I must admit I love little coffee shops and they give you nice surprises. It’s not my first time and I’d always remember the taste, wanting to go back. 相信我可能有十年沒踏足這間食府，但看到很多食評和相片一直都很吸引。踏足這間食府，但看到很多食評和相片一直都很吸引。欣賞的是菜式沒有退步還有進步及令到菜式更加現代化。很多食府現都開始做fusion菜式但最後令到中菜的傳統味道失色。我相信這間餐廳如果帶商務客人前來會10分驚喜及會懷念這些菜式。很值得留意的是，他們仍然用着象牙筷子給客人使用。出乎意料原來個感覺是有不同的。I believe I haven't set foot in this restaurant for maybe ten years, but the many food reviews and photos online has always intrigued me. 很久沒有吃這間餐廳一嚟到當然叫返個潮州兩麵黃食吓啦！雖然好多人都話兩麵黃可以喺屋企做到但我都很喜歡百樂潮州這道菜。傳統的兩麵黃/糖醋麵是用鴨蛋麵去處理，在家的食譜一般可能是用全蛋麵取代。很可惜的是這味菜式最後的結果只是一般，相片又忘記了拍攝。我們也叫了一個香酥鴨，但味道有一點奇怪。It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at this restaurant. 朋友有心，新年前一齊聚一聚選擇了食他們的午市套餐。當然有很多不同菜式可以選擇而份量亦都相當十足。Friends were thoughtful enough that we got together before Chinese New Year and chose to have their set lunch. 到目前為止透過OpenRice 程式網上訂座的服務到現時都也未確認。安排入座的服務員態度惡劣，眼看餐廳僅僅只有三位樓面服務的員工。現在我明白為什麼沒有太多食客。So far, the online reservation service through the OpenRice program has not been confirmed as of yet. Looking for a place that’s well seated, air-conditioned and not crowded. This place is awesome with the seating, not crowded, clean and newly renovated and the atmosphere is great with a relaxing ambiance.
