太太想在西吃意大利菜式，選了很久才找到這間餐廳。 西貢餐廳的選擇良多，初初選擇The Conservatory也不知是好是壞, 只是抱著姑且一試的態度， 結果令人喜出望外。餐廳除了價錢合理，環境及店內的感覺也不錯 ，食物味道亦很好。 我們點了龍蝦汁海鮮蝴蝶粉， 巴拿馬火腿火箭菜pizza， 蒜香燒蝦小食, 同一支意大利嘅 prosecco 汽酒。 蝴蝶粉頗有龍蝦汁的鮮味，咬口軟硬適中， 燒烤蝦香口彈牙，而Pizza則屬於薄批， 有傳統意大利的風格， 邊位較脆， 整體襯埋汽酒， 配搭得不錯，也十分美味。老闆娘十分親切友善及健談, 員工也經常面帶笑容, 最後還免了我們的切餅費用同埋唱生日歌畀我哋聽， 實感意外。大家在疫情下都撐了那麼久， 我覺得這是值得支持的一間小店。…Read More

因為很喜歡食牛， 剛好這店正在做七折的優惠， 所以特地來品嚐。我們叫了一份帶子墨西哥餡餅做前菜， 一份medium rare的和牛，及一份sea bass。 再配了一些紅白酒。帶子鲜甜，餡餅鬆脆， 給了我們一個良好的初始印象。和牛有濃郁的牛味，肉質柔嫩有彈性， 而且鹹淡適中， 配上醬料十分美味。可惜 Sea Bass 卻十分令人失望。 肉質乾竭， 有很重的魚腥味， 似乎不太新鮮。 麥當勞的魚柳包比它還更有魚味及嫩滑。 以價錢來說， 絕對不值。 這方面令我扣了這餐廳很多分， 因為作為米芝蓮一星的餐廳，不應該有這樣的錯失。我們即時也有與店員反映， 希望他們真的能改善。 否則米芝蓮一星的榮譽汲汲可危。…Read More

We tried this restaurant for 2 times for dinner, one time is set dinner and the other time is tasting menu, both were very delicious and value for money. Highly recommmed for cod fish, wagnu and hokkaido pork. The cod fish is very fresh and oily, the wagnu is soft and tasty, the pork is sweet and chewie. I don't recommend duck breast as a bit too hard and rawThe set dinner is of 4 course which is only 450 per person and tasting menu is 7 and 888 for two (you need to add 10% service charge). The food quality is okay, but the service is really bad. They ignore you (not even give you menu nor water), I basically have to find menu myself. They also not anwers to your request of order. And they will miss your order and not even tell you the truth about some promotion offer. Seems purposely let you pay more and savage from your loss. This is the worst thing of all, i.e. the bad attitude and poor integrity.And this doesn't seems to be the only problem on my table. 這次是一時興起去幫襯，諗住星期五晚同老婆食好D，點知失望而回。先不提我太太點的套餐，我個人是選了他們最貴的套餐，要成500大元。有凱撒沙拉配蝦，香煎鵝肝，龍蝦湯，扒大蝦配A5澳洲和牛，餐飲。Ok，除了沙拉外，其他都好麻麻，只可說是茶餐廳水準，完全不值。鵝肝不香不脆，除了脂肪感，其實唔覺自已吃緊鵝肝。龍蝦湯是煲燶了的，從沒有試過那麼差的龍蝦湯。同佢講，佢竟然話龍蝦係要燶燶地，我地直到呆左。好彩佢最後都肯換個Mushroom Soup俾我地。主菜扒大蝦A5和牛，結果也是失望之作，完全冇牛肉味，又不䭃，仲俾漏了隻大蝦給我，只可惜我沒有當場發現，現在覺得他們好搵笨。服務方面，好壞參半，要多輪麵包都唔俾，但也有主動送甜品。整體而言，實在不應去，否則會收騙的。…Read More
