今日收工之後,經過九龍城,上OpenRice睇有邊間好食,結果就入咗嚟,由於嗰時係6:00左右嘅時間,所以成個九龍城都仲好寬敞,好舒服。餐廳開業30多年,店員都是清一色的泰國人,非常友好,而且還能就住個人口味提供意見。首先一定要提這一個黃咖喱雞椰皇大圓法包,咖喱汁香濃,而且有椰奶味,唔辣,少少甜,雞肉嫩滑,配飯一流;食完咖喱之後,仲可以將咖喱汁倒落下面法包,法包充滿咖喱汁,很好食。之後就係呢一款青咖喱海鮮金邊粉,海鮮本身是新鮮,另外金邊粉充滿咖喱汁,每一啖都好濃稠,很好。生菜豬肉包係必點嘅,呢度嘅特色係豬肉味好香,而且辣味唔太重,而且唔咸。最後當然唔少得叫兩杯飲品,我揀咗野生冰同埋芒果冰,都係嗰個優點,唔會特別超甜,所以食完比較濃味嘅嘢,飲番杯冰,真係好好。…Read More

之前一路都好傷心,因為麻甩爐撤出咗大埔,只係留返旺角嘅舖頭,但係近嚟見到IG,佢哋提及會重新考慮返返嚟大埔,結果期待已久佢哋開張營業,終於等到,而且食物質素仍然維持好高水準:喺呢度嘅食法,係好多元化,首先會有前菜刺身,可以有三文魚食,開咗個胃先;然之後可以去選擇雞煲嘅整法,有花膠、藥膳、甚至乎呢度最出名嘅麻甩炒法,由於只可以揀一樣,所以我一定會食花膠先;一嚟到嘅時候,個煲熱辣辣,而且花膠味好香濃,雞湯亦都呈現先黃色,便用咗好足料去熬製。-食完雞煲之後,就開始正式打邊爐,呢度有好多唔同套餐可以選擇,我自己個人就比較喜歡佢哋嘅海鮮盛宴。大大粒嘅鮑魚,大大粒嘅貴妃蚌,所有都係新鮮喺水箱度拎出嚟,貴妃蚌簡直係一絕,食完之後,就算要俾錢,我都會繼續加。-呢度飲品係任飲,我自己另外會加多$48去飲佢生啤,一路食住雞煲,一路打邊爐,一路飲住生啤係一件好開心嘅享受。-總括而言,麻甩佬今次返嚟,令我非常開心,作為大埔人,甚至乎作為區外嘅人,都會欣賞佢哋嘅堅持同埋獨特嘅雞煲味道。…Read More
