試過開張經過見到裏面冇人,未夠六點半過想嚟食晚飯,佢聲稱裏面訂曬位叫人企喺門口等,三十幾度熱辣辣, 唔想企喺度幫人做紙板公仔,果晚於是唔食走咗。今日經過見下午茶裏面有位就嚟試試,叫咗個42蚊鵝肉飯五蚊加豬髀 總共47蚊,以為好抵食,點知鵝肉嚟到 九成半都係肥膏, 面頭層皮毛多到食唔到,完整豬髀只有一片加幾粒碎,嚴格嚟講42蚊係酸菜半隻雞蛋一片豬畀飯。所以大家唔好俾 42蚊蒙騙。其實42蚊如果做唔到正常鵝肉飯就不如唔好做,一係收貴啲,無謂搞碗唔食得嘅嘢出嚟搵人笨搞到人失望北上消費。…Read More

已經第三次嚟食下午茶,今次試咗個姬松茸豬肚雞寬薯粉。其實齋聽個名已經覺得裏面有唔少嘢,點知碗寬薯粉嚟到之後更加令人驚喜,裏面除咗有顧名思義嘅姬松茸、豬肚、雞、寬薯粉之外,另外仲有支竹,少少紹菜同埋杞子點綴。雞件用酒輕輕醃過,雞肉咬落彈牙,有少少酒香。 豬肚爽脆,雞湯香濃,加埋姬松茸、杞子,非常健康補身。跟餐仲有例湯蘿蔔雞腳湯同埋餐飲送。我全部湯都飲曬,返到屋企都唔會頸頸渴應該冇乜味精。 之前食過桂花蜜班塊客飯都相當唔錯。 下午茶價錢更加無得輸。不過食下午茶要注意四點半至五點半東家用膳唔開門。 外區人淨係識得排大隊食魚蛋粉,唔會行過兩間舖頭試真係走寶。…Read More

朋友於餐廳網站訂位,去到話搵唔到記錄。不過餐廳唔滿所以唔知好彩定唔好彩,有位,唔使去第二度。坐低餐廳無口罩袋或套提供,雖然可以話環保,不過收最少六百幾加一後過七舊一位,預備俾客人選擇用定唔用似乎比較好。我選左最基本的三道菜晚餐,兩個頭盤一個主菜,朋友們就選五道菜,四頭盤一主菜。長話短說,主菜威靈頓牛柳做得最好食,最差是主菜豬柳同頭盤鵝肝。無錯。。。fusion 法國菜居然鵝肝會差過自己煎,問題主要應該因為餐廳部分菜式嘗試用最廉價的食材擺靚 d 來收高貴的價錢。雖說 $700 - $1000 幾道菜,唔算五星級,不過要求舊豬好食過兩間大xx 快餐店同埋舊鵝肝起碼同自己煎咁好食應該都唔算太有要求吧?其他的頭盤算可以,主食天使麺跟咖哩飯反而比 頭盤做得更好。甜品抹茶蝴蝶酥的抹茶忌簾都幾好,抹茶味奶味甜味適中,但蝴蝶酥本身比較硬一 d 都唔鬆化。其他服務是可以,但個傷健廁所都幾臭。俾個喊樣因為食完要俾 $700 - $1000,食完唔會笑。俾 $400-$600 還 ok。如果午餐兩舊以下,唔好食豬扒應該可以笑掛。…Read More

經過呢間餐廳查查 open rice 見到咁多好評,下午茶價錢縱使比其他茶餐廳格局o既地方偏貴,都入黎試吓。。。坐低叫左個聲稱馳名的無骨海南雞飯,連一杯細湯一杯餐飲,下午茶盛惠 $58。個餐黎到先試雞,雞是雞胸與雞脾肉,雞胸肉質感是家常 “鞋”,未算好超 “鞋”,雞脾肉質感是正常唔 “鞋”,兩穜肉都無甚麼雞味,想有雞味一定要連雞皮食。飯就好一點,有椰香,但可能下午茶關係,部分飯粒已亁硬化,硬到有幾口會 “銀” 牙。否則其實飯會比雞肉高分好多。湯呢,算過得去,有兩粒杞子,味精唔是無但比較少。餐飲檸檬薏米水都唔錯,有一片新鮮檸檬。成個餐最好味,是甜醬油及辣椒醬,甜醬油為無味海南雞肉生色不少,辣椒醬撈飯亦令硬飯扳回 d 分數。所以個 ok 是由(負)海南雞加(正)醬油與辣椒醬計算出來的。其實有其他負評同 ok 評都話呢度海南雞肉無雞味,真系唔好唔信。。。…Read More

黎食下午茶因為見佢既蘋果批同雞批超多推介。但因為行完山肚餓,雞批蘋果批又無下午茶餐,所以先叫下午茶餐打算食完找數先去買雞批外賣。朋友叫左牛柳絲炒河($38),我叫焗海鮮飯($38)。牛柳絲炒河實在一般茶餐廳水準以下,奉勸大家別試 ;焗海鮮飯味道雖然一般,但算抵食多餸夠飽肚。食到中途,見隔離枱既雞翼薯條($38)賣相相當唔錯又多薯條,唔怪得價錢同炒粉麺一樣,寫低記住或者下次有機會可以試試。朋友食完炒河就叫蘋果批,點知已經賣曬,只剩迷你雞批,大個切開既雞批都賣曬,所以靚姐主動叫我地想要雞批就咪等埋單要叫定,無幾耐重自動幫我地攞埋黎,強調否則遲少少就賣曬。到我地 5點零出去埋單,靚姐所言非虛果然所有批都已經賣曬。夜晚 9點幾肚裡個焗海鮮飯雖然未落隔,但悶悶地心思思都忍唔住要叮熱個雞批,叮唔使一分鐘已經香噴噴。。。咬一啖果然皮薄餡靚,批皮鬆化牛油香,裡面充滿有雞味既雞肉,$14 完全值回票價,大埔名物名不虛傳 雖然牛河勁伏,但雞批同靚姐親切既服務完全可以扳回分數,所以個笑分同味道 4星主要俾靚姐同雞批既,好似牛河呢d唔開心既野呢個時勢要儘量抹左佢。…Read More

朋友生日想搵個唔太嘈既地方食飯傾吓偈。 朋友想食西餐,見呢度其他食評唔差晚餐有湯有甜品,就來。點知來到先發現,餐廳已變成半酒吧形式,比較嘈,我地要同旁邊一枱鬦大聲,偶爾還有煙味,無左晚餐,改成多數小食飲野,主菜不多有 1 款牛扒,1 款需要訂既千多元斧頭扒,3 款薄餅,2 款意粉。四個女士叫左牛扒,薄餅$98,清酒煮蜆,炸魷魚圈(價錢好像 $88),炸魚薯條,果汁($38)啤酒,另外重有個唔記得是否免費的枝豆。牛扒同炸魚份量正常,其他都份量唔大,尤其炸魷魚份量比較少炸粉較厚(等睇上黎好似無咁少但其實都是少),炸魷魚味道辣,不是意大利餐廳而是港式或泰式炸魷魚,薄餅亦比 pizza express 細,不過幸好除了炸魷魚,其他食物味道還不錯,$198牛扒比前一晚 mr & mrs fox $398 (有65 折)的牛扒好食。食完當健康餐 7 成飽,但如有男士肯定不夠飽。最不幸的是黑仔朋友被不知是否老闆娘還是仕應上菜時倒翻橙汁衫褲鞋電話都淋溼,該位不知是否老闆娘還是仕應當然有道歉,好彩朋友生日又未到更年期也就無發爛(),不過餐廳除了遞上紙巾就並無如其他食評提到那麼慷慨會送甜品或有其他甚麼優惠。總結,如果你會在家食煙同愛熱鬧要坐得耐,可以來,否則就最好另選地方,尤其有兒童就更不太宜。…Read More

見星期一有半價即管試吓。。。同朋友叫左兩個晚餐,慢燒牛柳同黑毛豬。。頭盤為沙律,冬陰湯同蘑菇湯,同年糕,跟呢度其他朋友既晚餐一樣。沙律有一粒普通車厘茄同幾塊街市普通西生菜加兩條仔鬼佬沙律菜加兩粒酸既芒果同一隻蝦。兩個湯好少少,冬陰同蘑菇湯味道都唔錯。年糕加忌簾汁,味道 ok 但未至驚喜。朋友既慢燒牛就出事,明明寫住 4 成熟,黎到是 7 成以上。都幾離譜。我既黑毛豬就可以,但配菜跟紫薯,個人就唔太喜歡。兩個唔同既扒,唔知點解個廚都加左一樣既豉油西餐醬汁上去,豉油味出曬黎,本身塊扒原本好地地。。。。甜品一啖都無,所以無謂提。其實兩個餐,折左都要三舊幾一個人,莫講話呢個時勢有好多其他選擇,樓上鋪餐廳都唔算平,連花園餐廳飲湯都有餐飽,食曬有餐飲,呢樹兩樣都無,一食完未叫埋單就攞張單埋黎,真系唔敢再黎,加埋舊過熟牛扒,整體似茶餐廳要扮高檔餐廳,所以以後拜拜。…Read More
