我想分享今日一個非常不愉快經歷。我應該都算老顧客,幫襯咗至少兩年,一個月起碼食3-4次,佢既嘢食係keep到水準,印象中係得一兩次冇咁新鮮之外,其他都好滿意。但今日有一個非常不愉快。因工作關係,呢派都晏食晚餐,見餐廳有9:30宵夜8折優惠,所以近呢半年都係等到9:30後先去食。今日都唔例外,我哋準時9:30入座。今日食物都唔錯,除咗手卷既紙菜冧得濟之外,其他都keep到水準。去到埋單,見到無8折既,有一個中性短髮女收銀話9:30後先有折,我就覺得奇怪,明明我哋係睇住9:30先入座嘅,點解會無折?我攞起張單睇,我同兩個朋友分開兩張單既,開枱時間分別喺9點29分40秒同埋9點29分59秒。我心諗有冇攪錯,我入翻去同收銀講,佢態度極差,佢同我哋講”你哋話要入座嘛,我咪安排你哋入座囉!” 我話:”我哋係睇住時間9:30入座,你見我哋門口等,你都知我哋等8折,點解你哋唔提我哋?你仲同我哋講入得?” 佢再話:”個系統唔識跳時間,唔關佢事。” 我話:”你見一張單差20秒同埋另一張單差1秒先到9:30,你咪再出一張新既,系統咪啱時間,我點會知你系統差幾秒先到9:30?” 佢態度繼續好差,話個系統佢控制唔到,唔關佢事。我同佢講:”我哋成日黎食,每次都無咁既問題,你明知我哋等9:30優惠,點解唔提我地?你哋點做生意架?” 過咗一輪爭論,佢終於話做返個優惠比我哋。本來好地地一齊飯,宜家成肚氣。對唔住,我唔會再嚟食,我希望餐廳會睇到,改善一下。唔好因為員工態度令餐廳聲譽受損。…Read More
