先講下個beef burger 係相當之有牛肉味同埋肉汁非常之豐富，絕對值得推介！終於配埋一份沙律同埋薯條，沙律菜非常新鮮，薯條又夠厚身夠熱，不錯的!Risotto Rice 都煮得好好食，夠creamy亦都有豐富嘅口感，咬落去個質感唔會太淋，亦都有唔會太硬，亦都會好香濃嘅菇味
我最後試咗個炒香腸，其實唔係好識睇餐牌但係又想試吓呢度嘅腸，結果出嚟嘅係一份三色椒炒香腸
有啲墨西哥風味，成個餸我覺得有啲fusion ，冇諗過會會有炒野食，哈哈
配上特製醬汁加墨西哥餅好惹味亦提升了口感。唱到中段，第二道菜上了， 火炙自家煙三文魚配清爽沙律及墨西哥薄餅。 煙三文魚肥厚肉嫩，甘香可口，濃郁嘅魚香再配上薄餅吃，口感非常可口，清爽嘅沙律去除咗魚嘅飽滯感，幫助消化。吃完飯我一過嚟聽完整場表演才離開，除了美食嘅視覺同味覺享受，再配合音樂環境嘅聽覺感覺享受，拭去為咗身心靈嘅疲累，心情放輕鬆！
