今晚來到長沙灣晚飯，揀左一間以燒味聞名的餐廳“最掂燒味”，鋪位小小的，大概只有20個座位。大約夜晚7點多進去，鋪裡面人不多，多數做外賣生意。叫得最掂燒味當然以燒味為主，我們一行三人就叫了三個燒味雙拼飯，其中最好食就係叉燒，這裡的叉燒分為兩種，有一種叫“懷舊腩叉”即係半肥瘦，另一種叫“最掂叉燒”其實即係瘦叉。個人本身喜歡食半肥瘦的部位，所以覺得“懷舊腩叉”好食。另外仲有雞鵝等選擇。除了燒味，仲有一些小食選擇，我們叫了豬腳仔，味道有點咸，但送飯還是可以的，都係覺得燒味比較好食。順帶一提，這裡的店員很耐心地解答我們問題，也很有禮貌，想食燒味不妨一試…Read More
