Been to lots of pasta places in the USA, and a few in HK (I am an expat).  Pici is definitely a 'must have'.  Their Meat Balls, Lasagna, Beef Cheek pasta and Tiramisu are strongly recommended.  Lasagna was definitely my top choice.  Tiramusi amongst the top also.  Meat balls were a surprise - so happy to be able to taste such authentic delicious meat balls here in HK!  Their bread also are very 'classic' w/ Olive Oil and balsamic vinaigrette.  So happy to find such authentic, energetic, great service (our waiter was very attentive and happy) while Chef also brought us some dishes over.  Will defintely return for more...alot more…Read More

Absolutely unbelievable ！ Made a reservation becoz we had a pup with us hence would need the specific / only table that can accommodate pups. Was asked to come back On Time. We did come back on time (actually 2 minutes early) and found out they just gave our supposedly reserved table to another party (they had a pup too). Despite the employee apologized for the mistake (the employee did not note down our reservation - was just 45 minutes ago dude！）, it was absolutely disgusting, horribly managed, terrible service. First time to this restaurant / hotel.  Was seated right away (table was ready).  We opted to be seated outside as we had our puppy with us...BIG PLUS!  Employees were very very attentive, food selection wasn't like other more 'long time' buffet places but every dishes were very delicate, tasteful, quality food!  The chilled Abalone, snow crab were VERY VERY fresh.  Oysters were to die for - one of the best I've had.  Peking duck was good as the chef cut not just the skin but deep into the meat.  The 2nd entries were served about 1.5hrs into the meal...Love the grill prawns especially.  The cantonese long boiled soup was very tasty.  As for the mains, we had baked lobster and steam fish...both were done perfectly.  The quality of every food were very very good.  Thank you for being PET FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!
