呢間牛腩店真係越做越差，今次經驗差到爆炸，唔寫出嚟對唔住自己。我叫咗「爽腩飯」，點知送上嚟係一碟幾乎冇肉嘅嘢，全部都係肥膏同筋，完全唔似爽腩。**所謂「爽腩」應該係牛胸腹部位，帶適量油脂、筋腱、肉質結實、有彈性，咬落去爽口但唔鞋，唔係一堆冇肉得筋膏嘅嘢。我向店員反映，點知佢哋態度極差，完全唔願聽，仲用兇我哋：「就係得呢啲，你唔食就唔好無㗎啦」、「你咁講係侮辱我哋識牛腩嘅專業」。呢啲說話真係令人無言，完全冇半點服務態度，仲當客人係仇人。直到我話：「我有之前幾次幫襯你哋影低嘅相，要唔要攞出嚟對比下？」佢哋先開始收聲。其實早幾次嚟已經發現佢哋服務唔掂，有次侍應直接「啪」一聲將碟掟落枱，好冇禮貌，但當時覺得可能係忙冇計，冇認真計較。點知今次連食物都咁離譜，服務仲係咁差，證明唔係偶然，係態度問題。**以前覺得呢間舖有水準，所以先再嚟，但今次真係被徹底打沉。食物唔掂，態度更差，完全唔值得再幫襯。唔會再嚟This shop has seriously gone downhill — my experience was absolutely terrible.I ordered the a type of brisket (爽腩) and what they served was almost entirely fat and tendon with no actual meat.
