值得排隊嘅拉麵

路過兩次，因為要排長龍都冇食到。今日放工專程6點開舖前去到，已經有20個人排緊隊。終於同阿仔兩個人等咗50分鐘，排隊時已經預早點餐，所以坐低唔夠5分鐘就有得食，點咗兩碗蝦湯麵同日式餃子，湯味道夠濃夠熱，果然好味。餐牌拉麵款式唔多，勝在夠專，由日本廚師親自處理，加上侍應和廚師用日文溝通，配上店內日本音樂，真係好似身處日本食緊拉麵，喺香港暫時食過最好味嘅拉麵。聽到後面有位女士要少啲拉麵，侍應話會加番叉燒比佢，如此服務，第一次見。…Read More
