蟹肉三文魚籽沙律配牛蒡漬微酸嘅醬汁,令沙律整體來講非常開胃,而且分量充足,三文魚亦都扑扑脆,最特別嘅係用牛蒡做沙律,感覺非常新鮮!時令刺身4點食刺身梗係由淺入深,由爽食到肥美啦,先食帆立貝,爽滑得來有帶子微鹹鮮嘅味道,然後到赤蝦,都算大隻,蝦肉結實而且爽口,再嚟深海池魚,魚身厚實,而且略帶咬勁感覺,最後當然係拖羅啦,肥美而且入口即溶,係無法抗拒嘅香滑油脂感覺。黑魚子海膽蟹肉蒸蛋上枱嗰一刻,就已經感覺非常高尚嘅蒸蛋,好想像到黑魚子同海膽足夠分配比整個蒸蛋,可以話每一啖都有黑魚子同海膽點綴整個品嚐蒸蛋嘅過程。蒸鱈場蟹有靚嘅蟹當然用用清蒸既方法保持蟹的鮮味,再配合酸醋汁,提升蟹鮮味,保持左蟹既原汁原味。喜之次喜之次係非常出名嘅魚,油脂豐富,而且廚師能夠將魚皮燒到脆脆,令我本身唔鍾意食滑捋捋魚皮嘅人,都食唔停。浜燒鱈場蟹腳一梳一梳嘅蟹肉,入口已經有滿足感,火候調教非常適中,唔會乾身,仍然Juicy!甲羅燒配多士即係鹹鮮多士,惹味非常,如果可以再多啲份量,食多啲都仲可以。不過廚師解釋,佢唔能夠一嚟就上枱,會令你飽腹感大增,而減少食其他嘢嘅機會。A5和牛烏冬A5和牛入口即溶,內心莫名嘅空虛感,瞬間被填滿。湯品少少地清一清喉嚨,添上好圓滿既飽足感。甜品個人唔係太識評價蕨餅,因為非常少食,不過廚師好有心機咁令到伴碟好靚呀,蕨餅味道討好,原本會以為抹茶味係一定會贏,但估唔到黑糖做得較為出色。總括嚟講兩舊都好食嘅。…Read More

間唔中都要食餐好!同事介紹,便與男朋友過來一試。職員超有禮貌,服務亦非常貼心,主動告知袋可放店內的儲物櫃,又詢問是否需要掛起外套以免吸味。亦介紹桌上調味料,分別點燒肉、海鮮和内臟。用QR code點餐,上餐速度快。前菜我們點了蕃茄蒜子沙律,男朋友表示真的很有蒜味,而蕃茄鮮甜。還有涼拌漬物,一共有三款,菠菜、白蘿蔔和芽菜,我們最喜歡吃蘿蔔,少少酸,夠開胃!汁煮牛肋條,小小鍋子上菜,煮得夠淋但不會過火,汁味濃郁。日本雞頸和雞軟骨。驚喜在於雞頸,坦白講平時一定不會吃,見它來自日本先一試,吃下去啖啖肉,不會只有一層皮。甲羅燒,以前旅行在日本試過,想不到這個口感比那時的豐富,夠鮮甜,蟹味亦突出,塗抹在餅乾上吃更是美味!燒鱈魚乾,店員代勞烘燒,夠乾身,卜卜脆!泡菜豚肉卷,弄得紮實,不會中途鬆散開,所以吃的時候真的能夠一口吃到整個泡菜豚肉的滋味,非常滿足。鹽燒油甘魚鮫,難度比較高,店員會代勞,燒得香但魚肉亦能保持鮮嫩。日本赤魷魚筒,大大的一隻,燒完不會變魷魚乾,汁多,彈牙有咬口。伊比利亞梅頭,厚實的梅頭扒,肥肉均勻分佈,燒起來有油脂香味但不會過份肥膩。萬眾期待廚師發板牛肉盛合,一共有7款不同的牛肉:日本和牛三角胸小排、日本和牛背峰、和牛肋條、日本牛肩胛、美國翼板、牛舌和牛心,很多部位我聽都沒有聽過,有種大開眼界的感覺!每款都只用鹽和黑椒輕微調味,高質的牛肉果然是不需要特別調味都能夠突出肉味!個人最愛厚切牛舌,多汁厚肉,夠滿足!總括來説,整餐晚飯充滿驚喜,同事果然沒有介紹錯!有機會一定會再來。…Read More

今個月是拍拖記念日,男朋友說要帶我去吃個靚西餐,就帶了我來到位於樓上舖的CHEF STAGE de Eddy Chu,環境和氣氛也很舒服,還要望到維港和幻彩詠香江。晚市電話訂座每一位送鮑魚一客,雖然是免費送,但一點都不馬虎!吃下去口感彈牙,還配上秘製醬汁,有少許酸辣,搭配新穎。我們點了五道菜晚餐,先來乳酪鮮蝦芒果沙律。沙律菜新鮮,而且真是用了鮮蝦而非急凍蝦仁,芒果亦鮮甜,屬新鮮開胃前菜!清酒蟹肉日本年糕,年糕有咬口,蟹肉味醬汁超級濃郁,証明用料十足!我選了當日餐湯-椰子雞湯,好少西餐見到這個選擇,椰子味香濃,有雞絲之餘,還有粒粒細細的椰子粒。而男友選了黑松露蘑菇湯,黑松露味道香濃,是他的最愛。主菜我選了橡果級黑毛豬肉,一上桌我嘩了出聲,超大份量!有三塊厚切黑毛豬肉,有菠蘿粒、粟米、蕃茄、羽衣甘藍和紫薯蓉作配菜。黑毛豬肉煎得漂亮,切開還看到嫩粉紅色,連着少許肥肉,吃下去絕不「鞋口」,而是香口!連配菜也很美味!蕃茄燒過但仍然很juicy!紫薯蓉又甜又滑!男朋友選了美國牛肉眼,份量也是極大,五成熟剛剛好,牛味濃,肉汁多,亦有同樣的配菜(除了菠蘿粒),很是出色!最後以甜品作結,少少的兩件一口蛋糕剛剛好,因為前菜和主菜實在太豐富!…Read More

家人未試過私房菜,想起之前試過的榮哥廚房私房菜,還要看到openrice有優惠,所以決定帶家人來一嚐。量體溫和登記後便入座,職員一如既往的有禮。看到桌上的餐牌已叫我們非常期待。先上本地水耕沙律菜伴芝麻醬配茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子。沙律菜用青瓜紮成一束,非常新鮮,流心蛋效果一流,茶燻味香濃,而茄子厚切,面層有少許脆,吃下有層次。原鼎海椰皇仔燉鷓鴣黑毛豚肉湯,非常足料,原隻鷓鴣,而且我從未見過這種海椰皇仔,昇華了這個湯的味道,又香又甜!椒鹽豬肺,豬肺軟韌,炸了很是脆口,加上椒鹽,非常惹味!油浸馬友,很大條!先原條上桌,職員再幫我們切開,非常貼心!外皮薄脆,魚肉亦很是嫩滑!江南百花雞,皮脆,雞肉另一面釀上蝦膠,灑上芝麻,做法特別,咬下去有多重口感,實在是家裡不會做的功夫菜!蟹皇瑤柱菠菜,擺碟精美,亦毫不吝嗇蟹皇芡汁,用料十足!他鄉炒米粉,用了24 個月西班牙黑毛豬火腿炒福建莆田米粉,米粉幼身,炒得夠乾,不會油膩,加上配料,十分香口!最後還有流心感十足的芝麻湯圓作結!這頓飯價錢相宜,材料絕不馬虎,令我和家人都十分滿足!…Read More

性價比高燒肉火鍋放題

久不久就會想吃燒肉,今晚終於忍不住與男友去吃!同事介紹荃灣這間校長燒肉不錯,於是放工就出發!我們大約7:15入座,店內已經坐滿了8成,我們有幸坐到窗邊位置,男友說有點像去了台灣食燒肉的感覺!這裏不論是飲品、燒肉、火鍋料、還是甜品的種類也很多,而且擺放得相當整齊,給我一種乾淨的感覺。豬、牛、雞等肉食有不同部位和醃法,腸仔、雜丸、蔬菜等等亦應有盡有,種類多得試不完。除了燒肉和火鍋料,還有炸物和其他熟食,甚至連老火湯都有!飲品和雪糕櫃亦是有多款選擇。燒肉爐放了一張牛油紙,油煙相對會較少,燒久了職員會主動幫你更換牛油紙,而不用好像以前一樣整塊爐板更換,比較方便。雖然已經有不同醃料味道,但座位亦有擺放了各樣調味料給各位大廚大顯身手,十分貼心!個人來說比較喜歡這款牛肉,肉質較好,不會太肥或太韌。桌上還有另一個爐可以吃火鍋,我一邊燒肉一邊打邊爐煮菜,覺得可以平衡一下,減少罪惡感。還要特別一提它的刺身!是意料之外的新鮮,特別喜愛三文魚和帶子刺身,鮮甜!整體來說性價比高,座位舒適,食物飲品種類多,一次過滿足燒肉和火鍋的願望。…Read More

放假到圓方逛街,先找餐廳醫肚,突然想飲茶,便決定入這間百樂潮州酒家。職員有禮,量體溫和登記後便可入座,雖然是平日下午兩點多,但入座率都有八成。餐桌間有透明膠板相隔,食得安心。我們選了菊花茶,香氣撲鼻。職員亦有奉上功夫茶和花生小碟。我們點了一碗潮州蠔仔泡粥,份量大而且材料豐富,有大量冬菇絲、肉碎和蠔仔,蠔仔新鮮肥美,使粥底味道濃郁。招牌點心孖寶,燒賣皇和潮州粉粿各兩件,這個組合可以一次試兩款點心。燒賣皇足料,絕對不像外面那些一口肥豬肉。潮州粉粿本來我都不太喜歡,總覺得只是在吃一堆粉團,但這裏的粉粿並沒有這種感覺,皮不會太厚,餡料味濃且多。潮式炒蘿蔔糕,外面有些薄薄的蛋絲包著,亦見有些蝦米的配料,一口吃下去,有些XO醬的香味,不辣而且有點甜甜的,亦不會炒得硬硬的,甚為驚喜!我們還點了芝士炸奶皇包,全部炸得金黃色,很是吸引!外脆內軟,中間是奶皇芝士餡,而且芝士並非浪得虛名,可以拉出芝士絲!下次有機會和家人再來吃潮州菜。…Read More

放工經過新港城,發現這間潮州飯店,被它特別的名字吸引,看到它裝修新淨企理,空間寬敞舒適,便與男友進內晚飯。餐廳職員有禮貌,帶我們坐下後詢問我們要甚麼茶,一問之下,原來除了基本茶類外,還有玫瑰荔枝茶,當然一試!泡茶期間已覺得玫瑰味香濃!沖水亦已自動化,方便又衛生!前菜有貢菜花生,貢菜爽脆,花生香脆又不會太咸。海蜇手撕雞,手撕雞肉嫩滑,青瓜、海蜇和手撕雞簡直絕配,醬料亦不會過份濃郁致太重口味,屬較清新的頭盤。普寧炸豆腐,份量多,眼看已經知道十分香脆,但絕不會有油膩感,而沾上汁料亦不會變得很淋,吃下更是驚喜的滑!認真外脆內軟!由於每樣滷水食物都想一試,於是我們點了滷水鵝四併盤,有鵝肉、紅腸、五花腩肉和鵝腎,原來還會搭配滷水豆腐和雞蛋,超級豐富!特別欣賞鵝肉和鵝腎,平常我亦不太吃內臟,但這個鵝腎入味,口感爽脆,難以拒絕。甜品點了銀杏芋泥和我很愛的棗皇糕。芋泥足料,甜甜的;棗皇糕熱騰騰,軟熟又有咬口,中間一層層椰汁,很香!本來想試反沙芋,但已經售罄,唯有下次早點來試。…Read More
