一直都覺得,旺角無咩好餐廳,因為地理同客戶群關係,多數都以平、快取勝,今次去新開無幾耐既Lab Eat Bistro,絕對有驚喜!餐廳主打Semi-buffet,㨂一個main course,之後海鮮salad bar、湯、芝士、甜品、雪糕任食(飲品要加錢),餐廳環境舒適,坐得舒服又傾到計,海鮮salad bar有龍蝦🦞 長腳蟹等,比想像中好都未食完salad bar既野,就上main course 😌 有啲快,不過都好既,否則未必食得晒main course,因為份量都幾大我哋5個人,所以叫咗5個不同的main course share,全部色香味都不俗最後,為呢餐飯畫上完美句號既係:Haagen-Dazs雪糕🍧 除咗Haagen-Dazs,仲有一個日本牌子嘅雪糕,但味道太淡好一般,所以都係食番Haagen-Dazs同朱古力慕絲好了~總結:最後埋單,OpenRice訂座有8折,每位$374,以呢個質素黎講,性價比幾高😊👍🏻 會再幫襯…Read More

米芝蓮推介?憑什麼?

我呢篇食評會寫得比較harsh,因為攞得米芝蓮推介,就應該有番咁上下水準,我食既時候都會有番咁上下期望。。。可惜,再一次印證,米芝蓮評審係唔識品評中菜🤷‍♀️叫咗4樣野食,上枱時間比較慢,第一個菜上枱要20分鐘左右,最後一個菜由落單到上桌,差不多要1個鐘椒鹽鮑魚:面頭全部係炸蒜,避風塘式,賣相一般;鮑魚算大隻,但食落口唔入味,裙邊仲靱靱地,炸蒜雖然一大堆,但唔夠紅椒同調味,炒得又唔夠香,炸蒜都淋淋地,$88一隻,麻麻地:(蝦乾韮菜花豬頸肉小炒王全晚最垃圾一道菜,唔好以為炒個韮菜花就係小炒王!一個好既小炒王第一必須夠鑊氣,第二要惹味,因為係要用黎送啤酒既;呢兩樣都唔合格,無鑊氣之餘仲無咩味,蝦醬佢一定唔知要落黎吊味再者,講下小炒王既配料,蝦乾佢用好細粒既蝦米代替;又唔正宗咁加咗啲唔夾味既豬頸肉落去炒埋一碟,我完全唔覺得佢係小炒王,絕對係一碟XO醬炒韮菜花大雜燴。。。麻辣水煮雞(半隻)辣就辣啦,但唔麻囉,花椒八角味都欠奉。。。啲雞唔入味,要碟菜上檯後15分鐘之後,我再夾果幾件雞先開始入味,開始覺得好食啲。。。啲雞件斬到好細件,都係唔入味,斬到咁細件,仲成日唔知自己食緊雞頸定雞背脊(我平時唔食雞頸的):(菠蘿生炒骨我覺得係全晚最好食既一個菜了,但都係唔算出色,生炒骨啲漿汁加咗少少麥牙糖,所以夾起果陣會有少少拔絲既視覺;不過就係個醬汁唔夠酸、個脆皮唔夠脆、洋蔥青椒爆香時間唔夠耐、豬肉無豬味。。。最後講下服務,間房成十張枱,得一個服務員,做埋傳菜,都幾難揾人下,食物價錢唔算平,所以都會希望有更好service整體表現得60分左右,其實食物質素係好過一般酒樓的,但米芝蓮推介???呃鬼佬評審唔識食中菜囉🤷‍♀️…Read More
