今日放假，專登去試吓「在家」，我早上9點，就打去book位。我係第一位客人，店內好焗，好似無開冷氣，感覺唔良好。店內共有4位店員（包括廚房部），「在家」的廚房係開放式。我點咗一份是日推介~油甘魚海膽三文魚子丼，再加$10追加漬蛋，附送麵豉湯。麵豉湯~味濃，應該係加咗蝦頭去煲，超好味，可惜唔夠熱。油甘魚~第一次食油甘魚有骨，而且腥。NO GOOD.海膽小~好正，唔腥。三文魚子~正常。漬蛋~超超超正，拌飯一流。價錢~$138（油甘魚海膽三文魚子丼） $10（漬蛋）總括而言，可能我係第一個客，4名員工睇住我一個食，感覺唔良好，慶幸，我食到一半時，再有幾位客人到。而且，坐得唔舒服，空氣唔流通。食物方面，好壞參半。咁嘅價錢，觀塘都仲有好多選擇。…Read More
