其實呢間食咗好多次...但係一直唔想寫食評....因為好怕多人知咗會令我無位食或者會加好多價...但係咁好食又咁抵食,又好想同人share吓。呢間夜晚食放題出名就係人都知,但係其實佢嘅午巿都超級無敵正!今次食咗甲羅之特選御膳。甲羅即係蟹~個set非常豐富,有好多嘢食~~~蟹肉蟹籽炒飯、海膽三文魚籽飯、海膽三文魚籽生蠔、玉子燒、吞拿魚蓉卷、三文魚腩、大赤蝦、帶子...寫都寫到手軟,最重要係每樣都好新鮮,好好味。而且種類咁多,滿足感好大。女仔基本上係食唔哂個餐。但係價錢非常超值,$138仲要免加一跟麵豉湯,抵到離哂譜!其實其他set都好抵好好食,例如鰻魚飯,基本上我每星期都去呢間食一次…Read More

今日喺The ONE見到呢間新開嘅法國菜仲有個勁啱影相嘅法式外牆,Je t'aimeMenu有set dinner & A la carte, set dinner 極度吸引,有頭盤拼盤、湯、2個main、2個desert ~ 但係因為想試啲特別菜色,所以我哋選擇散叫~首先前菜揀咗牛肉他他$148。將個蛋黃撈埋啲生牛肉,入面仲有鯷魚,洋蔥。放喺面包上面一齊食,又滑又香~跟住就食Parma Ham Galettes $98~ 用蕎麥粉做嘅crepe。中間仲有隻蛋,除咗同塊餅好夾之外,仲中和咗Parma ham 嘅鹹味。Btw, 伴碟沙律嘅sauce好好味,酸酸甜甜~主菜揀咗油封鴨腿Duck Leg Confit $158~ 呢個鴨腿真係超級好味一切落去好軟好嫩,食落又香又好味。加埋墊底嘅南瓜蓉甜甜哋簡直perfect ~ 最surprise 嘅係伴菜,有好大粒嘅串茄,風乾橙同糖燒柑,好特別。女仔食完飯當然有第二個胃食甜品檸檬焦糖燉蛋$70,上面又有塊風乾橙~食落好香檸檬味,燉蛋好軟滑~個甜品仲有雜莓醬,不過我唔食所以唔知好唔好味。最後食法國菜當然要食法式多士$75多士唔係炸到脆卜卜嗰啲,係軟熟嗰啲,有好香肉桂味,連埋椰子雪糕同生果食,好滿足~最最後飲埋杯新鮮蘋果茶$42,為今餐劃上一個完美嘅句號。餐廳有個好靚嘅bar位,影嘅時候仲唔覺意影到靚仔老細佢好nice,走埋嚟問啲嘢好唔好食,我話叫咗杯蘋果茶好耐未有,佢即刻自己走去整俾我~試完菜,我已經plan緊幾時去食埋個二人餐,喺尖沙咀可以咁嘅價錢食法國菜,真係CP值爆燈!!!…Read More

得到舊客戶的邀請與前老闆和同事一同前往日航酒店的Les Celebrites晚膳~~~當晚的一切實在太滿足了~~~客戶與Les Celebrites的總廚Edmond相熟,所以我們得到超一流的餐點~~由於我要在教班後前往,所以到達時他們已吃了自助頭盤及湯~坐下後,侍應除了送上一個面包籃外,還有一條S形的面包~~~很有型~~~味道亦不錯~~~自助頭盤有多款cold cut,有我最愛的煙三文魚和parma ham~~~其他的還有青口、燒牛肉、salami,鵝肝凍、芝士等等......這些頭盤質素很普通~ 實在不值每人$500的價錢~~另外還有海鮮冷盤,不過亦不甚吸引我,因為在其他二三百元的buffet亦有,而且連生蠔也沒有~所以我就留下肚子吃其他東西了~白酒煮青口這道青口真的顛覆了我對青口的感覺~~~每一隻都很肥美和creamy,跟平常吃青口的味道完完全全不一樣~這是side order~ 總廚用了波士頓的青口來煮~若是夏天便會轉用新西蘭的青口~吃著這盤不得了的青口,再看看自助頭盤的青口.....我放棄了自助頭盤的青口..... 然後盡情感受這些青口帶給我的滿足感~~~真的太棒了~~~主菜一:鵝肝拼羊架這晚有兩道主菜,第一道是鵝肝拼羊架~鵝肝是法國進口,配上澳洲的羊架~~~真的不得了~~~ 我很喜歡吃鵝肝~所以急不及代嚐一口鵝肝~~~嘩~~~~~嘩~~~~嘩~~~嘩~~嘩~ > O <很軟滑,很濃郁的香味~~~很想一啖吃了他~~~可是又不捨得這麼快吃完他~~客戶提醒我們一口鵝肝一口羊扒會帶來不同的味道~~~所以馬上又試一口羊扒~~~熟的程度剛好~~表面有點香脆,內裏卻軟滑~~~再吃一口鵝肝時,味道真的變得不一樣~~~兩者把對方的味道提升至更高的層次~~~實在太太太太太滿足了~~~吃完這道主菜,已經開始有點飽~~~但更厲害的還未上場~~~吃完青口、鵝肝同羊架之後,已經飽了8成~~~怎料最震撼的主菜現在才上場主菜二:美國prime rib配薯菜只看這張相可能感受不到那份震撼,因為我忘記把叉子放在旁邊拍照.....但請想像這是一隻25cm x 25cm的碟~~~這塊prime rib比我的面還要大......看著不用吃已經飽了......不過嗅著他濃香的牛味,又怎能不吃呢~~~嘩~~~真的不得了~~~又香又軟~~~而且不同部位都有不同的享受~~較外層的較熟,有牛的濃香而且有很重的鹽~這份prime rib是整份鹽烤,然後才切開,所以肉汁保留得很好~~~再吃內裏較生的位置,很軟滑,而且較清淡~~一口熟的一口生的,味蕾交錯的感受著不同的牛的味道,太好玩了~~男仕們得到的prime rib比我的那塊更大,而且還有骨~~~但其中一位的肚果然能容天下事,整塊吃完~~~ =0=太厲害了~~~我吃了差不多一半就投降了.....orz真的吃不下了~~~於是便外賣回家~~~哥哥看到馬上把prime rib下鑊煎一下,還要開一瓶紅酒以品嚐~~~他亦大讚好吃~~~當然啦~~~這是總廚用心為我們炮製的嘛~~~自助甜品雖然已經吃不下prime rib....但又不知道為甚麼還可以吃得下甜品~~~還是7款~~~最好吃的是芒果卷和creme brulee~~~再吃完這7款甜品.....我的所有胃也再放不下食物了......= =抱著滿滿的肚子離開加上滿心的滿足感~~~這頓晚餐真的太飽了~~~…Read More

早前與同事們到新世紀applegreen吃午餐~~~是日set lunch包括餐湯/沙律 + 主菜 + 飲品芝士西蘭花湯偏咸了一點.....沒甚西蘭花味.......芝士亦就是湯面那幾條......不過很creamy,很飽肚北京填鴨卷這個wrap包著鴨肉和一些蔬菜~~~加上那個醬汁,真的很像吃北京填鴨~~~不過一客只有4塊,如只吃這個會不夠飽吧......還好我們5個人可以點5份來share~~~雜菌沙律到applegreen怎能不吃沙律呢~~~這個size比regular size小很多~~~女士們吃一份當午餐剛好,男士們可能便不夠飽了~~~這個沙律的菜很新鮮,加上各式菌類及意大利蕃茄乾~很清新的配搭~~~~三文魚白汁貝殼粉我最喜歡applegreen的carbonara,可惜set lunch裏沒有~於是便點了另外的pasta~~~這個意粉醬汁少了一點,沒甚麼味道.....覺得不太好吃......不過這裏的蒜蓉包很好吃~~~又脆又好吃~~~香草忌廉螺絲粉這個比三文魚那個好吃~~~香草味頗濃~~~而且不會那麼乾~~~不過最好吃的還是那片蒜蓉包~~~忌廉汁龍脷柳配新薯這個龍脷柳很軟很滑~~~加上外層的脆脆更棒~~~新薯沾上忌廉汁很香~~~這道是整頓午餐最好的一道菜~~~那個燒過的檸檬亦很具特色~~~這頓午餐大約每人$60,份量不算很大,不過作為午餐亦ok了~~~而且比晚餐便宜多了~~~所以亦不失為一個午餐的好選擇~~~…Read More

我們因友人的朋友的朋友在全記工作,所以在西貢不用選那一間吃海鮮了~~~看著很多生猛海鮮~~~我便拿主意點了以下幾款海鮮~~~墨魚刺身墨魚切得很薄~~~沾上日式醬油吃進口裏~~~很冰涼~~~而且吃得出很新鮮~~~因為有一點點黏著舌頭~~~墨魚薄片下還有牠的爪~~~還會吸著舌頭的~~~很好吃啊~~~而且4個人吃也不會很快吃完,份量不錯~~~椒鹽瀨尿蝦 x 2蝦也頗大隻,不過覺得炸得有點兒過火~~~好像太乾了.....但蝦肉還是很鮮甜~~~豉椒聖子皇 x 8聖子很大~~~肉咬下去鮮甜爽脆~~~配上惹味的豉椒~~~很想點碗白飯吃~~~蛋白花雕蒸蟹 x 2這道菜是我來西貢的真正目的~~~最好吃的不是蟹﹗而是充滿蟹香和花雕香的蛋白﹗﹗﹗所以這道菜上桌,我第一件事便是掏一匙滿滿的蛋白放進口裏~~~很滿足唷~~~蛋就是一樣這麼特別的材料,無論與甚麼食材也配搭得來~~~說回這道菜的配角 --- 蟹,蟹肉很鮮甜~~~而且很爽,不會有霉的感覺~~~證明很新鮮~~~海膽炒飯這道海膽炒飯用了一板香港養的海膽~~~所以每口飯也是充滿海膽,吃得超滿足~~~很確切的感受到我吃了很多海膽~~~這頓海鮮餐吃得很滿足~~~可能由於友人的朋友的朋友在全記工作,所以很實惠~~~…Read More

因友人剛搬至西貢村屋,所以與幾位朋友相約到他家中耍樂一番~~~集合前先往遊樂場附近的露天餐廳吃午餐~~~最後選了這間比較多人的餐廳 --- Grande室外的座位已被外國人坐滿了~~~我們亦只好坐室內座位~~~點了兩份set lunch,加了兩隻生蠔,在西貢吃著悠閒的午餐~~~感覺太好了~~~就像在外國一樣~~~難怪這麼多外國人喜歡住在西貢~~~還在發夢途中......首先上了香草面包~~~這面包很重要,因為主菜上得很慢.........= ="""若沒有這面包,可能我已經餓死了............這個香草面包只有淡淡的香草味,正合我意~~~美國生蠔 $2x @由於曾在conrad嚐過很高貴但咸死人的生蠔........= ="""於是要求waiter介紹一種不要太咸的生蠔~~~看上去很新鮮的樣子~~~加上一點點檸檬汁就把它放進口裏~~~很好吃唷~~~ 有一點點海水的味道卻不會太咸~~~而且大小剛好,不會太多肚子~~~ 很想再點呀~~~不過也怕之後吃不下主菜,還是要忍耐一下~~~海鮮湯因為鏡頭被熱湯的蒸氣弄模糊了~~~變成了這麼詩情畫意的一張相~~~海鮮湯很濃郁~~~海鮮也不少~~~用一隻很闊很大很淺的盤子盛著湯,感覺很high class~~~ 牛肉千層面 with green saladpasta系列內,lasagna是我數一數二最喜歡的pasta~~~這盤雖然不大,但感覺卻無比滿足~~~首先是這是即製的lasagna~~~上桌時還是熱得燙手~~~把千層面切開,拉起,芝士還是連著的~~很喜歡看這個場景~~吃掉便吃到牛肉碎及醬汁~~~99分~~~漏掉的1分是如果份量可以更多便好了~~~Beef Burger with fries and green salad~~~香噴噴的burger到來時,因忘著要吃......拍了一張照便馬上放下相機進攻~~~結果現在才發現根本拍不到那塊牛肉扒~~~這burger咬下去首先聽到面包很脆的聲音~~~然後是充滿肉汁的牛肉扒~~~然後是充滿新鮮蔬果味道的蕃茄和生菜~~~整個包就是有一種讓你想一口接一口的魔力~~~這間餐廳吃一頓午餐也花了一個多小時~~~要是平常應該已抓狂~~~但在假期中的午餐能如此悠閒地吃著~~~感覺一流~~~ 而更棒的是這麼一頓舒適悠閒的午餐,還有生蠔,也只共花費$199~~~對﹗每人$100還有找~~~讚﹗﹗﹗…Read More
