不是第一次光顧,但最近的一次卻令我感到非常不快。一行十幾人同行幾個BB, 俾完錢想入閘的時候,有一個女工作人員非常無禮貌地叫停我們,要搜我哋隨身物品。明既明既,生意難做嘛,但可以禮貌一點嗎? 可以先解釋一下嗎?我有錯覺以為俾訓導主任搜緊書包!還有,小童收費係身高80cm就要收。有小朋友的家長都知,80cm大概等於1歲-1歲半的年紀,哩個年紀剛剛食粥仔,咁都要收錢?! 不過哩樣要求個場website都有講,係我無睇清楚,所以中伏。燒烤分為港式、韓式、同重慶燒, 我哋簡咗港式,即係最普通圍住燒烤爐BBQ那款。一般大路食物佢哋都有: 幾款雞翼、雞排、豬排、牛排等等, 但不要期望有驚喜新食物,所有蔬菜類亦都欠奉。除咗雞排好酥之外,其他肉類味道是可以的,丸類都有幾款選擇,不過我哋試咗一轉都覺得麻麻哋,好似食緊舊粉咁,就無再扲盤去添。最差勁的居然是方包,牛油蒜蓉醬要另買,又乾又削,因為會碎,用燒烤叉叉起之後塊方包會爛哂。任食價錢只包一罐飲品,可選擇的只有汽水、罐裝菊花茶檸檬茶,其他飲品要另加錢。D規矩無話啱定唔啱既, 不過對客人來講,光顧一間餐廳你賣我買,咁攪只係絕不會有下次囉!…Read More

聽聞屋企樓下開咗一間私房菜, 特登同屋企人試下午餐預先一日book咗枱, 但係個侍應居然唔記得幫我落booking, 不過佢都好快安排咗座位俾我哋餐廳環境還好, 但因為採用開放式廚房, 裏面的廚師煎煎炒炒, 碗碗碟碟 'p p punk punk', 侍應同廚師溝通的聲音, 其實好嘈好煩, 同佢號稱私房菜的格調唔配合, 私房菜唔係就係要俾人慢慢食安靜傾下計的咩?!到食物喇:1) 涼菜 清涼素八仙、金磚豆腐: 味道可以, 不過唔係可以令人驚喜的菜式。素八仙係用幾種菇類, 加芽菜, 甘荀絲同西芹絲涼拌再用調味汁拌勻的涼菜, 一食落口就覺得佢放咗喺雪櫃太耐太凍, 應該放喺室温到攤一攤先上枱會較好2) 粉葛湯很濃很鮮, 媽咪讚粉葛很粉很甜3) 金絲素皮雞主菜之一, 侍應介紹係佢哋的主打菜式, 係大陸走地雞, 走足220日先運到香港做既白切雞。我覺得可以俾d雞走少幾日, 雞肉係幾有雞味, 但係d肉好老好韌, 要好唔淑女咁用埋另一隻手幫忙先咬得開4) 米酒桂花片桂花魚片伴以用米酒做的湯底, 魚很甜, 米酒很香, 但這個主菜的份量實在太少, 每人一碗, 每碗得一至兩塊魚片5) 金沙時菜咸蛋黃炒莧菜, ok, 唔算特別6) 三姐妹拌麵哩個拌麵實在要俾個unlike佢呀, 無錯佢的諗頭唔錯, 三種不同顏色的冷麵, 拌以芝麻醬同甜酸醬很開胃, 但係d麵雪過, 有d乾有d硬, 而且太凍, 最弊的係身為唯一主食, 份量實在太小7) 甜品爸媽選咗白雪飄香, 係用榴槤做的甜品, 外表好像雪米糍一樣, 咬落去係打咗榴槤的moss, 全餐最好味哩個, 連我唔食榴槤的都覺得好味, 但係細細粒每位得一粒我同老公選咗奶凍, 奶凍好香, 可以午餐原價要$98, 如果唔係見佢6月份新張期間有6折, 老實講都唔會試, 試完之後更加確定收返正價都唔會再哩, 食物食材係新鮮, 但未至於係高級食材要收哩個價囉, 餸菜又唔見有邊樣特別好味到我想再去食, 最弊的係份量真係唔夠, 我同媽咪都覺得飽, 但係爸同老公就覺得到喉唔到肺。試業期間其實佢可以襯客人賣單嗰時問兩句有咩意見呀~ 但係又唔見d侍應咁做, 可能佢哋好有信心唔憂做掛晚餐在差不多同一個menu 簡餸, 只不過可多選一種涼菜同主菜, 再加多一個飲品, 居然要收到$248 (未計加一), 喺粉嶺哩個住宅區收咁的價錢, 真係要同佢講聲good luck喇…Read More

以前都幫襯過哩間餐廳, 但係質素每況越下同老公食晚餐, 叫咗一個二人餐, 價錢要$198, $198哩個價錢喺粉嶺區係好貴的喇, 但係佢俾咩食物客人呢?! 食之前想去洗手間, oh my god, 我踏入咗一步即刻縮返出哩餐湯: 普通, 可接受, 但係每碗只係得一半满 田螺焗薯蓉: 薯蓉太咸 (不過我上次幫襯仲咸, 哩次起碼入到口) 沙律拼炸洋蔥圈: 洋蔥圈唔係即叫即炸, 炸起放咗一段時間, 所以好硬肉醬意粉: 味道可以, 但係是唯一麵食, 份量太少牛柳拼羊排: 一哩度我已經發火, 個侍應落單的時條無問我要咩汁, 就淋哂d黑椒汁上去, 因為我戒緊口, 其實唔食得辣, 我叫其中一個侍應埋哩, 佢滿不太乎咁話: 俾d蒜蓉汁你囉~ d辣的汁都落哂牛柳薯條到. 你再俾仙水我都無用喇!!!我大可以叫個經理哩要換, 但係又覺得太浪費食物, 所以算數嘩, 一拮落件牛柳就心知不妙, 件牛柳俾鬆肉粉'拿'到煲湯豬肉咁, 把刀唔駛用力都可以分開成件牛柳, 我最喜歡食牛, 但係食落去, 根據多年經驗, 我都唔肯定我係咪食緊牛肉. 我見到d食材咁俾人糟蹋, 真係覺得好浪費好心痛件羊排仲經典呀, 我一食落去, o趙咗無兩下, 就反胃吐返出哩. 羊最忌唔新鮮, 因為會酥到令人想反胃. 我哩次忍唔住叫個經理過哩投訴, 仲同佢講: 你唔介意可以試下~ 咁個經理都識做肯同我換, 就幫我換咗塊雞排, 但係傳菜個侍應眼見我d餐具已經俾人收咗都無反應, 拋低個雞排就行開, 我叫住佢: 你見唔到我無餐具的咩?! 佢返去扲咗隻碟俾我, 一放低又想即刻走開, 我又叫住佢: 刀叉呢? 唉甜品藍莓芝士餅: 還可, 但係喺雪櫃放得太耐, 食落去入面結咗d碎冰. 咁的質素, 好在落單的時候無俾佢游說到加10蚊轉心太軟粉嶺區的餐廳做街坊生意, 留低一個咁差的印象俾人, 咪越哩越少街坊返轉頭幫襯囉~ 哩d餐廳唔好阻住個地球轉喇~…Read More

早前見到好多食評讚呢家酒家食物質素唔錯,於是提早訂枱黎食晚飯。訂6時正的枱,我們一行人5時45分到達,點知酒樓燈又未開哂、又沒有冷氣,有些員工仲喺到圍埋吹水,有啲就訓緊覺,見到你入黎都冇咩反應,感覺就是"當你無到"...此時,有個女負責人走埋黎話我地聽酒樓開6時正,叫我們隨便找個地方坐坐,待會才為我們安排座位。等了一會,終於到6時正,酒樓終於開燈開冷氣,此時已經有2-3枱的人在等..坐好之後叫佢開茶,待應很不耐煩回應 "我地6點鐘先開呀,6點鐘未夠已經比你地坐低啦,你地等下先啦!" 然後走左茶水間不知所踪!!再叫第二個女待應,樣子很不耐煩,一邊依依哦哦、一邊行左去第2張枱整野唔理我地,再叫佢果時佢就好無禮貌咁問我地想要咩!!果時我們已經好火滾!!! 問佢係咪唔想做生意!! 大佬呀,我地比錢黎食野ga, 唔係去善堂呀! 點解要睇你面色??! !最後忍唔住問佢係咪唔想做生意,佢先死死地氣走去開茶,最憎啲人見人洽,你咁唔尊重人,亦都唔好旨意人地會尊重你囉!!未食已經成肚火喇,好!! 即管試下你係咪真係咁好食,點知好普通囉:乳豬併生腸: 乳豬好厚,但唔夠咸;生腸夠爽,但冇乜味...海鮮豆腐煲水汪汪,個芡汁做得唔好!蟹肉扒豆苗見到有唔少蟹肉,幾足料,是日最好的一尾菜。 炸蟹鉗都好足料,啖啖肉,但價錢偏貴,$48一隻炸天雞非常普通!! 皮一般脆,但肉質有啲嚡! 唔夠嫩滑!! 蝦多士超級油!!!!!!! 好似一舊索滿左油既面包!!! 未放入口,我就聞到腥味!!!! 唔知係啲油唔新鮮定係啲蝦唔靚!!!! 完全唔想食!!!!上湯炸粉果賣相很差,包粉果的人完全係將隻粉果封埋就算!! 有點油膩,可能因為咁所以配個湯啦。吃完一隻就唔想再吃。焗蓮蓉西米布甸味道不錯,但略甜,吃到最後要邊喝茶邊吃....埋單6個人盛惠$1050,每人平均$175,我覺得喺樓下街市食飯都比呢到好,至少唔駛睇人面色!!!! 又唔係平,又唔係好正,真係好唔抵!!!奉勸各位睇完小弟食評仍然要黎既人,唔好揀咩生日呀、紀念日呀,任何慶祝活動黎吃,盞食到一肚火,自己唔開心~!!…Read More
