我是一位對貴餐廳服務感到非常失望的顧客，我寫信是要表達對於我最近在貴餐廳外賣訂購過程中遭遇到的不愉快經歷的投訴。在今天3月13日，我到貴餐廳訂購外賣，並在到達店內準備買外賣時遭遇了一起極其不尊重客戶的事件。當我拿起外賣紙選看時，一位店員突然對我呼喝，並搶回了我手中的外賣單張。他不僅沒有給我任何合理的解釋，還大聲喊叫著要我離開店內到外面。這種對待客戶的方式完全不符合一家高品質餐廳應有的禮貌和尊重。作為一位顧客，我對這樣的對待感到非常震驚和困惑。我相信每一位顧客都應該受到平等和尊重的對待，無論是在餐廳內還是外賣訂購過程中。這樣的事件不僅給我帶來了困擾和尷尬，也讓我對貴餐廳的形象產生了嚴重的懷疑。…Read More

收費和味道平平，態度就.......入坐有前菜，幾條蘿蔔，青瓜。埋單才見原來是收費的Menu 内多樣食物又未能提供招呼態度非常一般，串燒未見驚喜吃不出日本手法風味的食物。Quite disappointed about the food and the way being served. Higly recommend the shop to inform their customers their appetizers are not free beforehand, otherwise everybody would be stunted to pay when they look at the bill at the end. Would the restaurant please better manage the way how you should your customer.We were prompted by their staff to have a seat inside at a table for 4 while we have a total of 3 people.The man, I believe he's the owner of the restaurant asked us to stand up and leave the shop and line up again.No reason was given and there were another group of people who are waiting outside. While we are intrigued by such a weird arrangement, we suddenly figured out why he rudely made us standing outside. Compared to the nice shop facing them right across the street, it made quite a contrast, the other shop is crowded while the Tong Pak Fu only filled with a few people. They just want us to stand outside to make them look like they are so crowded and to draw the attention of the others. Damn, we won't visit this shop again.…Read More
