我是walk in客人,入餐廳自動波量了體溫,餐廳沒提供搓手液及口罩袋。一入門口有5張sofa位,當時只有第一張有客人,因此帶位安排了第二張給我。檯與檯之間沒有一米距離,不過有隔板,如果隔離檯高談闊論,你絕對會感覺到大家距離近在咫尺。所以我問有位哥哥可否移後一張檯,中間隔一隔,他一口答應後,那位帶位又過來問我為什麼要轉檯因為這一張檯有預訂。我說沒關係,我可以不坐sofa位轉到中間長檯都可以,因為我一家的進食時間快得驚人。然後她沒說什麼就走開了。第一碟上檯是蝦醬炒飯,味道不俗,有兩隻大蝦,很濃烈的蝦醬香味,肉鬆份量也很多。選了這款Masamma咖哩配羊,椰香加甜味重,竟然內有紫薯,腰果很脆,羊肉不算很羶,肉質很稔。另加的Roti也正常。炒椰茶苗,不算很嫩但沒有老到吃不到,味道較濃,我喜歡,但不夠穫氣。姍姍來遲的黑胡椒虎蝦,看似很足料但胡椒味真的不夠重,只有3-4隻蝦,每隻開二。抵吃不抵吃就因人而異。6:45pm左右坐下,7:55pm埋單。坐的時候,帶位姐姐剛說有訂檯我第二張檯依然未見影。順帶一提,當我吃到中段時,帶位姐姐又將兩位新客人帶到我旁邊。其實中間是不可以讓人坐還是一直有客人我看不見?抑或帶位姐姐有強迫症,偏要把所有人聚在一起?有訂檯不能坐我完全理解,特別是繁忙時間。但既然有5張sofa位,為什麼不能梅花間竹135而誓要do ra mi 123地安排?疫情下生意難做,幫幫手啦飲食業!…
