢左d. 後段快左好多. 是日, 舊同學為我慶生....所以我比左個list 佢揀....最終揀左呢度見此店出名龍蝦+石燒牛set, 同學在book台時已預訂, 因怕無得食個set有以下食物...食評如下: -蟹籽青瓜沙律: arm arm 食覺得ok. 但食食下, d 胜味非常難頂...我地食左d 就無再食?!前菜三味- 滑豆腐配海膽...d 海膽係"板裝個隻", ok la, 不會有吾新鮮既味. 不過不失- 三文魚卷配木魚碎....味道幾好, d魚煎得夠滑. 味道亦好match- 青瓜拌八爪魚....因d 青爪好胜, 而我又怕八爪魚既"高膽固醇", 所以無食...no comments龍蝦剌身拚盆. 有"魚立"魚, 劍魚腩, 三文魚, 帶子, 甜蝦及龍蝦....各種都好fresh....尤以龍蝦. 不過有少少筋, 扣左d分!!生菜包三文魚卷, d調味好特別, 吾知點形容. 不過好食干燒大蝦, 個蝦好彈牙, 好juicy...好香口...比多隻各人就good 龍蝦頭在剌身盆上以為一去無點頭, 點知係link去煮麵鼓湯....雖然呢個蝦頭已經吾知係吾係我地食那個....不過超多肉, 因無"蟹剪", 所以好無儀態敢食....好味. 但個湯咸左d:(石燒牛肉, 呢個必食.....為怕牛在"熱石"上overcook, 有2大塊洋蔥做base, 客人可按個人喜好, 自己cook佢地既牛肉....我就超鍾意....而且, d牛好滑, 好"林", 無渣....直得推介set 有炒牛肉粒飯及烏冬揀, 我地揀左各1....個炒飯ok. 不過吾夠wok 氣. 而個烏冬, 我就覺得麻麻.....但同學鍾意食d.最後甜品係雪糕, 有幾個味揀, 我地兩個都揀左黑芝麻雪糕. 吾錯, 滑得黎吾太甜. 又有濃濃既芝麻香. 我鍾意講到service, 敢大間"門高狗大"既餐廳.....人手非常不足, 每次要搵人時, 一定要等一輪. 再吾係d waitress/waiter 就好似當你透明....吾係佢manage既台, 佢吾會理?! 有無攪錯!!環境方面, d 台其實好spacious, 不過吾知點解...好嘈...想好好傾下偈都要大聲d.....要怕拖sweet sweet既人就要想清楚la:(另, 同學覺得個set 份量太少, 佢吾夠飽(佢係一個瘦女!!), 但我就飽到胃酸都湧埋出黎....所以份量夠吾夠兩人食....見人見智lor!!…Read More

是日, 同同事食完個晚飯....心思思想食返d 甜點作為一頓生日晚餐的完美句號.本想去iSQUARE, 後來在其後街一望....以前的"杏花樓"仍在?! 於是就建議去....同事們都舉腳贊成....時直接近9點...店內有好多食客....好在有張4人台...我地望過餐牌...各自叫左以下糖水: -招牌西米皮芝麻湯圓, 我叫的. 因用西米關係, 皮是晶瑩剔透....芝麻芯亦吾錯. 沒有加豬油....吾會一口油味. 有啖啖芝麻既香味同咬口....我鐘意. 可惜, 個湯吾得. 以前佢D 薑汁辣得過隱...依家就不過不失la.... 不過, 我鐘意以前既湯底多d.雙皮凍燉奶+紅豆, 同事叫的....奶是凍的, 我無興趣, 不過紅豆好大粒...但色澤不一...似係大陸貨! 而且, 味道吾均勻, 有d 甜d, 有d 淡d椰汁海底椰燉雪耳. 請客既同事叫的. 雪白既椰汁, 拌以雪耳片及海底椰粒...同事比左d我試, 好香椰奶味, 好滑....好有咬口(好多要咬既items)....我好鐘意. 等我下次叫下先講service, 呢度ok la... 快餐吾expect有幾多service. 係埋單時慢左d lor....環境就細左d....無計, TST 寸金尺土呀MA....OK la...呢間店都好耐歷史架la...…Read More

同事一人請我及陳太食dinner...真係吾係幾好意思:)請客既同事第一次來.....見到裝修好懷舊...好開心..大家就店內裝修續樣"話當年".講食物, 因吸取之前經驗(order左個set, 1次過上菜, 搞到d 野食凍哂), 我建議續次order 比較好....於是, 分開3次落order. 我地叫左:-鰻魚芝士卷: 鰻魚軟, 林. 芝士味不太濃....調味洽到好處...d 飯又有咬口, 醬汁好match...正青酒煮蜆: 我有d抗拒酒煮既item, 不過是日叫既, 個湯"酒味"不太濃, ok. 不過蜆可能浸得耐左, 有d老. 有渣既茶漬泡飯: 我就未食過la... 幾得意. 好似潮式泡飯. 不過清水變"茶", 加上"雀粟"拌起來食...都ok.串燒拚盆:6件, 包括雞翼, 雞軟骨, 雞肉粒, 雞皮, 雞kidney 及燒車厘茄. overall 都ok. 不過d 雞皮燒得太dry...我地根本"拆"吾到出黎食?! 於是request 店員換過. 原先, 佢仲稱d燒雞皮係敢...但最終比我地3把口講贏左 佢換左支燒雞軟骨比我地.天婦羅拚盆: 有炸蝦2隻, 茄子, 金瓜及青椒. overall 都ok既軟殼蟹卷: 同鰻魚卷差吾多, 不過d 軟殼蟹"林"左....差左d lor:(講service, 呢度ok 既....d waitress耐吾耐就過黎refill 水...值得再去既:)…Read More

是日同男友在旺角行街, 佢帶我到此食tea. 見到佢內裡既裝潢....好有"美式"快餐既feel.一入到去, 店員有禮地問我地識吾識叫野, 仲比左個menu 比我地揀, 我地先座低再慢慢睇下有咩想食.男友去買set, 我就周圍影相, 好似大鄉理出城...."失禮"!! 不過, 真係好開心....HK 只有"麥記", kfc 等....無咩誠意既餐廳....呢度似初次開業...好有feel. 這兒地方雖小, 但都有約30 - 40 個位. 對於近學校區, 佢有優勢做年青人生意.講返食品, 我地叫左1個tea set 及一份standard set....個tea set有個好mini 既burger.. 不過,塊牛肉咸左d...無咩juicy. 另, 有炸洋蔥圈, d 洋蔥都甜. 不過不失la.另一個餐係hotdog...我地叫左個cheese 心既hotdog...不過無cheese 味既? d topping又吾夠多, 我地要係敢加茄汁, musturd 等....比起"何文田 - 勝利道"那間hotdog 專店, 我地鐘意"勝利道"那間.如想兩人sweet sweet 去拍拖, budget 有限既話, 呢道係一個good choice.:)另, 員工仲比左d 意見回條比我地....我好serious 敢填返比佢架…Read More

貴, 但都會再幫襯

是日為我老豆慶生, 所以近近地book左GCP 翠園. 之前都黎過2次飲茶...佢既overall 價錢比起以前"美心皇宮" 最少貴2成....不過, 論食物質素, 室內裝潢及整體消費...都係依家既"翠園"高d之前lunch time飲茶,通常都在weekend去....以美心一貫作風, 吾接受訂枱, 只可以等位...最吾方便就係老人家無位座?! 一等最少成粒鐘, 幾好腳骨力都死ok, 講返是晚dinner...我睇左個menu都吾知食咩好...見到有個4人雞煲翅餐($880+) d items都arm食...見係老豆生日, 是但la...就叫左個set, 等佢開心下! 食評如下: -1/4隻乳豬,真係比埋1/4個豬頭比我 好在我老豆吾waste...照食?! d 皮都幾脆, 好薄, 而且肉質ok....吾太肥. 尚可懷舊雞煲翅湯, d 翅用細梭排翅....以好細隻嫩雞煲成...d 翅ok la...老豆及mum睇落好開心.個waiter比埋d湯渣我地....我食過隻雞...都仲食得入口, 煲到d骨都"林晒". 不過啖湯就好咸?!干貝浸豆苗, 湯底都係咸左d...d豆苗有d 老, 有渣! 老豆食左一啖就"拒絕再食":(mango dressing + salad 拌超彈牙大蝦, 正餐牌要成$160+ per dish...呢個係成個set 最最好食既item....得4隻大蝦敢大把...平均成$40+ 一隻....好貴呀!? 不過, 真係好好味. 我未食過敢死大隻彈牙大蝦....各人都好滿足吾記咩名...類似係"魚皮餃"湯上. 每位約有3隻. 個湯底一樣地"咸"....不過個dumpling都ok...用肉餡, 如果係蝦會好食d環境, 因是新美心食府, 所以全部都係以"英式宮廷"design....當然, 價錢都好HIGH la...service, 可以講係無咩service, 一個10幾張枱既位置, 只有2-3個人做service?! 攪到好不是味兒 比我揀, 我都係prefer 食lunch (飲茶, 起碼有好多吾同既食物揀....仲可以自己揀, 好開心:)…Read More

同事們大伙兒為"利白嘉"及小妹慶生, 我提議去以前三里屯既Ramas....因佢在新鴻基中心開檔.環境: 這裡modern design, 又有個平台位... 拍拖一流(天氣涼d 的話), 在餐廳門口位置, 有一張standard size 既卓球枱, 不過因為我地去食lunch, 無機會玩! indoor 環境spacious, 裝飾雅致...而且近平台位採用室外天然光, 好natural.食物: 我地大部份人都叫左executive set lunch ($120+)...個set 除左2款soup, main course外, 仲可以去buffet bar 取dessert 及生果....(呢個我地食完野, 埋左單個waitress先話我地知?!) 另, 佢仲有starter bar, 不過要on top 加 $60+ 先可享用...貴左d lor. 仲要無野揀, 勁少choice.先黎個bread basket, 有各種吾同既包...千祈吾好食d "stick", 又林又無味...其他既都ok.我叫左碟茄汁蟹肉angel hair, 同事分別叫左: 煎三文魚扒, 牛扒, 羊架等....我對我碟angel hair就幾滿意, 睇個碟d angel hair 小小....仲驚份量太少吾夠食....點知別有洞天....原來個碟內都幾deep....d 粉越食越有架 味道方面, 用以茄乾, olive oil及些少香草, 汁吾太酸, 粉夠軟但不是林的...剛剛好. 至於d 蟹肉, 因粉味較出, 蟹肉就變左做陪襯品....不過味道ok...吾係鮮甜個隻lor 到甜品, 去自助bar 揀...得3款: 似係tiramisu, 黑森林及cheese cake...tiramisu 用whipping cream 做, 無咩味, 而且d coco 粉濕晒, 無咩口感黑森林似有rum酒做,三款中最好味cheese cake, 個底用蛋糕做, d cheese 用左軟芝士....無new york cheese 既硬及strong taste. not my favourite.至於生果....普通雪得好凍既味....一般laservice: 都吾錯既, 起碼有定時refill 水....因我地張枱就在serving bar 側邊…Read More

是日同事為小妹補祝生日食lunch. 為免大家去得太遠, 就公司後面街食算. 其實1個月平均都會來一次....因真係水準stable 及好食:)食評如下:-是日salad, smoked salmon + mixed green leaf salad...dressing係自家紅醋...好味. 吾太酸, 甜度適中 (同事叫左個是日soup...見到我個salad 都想食 )main course, 因吾係好舒服, 吾敢食lamb....叫左個fish filet...兩面煎得arm arm好....d 配菜及薯蓉都好好味. 配菜是grilled的....有少少味道, 吾係白sap 行貨, 薯蓉好滑, 有薯粒, 所以有咬口. 其他同事叫左lamb 及steak... 兩個都吾錯. 個lamb 係羊鞍...同事share左少少lamb及牛比我...我就覺得lamb好林...牛都ok...不過吾夠出色.到食dessert時間, 同事在order餐時溜左口風話同我慶生...比老闆聽到, 於是佢就用order book寫左d野比同事揀....同事agree左後就做野. 到我地食完main course, 叫佢上dessert, 老闆突然開mic announce今日係我生日...大家為我唱birthday songs....(當然只係我d 同事及佢d staff 唱la)....之後serve一個小小"朱古力心太軟"上面仲有支蠟燭. 都好開心架...不過suprise就無咩架la... 因為之前見過same case個心太軟可能"叮"左好耐, 個面有d dry...不過依然好"流"....好好味. 我個餐可select dessert / drinks... 我continue要dessert...因佢既ice cream...好好好好好味架...又滑, 又香, 每次必食當老闆上完個心太軟比我地, 佢就"沖沖" 帶luggage走人....真係幾pro....做埋我地單order先走....overall...service + food 都好好....一定會再來....(尤其出糧日子hehe....)…Read More
