這間中菜館喺尖沙咀附近,餐廳寬敞舒服。佢地除咗粵菜仲有手工點心,入去仲見到有多海鮮游緊水,菜式即叫即製夠曬新鮮。澳洲龍蝦加伊麵底大大隻龍蝦都只係四百幾蚊,如果要加拿大龍蝦都只你二百幾,不過店員話澳洲龍蝦大啲啲。另外加$30就有伊麵底 ,用上湯煮好好味真係超值。龍蝦肉夠曬實淨彈牙同鮮甜,伊麵好入味,滿滿嘅鮮味,上湯唔會太鹹。懷舊蝦多士 原隻蝦釀入去,成寸厚夠曬足料超厚實,彈牙啖啖蝦肉,酥脆又唔油膩。金銀蛋浸時菜 菜好清甜,加埋爽口火嘅鹹蛋同皮蛋夠惹味,鹹香味美,連啲上湯都飲埋。脆米柚子蜜蝦球八件黃金炸蝦球香脆甜蜜,蝦肉香口大隻、質地爽彈,加咗香脆米通又幾有驚喜,酸甜柚子醬好好味。整到菜充滿爆趣口感,甜蜜美味。梨山醬汁骨煲一嚟到就聞到好香,排骨酸酸甜甜,香味濃郁好惹味,好有台式風味,撈飯一流。白桃鳥龍 茶芥$14一位,除咗平時成日見嘅茶葉仲有花茶;呢個茶好香果味,佢地仲有用個火烘著啲茶,一直都可以保持溫度。…Read More
