因工作關係,由2008年開始周旋於各大食肆之間。由米之蓮星星到地道街邊小食,我都食咗好多,所以就算多努力運動,腰間嘅天然air bag 都同我形影不離。 我唔係專業食評家,但日子有功同埋最鍾意飲飲食食希望我嘅評價幫到你哋去衡量每間餐廳啦。

其實好幾年前已經成日去禾牛薈打邊爐,因為佢地房多透便一大班人gathering.但因為我有一段時間冇去尖沙咀食飯所以去少咗,最近我又去咗兩三次,佢地嘅食物水準真係keep得唔錯(有好多餐廳食幾次已經食得出水準參差)言而我居然冇寫過佢嘅食評😂我真係太懶惰喇。好啦,等我同大家「包膠」一下。湯底選擇有十幾款真係夠多!我試過魚翅冬瓜、簡簡單單嘅芫荽湯、牛雜湯都好味,係煲出黎嘅湯款絕對需要飲一碗先開始打邊爐,因為最開頭係飲到湯嘅鮮味,但打打下邊爐我就覺得最後咩湯都差不多味架喇😂牛嘅款式夠多,我地一行9日食咗差不多6-7款,最鍾意係牛邊爪同埋牛頸脊,好有肉味口感又軟。但呢D部位唔多,你地要問清楚。呢度我要講下,我覺得侍應對牛嘅部位唔係個個都識,有時佢地送到D牛入黎都講唔出係咩部位要再出去問人🤨。希望店主睇到會改善下,雖然我明白餐飲業嘅炒散比較多。整體所有食材都夠新鮮,另外有驚喜嘅係佢地嘅蟹肉小包仔,好好味啖啖肉,呢個真係必食👍🏻其他地方冇食過!另外要一提,餐廳提供免開瓶費而且用嘅酒杯質量唔錯,估計餐廳老闆應該都係愛酒之人✌🏻。總括而言,禾牛薈歷久不衰值得推介!想upload 相時發現.....我地掛住食牛肉完全冇影相😅 咁我下次去食時補返啦…Read More

星期日中環有好多食店都唔開門,搵食搵到呢頭竟然見到呢間餐廳要排隊就八卦睇下。原來係Blacksheep Group 旗下嘅餐廳,咁就覺得可以試下。其實所謂嘅排隊都係等一兩張枱(我地七點左右到)都唔駛一陣就有枱喇。成間餐廳都係食一樣嘅嘢食所以只有drink menu,你可以選擇cocktail, mocktail, beer, wines, 用餐時間限咗要一個鐘,anyway 都試下啦。見到drink menu 有兩款唔常見嘅法國啤(一支lager 一支Pale ale) 我地就點咗呢款。不過不失幾清新嘅。先上係法包baguette, 外脆內軟幾好味。之後就係green salad with walnuts, 簡單嘢never wrong 嘅,之後就係主食牛排喇,我地都係要medium rare, 但兩塊排嘅熟度明顯唔同,呢度要扣分,畢竟佢只有一個menu, 專做呢個menu,我expect 唔應該有咁嘅差異,我地一塊係medium rare 一塊係medium 囉。另外上牛排時會有個蠟燭台熱住,我個人覺得有些多餘,因為牛排熱住就會容易over cook.食扒時會有薯條襯埋,你鍾意食可以再refill , 薯條揸得幾新鮮乾身冇乜油幾好。但我個人鍾意粗薯條多D. 不過炸得夠乾身嘅薯條都好食所以我都食晒。其實塊排真係唔錯,medium rare 果件好有肉味又夠juicy, 食得出用牛肉蘑菇汁煮過,食嘅時候有個芝士醬汁代替Mustard source, 我覺得好夾,但另一件因爲變咗medium, 肉質乾身咗好多,所以對比之下冇咁好食。最後你可以加錢食甜品,佢嘅甜品好大件,兩個人share 一件就剛剛好喇。佢會推一架甜品車仔出嚟,有六款甜品可以選擇,我地選咗佢個signature, 但我聽咗個waitress 講咗兩次都真係聽唔到呢款叫乜名😂,是但啦。黎到係一個doughnut款夾左一層厚厚嘅榛子醬,好味但好「留」所以半件剛剛好。埋單時原來件甜品要$108,當個餐都係$298時,件甜品其實算貴,但share 一半就ok la. 飲埋啤酒每人大約$500…Read More

這種小販檔的食檔是從前60、70年代最常見的檔口,那些年有錢人住在平路上,是比較窮的人才住上斜坡或山上,時移世易隨著平地上的樓房越來越高,商廈一座接一座,香港的富戶開始搬上山上,喜歡高眺香港的景緻,所以本地人都會把住在「半山」= 住豪宅掛鉤。但其實如果你有閒情慢遊中上環一帶的斜坡,雖然近幾年越來越多豪宅落成,但以前的舊樓還有不少,可以想像到以前半山曾經是怎樣的。好了東扯西拉得太遠了,像「玉葉」這樣的小販檔其實買少見少,因為那些年政府要收地,為了安置當時盛行的無牌小販(總不能斷掉人家的生計)當時政府發出了很特別的小販牌照(從那時以後都不再發出這類牌照),這一類牌照只可以世襲不可以轉讓,但隨著從前的小販都退休或是去了別處開鋪進店了許多牌照已經交回政府,所以等現在這些年老的檔主退休後,這些小販檔就會成為歷史,要回味或許只可以從電影中看到了,例如王家衛的花樣年華中張曼玉與梁朝偉就是常常在這種檔口買宵晚。玉葉的老闆是兩夫婦,從前一個賣糖水一個賣麵食,他們的檔口就在彼此的對面,聽老闆說以前會兩邊都開,各自各做生意,但後來大家年齡大了兼顧不了兩個檔口,就直接只開一檔把糖水加麵檔合併了。玉葉的麵食我覺得做得很好,以同類比較比很多地鋪麵店都要好,麵很彈牙,湯底濃郁,雲吞保留從前的「細容」小金魚的大小一匙羹一口,份量是宵夜的份量,女士吃或者夠,男士可能要兩三碗吧,但這也是這類食檔的標準份量因為「細容」是飯前的加餐或是飯後宵夜。今天我點的是豬手雲吞麵,豬手剛剛只剩我這一份(yeah lucky) 炆得很淋很有味,雲吞就是普通的雲吞沒有什麼花樣,這店就是台灣說的「古早味」最正宗的雲吞麵就是這樣。小店每天下午1時開檔,大概都是11時收檔當然視乎老闆當天的生意決定,有時早收有時夜收。所有公眾假期都沒有開檔,我能理解的畢竟老闆都老了而且主要做街坊以及附近寫字樓生意,公眾假期都沒有什麼生意所以何不休息,中環有很多食店都是這樣。各位如果想體驗一下舊香港情懷,不妨考慮這小檔。…Read More

我有一位朋友係素食者,所以我同佢食飯我都會同佢食素,因為我平時太多大魚大肉,間唔中食下素菜都幾好。佢介紹咗我嚟呢間餐廳話係佢朋友介紹佢嘅,咁我哋就姑且一試。可能因為係素食嘅限制,Menu嘅選擇並唔多,我就叫咗個肉醬意粉因為我好想知道用素菜整肉醬會係點,佢就叫咗個蒜片意粉。晚市加$68可以配沙律同埋湯,沙律就非常之穩陣ga la, 湯方面嗰晚係蘑菇湯同埋椰菜花湯,呢兩個湯都做得好夠味,蘑菇湯就一定係濃味嘅,所以好穩陣,但係椰菜花係淡味嘅菜,要做到湯好飲但係唔會「水」係要落D功夫。我冇食到我朋友個蒜片意粉,我估都應該好食嘅,令我驚喜嘅係我嘅肉醬意粉,真係非常之像真,就算我專登去咀嚼啲碎肉,我都覺得口感非常之似, 茄汁掛麵度好,麵條口感都好好。可能我比較少食素菜,我真係估唔到素材可以扮肉類扮得咁似,而且個意粉真係好食,所以我會推介俾大家。…Read More

最緊要新鮮的牛肉麵

在中環上班,其實經常路經歌賦街,常常看著長長的九記人龍。作為本地人,雖然九記的牛腩不錯,但我個人覺得沒有好吃得值得讓我排一兩個小時去等位。反而如果要吃牛肉麵,我都會去光顧這間小店。50步內的距離,但食物、環境及服務都是水準以上。來到這裡一定要吃牛,因為用的都是靚鮮牛肉,不經醃製,吃的是牛肉原鮮味。老實說沒有多少店鋪會這樣做,因為牛肉成本貴,許多店鋪都是用冰鮮的,要遮蓋雪味,大多都會用調味掩飾。我喜歡這裡有多款牛肉可以選擇,分別是在於牛的不同部位。是牛脊,可以是牛柳頭或當天來貨好的地方,是牛尾龍。 (對不起這裡的丸類,我知道都是有特式,但我每次都只顧吃牛牛牛😆)我知道這裡的蛋麵是老闆專誠去台灣深造學回來的,但我這個人最喜歡就是吃幼身麵,所以我又是點了米粉😝我喜歡這裡的配料、湯底都可以自己選擇,而我會選濃味一點的黑牛骨湯和所有配料。其實老闆說這裡的客人多數喜歡吃- 牛肉的鮮味,所以會選淡一點的白牛骨湯,但我就是喜歡濃濃的牛骨味,所以黑牛骨湯是我的必選。所以不要跟牛腩麵比較,因為腩汁是充滿着香料醃料的,蘋果和橙無法比較。牛肉很鮮,我選的是半熟,軟硬剛剛好,個人覺得太熟的牛肉就硬了。每次在這裡吃完一碗麵,我都覺得大滿足,難怪韓國男神孔劉上次來香港都特意來這店吃一碗麵。我特意在這裡留評語是因爲真心想推介一下,不要只覺得這邊只有一間九記牛腩😜噢噢,忙記了推介一款小食,這裡的豬手是真的燉到骨都可以吃下肚。…Read More

我一向都鍾意食越南嘅pho, 奈何喺中環返工真係冇乜越南餐廳可以選擇。難得見到有一間越南pho 餐廳咁就梗係即刻去試。其實我已經食咗兩次今次先來寫comment,呢間野絕對值得推介。我第一次食嗰陣時係試咗佢哋個招牌pho, 好多餸好多料,但男士就可能覺得D粉唔夠多。女士食就非常之夠飽。首先佢個湯底做得非常之好味道夠晒濃郁,feel到用骨餚咗好耐,其次係佢嘅生牛肉非常之有肉味亦都夠嫩口,細問之下原來佢哋係用美國頂級牛肉,唔怪之得唔鞋口又好食。所有粉麵都會配青檸同辣椒夠正路,因為我都食過一啲真係唔會跟青檸同辣椒俾我ga.可以話呢間鋪頭嘅老闆絕對係用心做粉麵,食咗兩次水準都保持得到。所以真心推介。…Read More

呢次已經係第二次來呢間餐廳食嘢,兩次都係食lunch,綜合兩次嘅經驗話比我知佢都係偏貴嘅中環普通日裝修同埋環境嘅式餐廳。(個人覺得個環境有啲似旺角花園街嘅餐廳)第一次兩個人食食咗八百幾蚊,第二次因為上次有$80coupon 俾咗我哋結果就住食都食咗560幾蚊。平心而論啲菜色嘅味道係唔錯嘅,hong kong twist 嘅日本嘢,啱大眾口味。但係我覺得佢啲菜式有啲太過over 或多此一舉嘅無謂裝飾同埋配搭。例如我第一次幫襯嗰個天龍卷,其實冇必要點晒火燒分幾兩分鐘,因為除咗影相呃like之外,啲火對件食物起唔到有咩輔助嘅作用。同埋場地地方淺窄,講真望住佢係我面前燒咁耐我真係有啲擔心燒到自己。第二次去食咗個海膽炒飯,佢配咗個黑松露加牛奶嘅汁,係非常之多嘅牛奶汁浸住個飯。其實個飯本身炒得幾好食,但係俾啲牛奶浸住我唔覺得有好食左,相反令到件事好似太過複雜而又無謂。其他叫嘅菜式其實做得啱啱好嘅,但係價錢真係好貴。咁樣嘅一個餐廳冇可能碟碟餸都二百幾三百蚊。因為食材都唔係特別貴嘅嘢。其實晏晝冇乜人去食飯,個人覺得因為佢晏晝冇set食有冇特別優惠,所以真係好貴。同樣價錢在中環可以食到幾decent 嘅lunch.我見到佢晚市係有做優惠嘅,滿八百減二百,如果係咁就make sense 好多。我suggest 去食dinner 好D, 起碼有優惠,但lunch 真係冇著數又偏貴。我uploaded 嘅相係兩次lunch 食嘅嘢。…Read More

隱世到似隱形嘅餐廳

聽朋友講有間超隱世嘅天台清吧餐廳在Soho,隱世程度直頭似係玩treasure hunt, 幾經辛苦終於搵到上黎,老實講裝修好普通,唔知點解覺得似係brand 友或者係Graffitti 青年自己開創嘅私人小天地。最大特色係有好大個天台,好似TVB 劇集果D天台BBQ 咁大。可能因為太過隱世所以冇乜人,想同朋友靜靜地傾計就啱晒。我地開咗一支wine, 吹吹下水覺肚餓,於是隨便點D野食下,又估唔到幾好食喎。前菜點左一個蝦多士,好味!之後叫咗D中餐同西餐主菜,驚喜地都比一般餐廳好食。呢下堅有D驚喜。因為坐咗成晚都係得4枱人,所以我出下post share 俾大家啦。畢竟都覺係值得推介嘅。…Read More
