The setting is very warm and enlivening, waiters are also very hospital. It is a perfect place to have a casual and relaxing lunch.We ordered a set lunch with parma ham and salad, followed by a bowl of hot and freshly cooked mussels. The mussels are small and very sweet, while the sauce adds a slight chilly flavour making it very appetizing. The main dish was salmon sprinkled with a sauce that blends very well with the end flavour. Dessert was a caramel pudding and a floating island, both very well cooked.The bill was HKD180 per person for a full course lunch. Impressive. Will come back again!…Read More

最近韓”峰“不絕,有Honey Cream, Honey Granny, Honey Sparkling Desserts House同埋Softree先後抵達香港,比較相近嘅係頭三間。有幸送上一張買一送一優惠劵, 促使我前來Softree一試。雪糕店地方小小, 只供食客立食或外賣。櫃枱上疊了高高的色彩繽紛雪糕筒, 很淘氣地想……會否突然全部跌下來落在我手中,哈! 櫃枱下有一個小玻璃櫃,內裏放滿了店子的靈魂,就是一餅餅的蜂巢。店員配合感覺有點混亂,不過同自己講都係試一試雪糕先!咬落去d蜂蜜咇出黎,都幾香蜂蜜味,但再食一啖雪糕落肚就已經蓋過哂蜂蜜既香,加上口入面既蜂巢渣令人食得好唔爽,原來蜂巢唔係想象中咁可以食埋落肚既,而且食左幾啖就剩番雪糕(汁)- 如果$46淨係食一杯普通雪糕,不如食m記或者雪糕車算。 。。So called 100%牛奶製造,雪糕質地唔軟滑,幾分鐘已經溶左好多出黎,味道好普通,主角蜂巢得一細粒,但其實食落冇咩感覺,只係覺得佢勁快溶要同時間競賽咁食。回頭一諗咁我用幾十蚊去食你一舊仔蜂巢係咩概念...主角仲係雪糕。。都係果句。。 不如食m記/雪糕車算。 。。總結:$46一杯雪糕連筒,雖說賣點和成本最高的都放在蜂巢,但我真的很不滿足。雪糕質地唔軟滑,幾分鐘已經溶左好多出黎,味道好普通主角蜂巢,得一細粒,我地嘗試跟佢所推介既食法,「取四分一塊蜂巢」配雪糕食,但蜂巢太韌分唔開。很可能店主覺得份量小,看起來會比較矜貴; 縱使店家解釋說雪糕只由牛奶造成,沒有加入添加劑云云,所以溶得特別快。但我覺得只是你們的食譜不好,所以才有這種錯體雪糕出現。吃蜂巢尤如嚼蠟這是意料中事,和店家無關。結論 – 其他兩間好食d。最近,銅鑼灣地區開了很多特色雪糕店,這家不試也罷。。而且附近還有很多其他美食,留肚吃其他東西好過!…Read More
