假期到赤柱散心, 到埗後第一時間搵野食。門面似洞穴, 要落樓梯o既感覺仲似去探險。餐廳座位大概40個, 假期的下午2點半接近9成滿座。堂食的多數是華人, 外國人絕大部分都是GRAB & GO。BAGEL 同SANDWICH好受外國人歡迎。除麵包類, 餐廳還有提供YOGURT, MACARON同CAKE。全店的廚師普遍都很年輕, 有華人也有金髮美女。從OPEN KITCHEN望去, 見到每一位廚師都好忙碌。有負責麵包類, 有負責ALL DAY BREAKFAST類, 有負責湯及飲品的。今次我地ORDER左一款SALAD, 1份STRAWBERRY DANISH, 1份RAISIN SCONE同1杯LATTE。SALAD 配黑醋汁很開胃, 份量也夠。DANISH的CUSTARD份量較少, 士多啤梨很鮮甜。最讚是RAISIN SCONE, 口感不錯, 外層脆而內裡保持濕潤, 完全不需要搽JAM或CREAM。LATTE用LAVAZZA 咖啡豆, 溫度是可入口的, 沖調技巧不錯。可惜是沒試到ALL DAY BREAKFAST, 份量大到應該足夠兩個人吃。一定會再回來試。…Read More

心想星期一晚應該不會滿座,但見香港人對某些餐廳神化的程度,還是早幾天去致電訂檯。大廈位置比較隱閉,如果看不見擺放在大廈入口的大型餐牌,應該會走寶了。餐廳設計簡單,座位大約20個,帶上笑臉的女侍應給我們安排一張近窗的二人檯。再之後只有一檯三人在用餐。Set Dinner有8款,有牛排,意粉,意大利飯。價錢由$118至208不等,包餐湯沙律主菜飲品甜品。各自選了巴馬火腿意大利飯配熱柚子蜜、虎蝦天使麵配洋甘菊茶。先送上簡單沙律, 後上椰菜花忌廉湯。椰菜花打得好細, 香噴噴的迎上幼滑忌廉。:)上菜速度不錯, 可以一道接一道, 沒有悶場。意大利飯是朋友的, 嚐了一口, 飯的軟硬度適中。不過沒有伴以巴馬火腿品嚐...整體味道不明, 但賣相可取。我要的天使麵麵條比想像中粗, 但看起來濕潤, 沒有坊間的乾巴巴。虎蝦大細適中, 烹煮時間可以短一點。拿破倫汁OKAY, 我比較喜歡以黑胡椒調味。未吃完主菜已經上餐飲, 女侍應遞上了餐牌讓我們點甜品。朋友原本一心想吃自家製切餅, 可惜當天沒有。結果由我主導, 點了焦糖燉蛋及黑糖香蕉罌粟籽蛋糕伴雪糕(加$20)。甜品簡直點綴了整頓晚飯, 燉蛋很幼滑, 香蕉蛋糕加熱後很脆, 伴以呍呢拿雪糕的味道更豐富!沒有另收加一是我喜歡這餐廳的原因, 如果可以用信用卡付款更好。支持支持! 一定會再嚐其他意粉 ^^…Read More
