精心裝修佈置,歐美式裝修已經好加分;未醫肚都先一飽眼福。試左呢個蟹肉沙律,食材都好新鮮,口感有少少似吞拿魚沙律。加埋切片西柚,個胃口完全大開,期待之後嘅肉同肉同肉,嘿嘿。接住落黎,食左一個芝士雞翼,但呢個一啲都唔普通,因為一上碟個刻,俾啲芝士鎮壓住。如果有芝士迷一定明我心情,呢一"盆"芝士,要諗用咩方法放晒上啲雞翼到。再黎就到牛肉漢堡,HELLO,Beef burger only!? 錯,上面個塊係鵝肝,係鵝肝!當然我冇咁守規矩成個黎,我係就咁K.O 左個鵝肝先,一啲都唔會有內臟腥臭,總要煎得好到位,大家放心食用!真心想多講呢個豬手,係無得"頂"! 慢煮嘅原因令到佢肉唔好變太乾太硬,皮係脆到有聲,唔會好似咬泥膠咁。最遺憾係,我清晒隻手先記得啲酸菜喺底,SO SAD!
