今晚約了朋友吃飯,正好天氣比較凍,一於去打邊爐。朋友介紹了位於旺角彌敦道的「新南苑私房菜火鍋鷄煲」。新南苑位於彌敦道678號華僑商業中心3樓,只需於旺角地鐵站步行3-4個鋪頭就抵達。我們叫了火鍋半放題套餐,我想大部份人都會叫這個套餐。你可以選雞煲,亦可以選其他湯底,確實有很多湯底選擇。我今次選了雙冬羊腩湯底。湯底真的有很多羊腩,吃起來肉質鬆軟。另外,前菜有一碟花生雞腳,雞腳有很多肉,炆得夠火喉。調味品是自助形式,種類繁多。意外的是,今天他們送了兩隻大閘蟹給我們。大閘蟹雖然不是很大,但都算多膏。套餐包了一碟本地手切牛頸脊,吃起來很新鮮,肉質鮮美。還包了一盤大大的海鮮拼盤,所有海鮮都很新鮮好味。另外包了每人一粒湯包,吃上來要小心,很多汁彈上來。菜有很多種類,是出去自己拿的。飲品是任飲的,有很多款選擇。另外有以下食物任叫。最後送上甜品。真是物超所值。…Read More

今天收工約了朋友吃飯,想找一間坐得舒服,環境又好的餐廳傾訴心事。於是就找到這間"Oyster House".看上去都很懷舊。先來香草麵包,十分鬆軟,再配黑醋及橄欖油,十分開胃。 我們每人選了一款蠔: 南飛Rollex ($90/2) 及愛爾蘭Irish Rock ($106/2).  南飛Rollex肉身厚的,吃上去比較creamy. 而Irish Rock 海水味就比較重。兩隻完全不同的味道。各有所好。另外,我們又分別選了兩客湯,分別是黑松露野菌忌廉湯 ($79) 及 鮮蠔濃湯($89)。黑松露野菌忌廉湯用了很多野菌煮成,再配以黑松露曬上面,令味道更加突出。鮮蠔濃湯有幾隻蠔仔,很有蠔味。 如果你不太好蠔就不建議叫這個。叫了一點小食,名字叫Bruschetta ,是用法式麵包,將它烘一烘,上面塗上蕃茄、蒜茸、香草、橄欖油同芝士,吃落很醒胃。主菜叫了兩款,分別是 Oyster Orzetto ($169) 及 Spring Chicken ($239)Oyster Orzetto 上面鋪了幾塊幼身的脆脆豬肉乾,以及數粒蠔仔,下面就是Risotto,很Creamy。春雞肉質嫩滑,燒得很均勻。最後灑上香草,份外惹味。最後叫了是在Oyster House 既signature: Banoffee Pie ($69)。 Banoffee pie用了香蕉及拖肥整出來的批。所以名字就叫做"Banana + Toffee" Pie。餅底用了焦糖來做,上面加一層新鮮香蕉,跟著是一層幼滑的忌廉,上面最後加上水果做裝飾,賣相吸引。…Read More

色、香、味俱全的酒鍋

今晚約了知己吃飯,想找一個坐得舒舒服服,既不失面子,又食物質素又高的火鍋店。「酒窩」一定沒有介紹錯。先看看地點,無得彈,坐落登龍街18號V Point高層,落地玻璃,完全觀瞻差不多整個銅鑼灣及維港景色。而且裝修相當豪華,中西合壁。火鍋最緊要的是湯底,我們當然叫了「酒窩」主打湯底 - 《酒火入鍋》($328)。《酒火入鍋》共有5格獨特湯底,分別是木瓜鍋、蕃茄波士頓龍蝦鍋、清湯蘿蔔牛腩鍋及潮州沙嗲鍋。每個味道都很出色,味道濃郁。龍蝦鍋內有半整隻龍蝦。當服務員送上《酒火入鍋》時,之後他會用火機將中間木瓜鍋點火,中間著了火,很特別而且壯觀。掛架頂級安格斯牛小排 ($188)牛小排用上安格斯牛,每一塊油脂都差不多一樣,肉味很濃 ,而且烚一會就可吃。這碟每一次來都會叫一客。海鮮拼盤($368)海鮮拼盤有聖子、扇貝、海中蝦、花甲,足2人份量,十分新鮮。開心小企鵝($88)及咪酒雞($88)丸類我們叫了兩客,分別是開心小企鵝($88)及咪酒雞($88)。開心小企鵝其實是墨魚丸子,口感彈牙。咪酒雞就是魚蛋。三色鮮制生麵($58)有3種口味,分別是菠菜、甘筍及墨汁。別看它好像很細,吃上來都挺飽的。蜂巢豆腐($38)吸收了不同湯底的精華,惹味得很。蔬菜拼盤($68)火鍋一定不少得拼盤,有各式各樣的蔬菜。什菌拼盤($68)有很多不同種類的菌類,而且很新鮮。自家制炸三文魚皮不似一般炸魚皮,用上新鮮三文魚皮來做,很有特色。香辣養顏鱷魚膠($98)自家制,用上鱷魚膠骨膠源蛋白為花膠20陪,惹味得很。洛神花茶及檸檬意米水新鮮榨,很清甜,消滯解渴。MENU:…Read More
